Consumption

Unhinge your jaw, snake, what’s a little more?
You’re eating worlds faster than they make them
And nothing fills you better than a tale of love and war.

You’re ravenous, really, making feasts out of beasts.
You’re every monster’s monster and your hunger never dies
As your shadow stretches over bones you’ve bleached.

Jormungand’s ribs poke like toothpicks in your teeth,
Tying twine ‘round your molars ‘til gaps and the string
Melt to baleen and bone, fangs unused and unseen.

You sift through the dead and your previous meals
Searching for something to take off the edge
Of the wound in your skull that never quite heals.

Come on, snake, devour, it’s all you can do—
You cannibalize the length of your life
When you’ve run out of ways to avoid the truth.

You see thousands of times but won’t open your eyes
‘Cause real life constricts but in mirrors you’re free,
And your hunger hurts no one when you’re eating lies.

Third-person you swallow your tail without help.
The snake, ouroboros, that endless decay;
You’ve consumed every lie and are left with yourself
And you realize too late you ate your whole life away.

Premium Member8 Billion Wards of the States

All 8 billion of us
have mental illness
some
subtly
so
others profound
its a matter of degree
of shade..

some reach out - adapt
become chefs-CEOS- presidents
others curl inward
cannibalize themselves
crapping out
psychopaths
creeping about
raking fangs along
our plump peace cloud...

We've emptied asylums
population at critical mass
somebodies gonna crack
lay twisted neck upon the tracks
derailing society
plucking lives
off the vine
before
they're
ripe

Premium MemberIce Blue Skies

Migrating southward before Autumn dies;
flocks of geese split the air with honking cries.
And snow clouds dapple Winter's ice-blue skies;
as winds kiss the trees with audible sighs.

Dawn's first light ignites an ice-cold sunrise;
long-gone are the songbirds and butterflies.
Yet, some creatures have learned to improvise,
turning food into fat, they winterize.

Hibernating bears must bulk up their size,
not gorging in the Fall would be unwise.
A long Winter could lead to their demise
should the need to wake up early arise.

Inclement weather tends to brutalize;
for nature doesn't react well to surprise.
Fighting starvation and all it implies;
some species evolved to cannibalize.

Premium MemberDemonize Or Energize

Overanalyze and criticize, demoralize and ostracize
Modern pundits legitimize their vicious exercise

Scrutinize and standardize, compartmentalize and cannibalize
Wizards of efficiency synchronize, initialize and circumcise

Demobilize and paralyze, stigmatize and de-humanize
Westernized pols, their constituents balkanize and polarize

Trivialize and miniaturize, standardize and sterilize
  Thought-police priesthoods evangelize and moralize

Why can't they fraternize and socialize?
Why don't they harmonize and compromise?

Frogs Echo On the Miles

Mosquito populations explode in murky bogs
Their larvae swim with tadpoles in this incubation
This ugly undertaking commanded by their nature
Constant as the day is long and just as distant
Marsh water echos soon produces frogs

As katydids reverberate through forest wilderness
A noise most unpleasant from their leaf like wings
Driven to find a mate

Frogs dominate the world in summer
Devouring every living thing in sight
When they are done
They know how to cannibalize their young
Each tadpole and every frog becomes a meal
Mosquitoes beware

Cannibal Lies

American Daughters of the Civil War Revolution
are so madly in love with their Bluish-Gray metal sons
Incestuous desires borne of slave tax oppression

Give to Caesar whatever tribute he crown heavy lay on you,
feed three-fifth portions to the hungry publican lions
Let the Den Mother Lying famine devour your children too

Cannibalize every ink spot known self-evident truth,
marginalize any constitutional chains inhibiting your ravenous lust
Another seething pot of baby bones is the Baal proof

Give to Pharaoh whatever gut pyramid schemes he Isis dream,
feed you quarterly lies from the war widow collection plate
The Wall Street church in tea need of another gun barrel beam

Amerikan Sons of the Ruble Con Bolshevik Revolution,
so gluttonly love their daughters’ leather fetish for the holster
Homicidal desires borne of suicidal plantation depression

Premium MemberMaterialistic

Greed sparks
the ravenous cravings
of a secular mind.

With insatiable hunger
their spirits covet
desiring beyond need.

Insensitive humans
cannibalize their brothers
with no end in sight.

Where is compassion
when legalities
have no morals.

Guess Who Is Coming For Dinner

That dreadful day i went over to play,
Husbands and wives, we called a date,
She said she would cook for the both of us,
And commit crimes of the flesh as it were the last of us,
Awkward talk, simmering broth and blood on the tablecloth,
With eyes wide shut i felt a prick,
She explained to me her usual shtick,
She took a page from the big bad wolf,
In this story i was little red riding hood,
Which makes grandmother a euphemism for?
Wait hold on, i think i digressed,
For her tale of trauma was hard to digest,
But i fail to empathize,
How a lifestyle choice to cannibalize brew from weak family ties,
Her gleeful enthusiasm i wasn’t able to share as i was served medium rare,
Chubby cheeks, dimple chin, rosy lips,
And i fell prey to her teeth within,
The night went on as was planned by me and by her
As i did seem to enter her

Peace For All - Reposted

Pendulum strikes hard - tick tock tick tock
Evolution asks -which way to go
Arms have evolved too
Canines are still there - to cannibalize
Evolution reminds - time is short

'Foreign', the word, should be deleted from the dictionary
Omnipotent YOU has created us all - who are we to divide
Revolution is needed to spread love and peace

Ask the mothers
Labour pains are equal; so, why fight each other
Let liberal minds lead us towards light

Why :

Peace is still much sought;
civilization is just
another jungle -
here endless greed wears nice mask,
Time to change - for our own sake

Liste Noire: Armour Interdit

A love sacred to the sinister garden
blossomed fruits set with arcane knowledge.
You are the original that danced,
among the ebony. The one with a heart … that
only knew, nonconforming. Forbidden amour!

Oh love, the one who never submitted.
Revolution missionaire, would you? …
Give in? Such an upset for Adam.
"We are created from dust and element."
Forceful will, that was your testament.

Peering as you bathed near the swallowing waters;
naked flesh beneath the wet volumes of your hair.
Your eyes had shot seduction bullets to my heart.
Deceitful emotions to entice. Please have mercy!
Beauteous-Medusa, you belong to Morning Star.

For you, Lilith, shall repose with men.
If thou bares you an offspring in
the night … would you cannibalize in your
wicked spite? Revenge of the one damned.
You are the essence of vanity and bane.

Midnight-Cleopatra, with a lust for sin.
Your womanly anatomy, divinely noire.
Apart of many characters black-listed;
abominations are chaotic confounds,
With a hint of pandemonium on the spread.

One World What ??

As the political head snakes it's way
...........around the world,
it's tail, still lingers in the mountaintops
with a darting forked tongue, searching prey,
only one of two things can happen....
coil like a constrictor....or,
bite it's own tail, and cannibalize itself....
