Premium MemberSTILLNESS 2

When I grow silent enough
the Word becomes
a shoreline of peace.

Verses drift through me
like light on water,
shimmering without effort.

*In Him we live and move
and something in me
finally remembers how to breathe.

*passage from Acts 17:28

Premium MemberThe problem with biblical eisegesis

The problem with biblical eisegesis
is that you tear Bible verses to pieces.
And in your effort to make of the Bible and its glory
your own personal story,
the truth value of the Bible dramatically decreases.

Premium MemberFavorite Selected Old Testament Bible Verses part five

28) "Am I a God near at hand," says the LORD, "And not a God far off?" Can anyone
hide himself in secret places, So that I shall not see him," Says the LORD; "Do I
not fill the heaven and the earth?" Says the LORD. Jeremiah 23:23-24

29) "My covenant was with him, one of life and peace, And I gave them to him that
he might fear Me; So he feared Me, and was reverent before My name. The
law of the truth was in his mouth, And injustice was not found on his lips. He
walked before Me in peace and equity, And turned many away from inequity.
For the lips of a priest should seek the law from his mouth; and he is the
messenger of the LORD of hosts. Malachi 2:5-7

Premium MemberDictation From The Almighty Jehovah

The most beautiful proses or poems
Were divinely dictated by the Almighty.
I'm not immersing in some profound dreams.
Needless to say, I'm neither inebriated not crazy.

Believe me, just like the verses in the Bible,
Many poems came from the womb of inspiration,
However, the most powerful ones were scribbled
By the Spirit of a Higher Power through dictation.

After reading a few verses from some poetry books,
The words come out alive and move like sharks in hooks,
One can experience the very presence of a supernal being.
Poets of all style, in God's name, please do not to stop writing.

On the door of every Jewish home
is a sort of 'good-luck charm'
Containing certain verses Biblical
to keep all who come and go from harm

Some kiss it on the way out or in
to deter themselves from acts of sin
Such as bolting their front door to guard
   'gainst ragged beggars others bar

Premium MemberSuicide Bomber

Salman Abedi
every member of your family support unit
They should be deported and expelled
The mosque in where he learned his satanic verses
rightly it should be bulldozed to the ground only fair
as our Heavenly Father punished Cain who still burns with anger
A temple of Satan condemning others to death
as it breaks His Holy words and law
suicide is an ungodly ritual
Laid down on stone cold thou shalt not kill
God wills it so non believers of His word
Justice supreme unholy is the act carried out
pure evil demonic is the taking of innocent life
hell holds the fury of those hounds scorned
to hate peace forever more snakes of the dark side
consumed with fire

Premium MemberGod's Bow

We have the rainbow as a sign
of an everlasting covenant with God,
a promise that will not be broken.
Never again will the earth flood
to take every breath of life from under heaven.

When you look upon the rainbow
please know that God is looking too
and remembering his promise to Noah.
Storms will rage and rains will fall
but his word is forever and his promise is true.

When you see the bow in the clouds-
remember, he changed the course of man
and until the last breath is taken
he holds the world in his hands
and he is still in control.
