A poem of love, forgiveness, friendship and peace,
where we fill our laughter, without cease.
From a heart of purest intention,
a forgiving heart, with arms extension.
With a peace, that’s fills the soul, you see,
what love, forgiveness, and peace, does for you and me.
Friendships, relationships, kinships, all the same,
when love, forgiveness and peace, leaves no one to blame.
The laughter, the joy, oh what peace of mind,
when in the right relationships we find.
We are not meant for everyone, you see,
but a true friend with love, forgiveness in peace we be.
Growing, thriving together, as in life we go,
three things that causes relations to grow.
Love, forgiveness, and peace, even if your the guest,
put our best foot forward, then to be our best.
Lately when I speak
I put my foot in my mouth
It's hard on my shoes
Best foot forward, a winning smile
Such roles we oft enact
Vibrant, childlike heart, free from guile
Has no need for such tact
Shed off ego armour
Each soul our paramour
Since bliss throbs enamour
Let’s move onward
Best foot forward

The new year now is creeping into view
with resolutions, hopes and dreams galore,
so this year what I thought that I would do
is get off on the right foot weeks before.
I've upped the rate I pace at when I walk
to burn off calories and trim my waist,
and breakfast times now need no knife and fork,
it's Muesli , hope I get used to the taste.
Brown bread instead of white, meats are lean cuts,
tins of mackerel ,more omega threes,
for extra protein there's unsalted nuts
and tons of fruit to help stave off disease.
It's great to know that as the years go by
I will be really healthy when I die.
Front-line in depth of mortar
Whistling shells and screams of torture
Blood clot gurgles death bell tolls
Hell of pain in body enthrals
Danger rings apprehension stalls
