Best Transaction Poems
He parlayed his handsome,
Against her soft assets.
He saw her and she raised him.
Both folded, spent.
He, a sure bet.
She, a wild gamble.
Together, a beautiful transaction.

If only they can see what my eyes see
The pain of loosing all and never becoming free
Every year is different with pain that never stops.
Why can't they see what my eyes can really see
Everyday i see them but i don't think they see me
For i am reaching out but always left incompletely
My knees are swollen for praying that never stops
Why can't they see what my eyes can truly see
With a grin on my face and a kind voice to plea
Graceful lines but lost in a high tides sea
I'm alone now with pain that never stops
Why can't they see what my eyes revealed to me...

can i feel your breeze? can i breathe your name forever? can you tickle the chimes for their giggles to make you known?
a series of questions, nothing bit to know. no one has ever stopped me for a series of friendliness, i fill up the void yet no one acknowledge the breath.
yet here i stand, begging for your presense to comb across my grains. this land i’m in is yearning for your touch. can’t you feel the life when your skin’s pressed against mine?
i revolve above and beneath the earth, i know i could love you, but i need to let breath be known. will you wait for me? despite what torment might destroy yoyr path?
your breath, what other life could you have but me? you’re all i have to need, my lungs. but then again you’re gone, your gracious abandon grazing my lips— as the taste of you has slipping through my fingers.
how dare you disappear from my grasp?

I want to be
A useless friend
Without a means
Towards an end
I'd love to be
That one you know
Who's presence heals
With naught to show
Transaction lite
No gifts or tools
Just present
There to break the rules
That life is full
And resource heavy
True friends don't need
Transaction levy
I'd love to be
The friend you choose
When life is sweet
Nothing to lose
Unrequired
Layabout
Just present
For a mate hangout
Agenda free
Just there to hold
Nothing is bought
Nothing is sold
I want to be
There on demand
To chat and laugh
Or hold a hand
There is no reason
No goal, no end
I simply want
To be that friend

Even with death
The Man’s gotta bargain a price
So I suppose that’s why that fat a** mortician
As a sales technique
Made my wife and I pick who gets to sit
From the one available chair
In his lavender lobby
For a full hour the morning after
Before he bothered to waddle out
Wiping bean soup from his forehead
Ushering us in to his office.
We asked to see my wife’s mother’s body
To confirm
I don’t know what, her proper arrival?
We were amateurs and he was offended
I could see him think
What difference does it make?
Possession is nine tenths of the law.
He managed to put his pen down
While he shifted a stack of paper
And heaved himself back up
From behind his chest high desk.
We followed him down to the basement
Of the old three story house
As if we were teens in a horror film.
At the bottom he creaked open a door
Peeked in
And I sh*t you not
He grunted under his breath “Hold on hold on.”
Then closed it fast and suggested we trust him.
We said Cremation
He said “Of course.
"We’ve been very busy with that these awful days.”
We wanted to talk colors and shapes of the urn
And to mention the pretty dresses she’d never worn
We found hanging by the dozens in her closet
We wanted to say something about the general agony
She lived within
The sleeves of her entire life
But pulling on his tie and clearing his throat
He wanted first to be exact with us
The cremation was $3000
And the car ride back and forth
To the Jackson Industrial Park
Was another $1500
Because she’d be riding in high style
Boxed up
In the front seat on the way back
And as well he’d need to see our credit card and ID
Up front
Before we proceeded any further
As if we could cheat him
Or change our minds
And reverse our mother’s departure from Earth.

I gave you my heart
You broke it and sent it back
With a note marked not wanted
There’s no money back guarantee
No try me and see
But now your account has been closed
Your credit score blown
And I’m taking my business elsewhere
The lover I want will order more than once
And will look after my heart as their own
The business of love is hard on the heart
And highly emotionally charged
Now leave me alone
I’m going on line
To see if I can find love on the web

Today is 24/7/2024.
Just like a pattern.
Every month it repeatedly happens.
This is the sixth time already.
Will it stop at your favorite number?
Please, no more of this.
Also just realized something weir.
I played and sang the songs which loved by A, B & C (me).
A loved and sang the songs only in his language.
B loves one Asian song which was sung by the person he had crush on.
I loved the song which was sung by E.P. who was not my favorite.
What a discovery of people's personalities.
Quite different but all the same.
It revolves love and music.
Now, I understand what he meant "marriage is a transaction".
No. To me it should be full of affections.
How can I be comfortable if I have to constantly,
Reminding myself what to say and/or not to do.
That was too exhausting and too controlling.

The attentive window sits bitter and alone,
As vindictive vines of envy become overgrown,
Darkened clouds fester, poisoning slowly within,
And discordant branches haunt before dreams can begin.
Resentful shadows form as the candid clock ticks,
Fettered to the rhythm and ready to transfix,
Smothered in indifference, deadened in distraction,
Trauma for tranquility, torture transaction.
Dragged from security as hateful hands clench,
And disfugured hopes comfort, discarded in the trench,
Tangible laughter mocks as teeth tear sanity,
And now, death echos loop, in search of humanity.
