Best Swelled Poems
Mother Nature swelled with pride
The Ozone dropped to its knees and cried
Seen yesterday as forever elusive
All types and traces of pollution had died
Humankind breathed in deeply
emotions all a-whirl
The oceans in unison rose
their waters a-swirl
On high, the angels burst into song
Jubilation had never lasted so long
The Old Man came down to have a look
~ to write a new chapter in His Book
Outside his home a Geek finds a surprise
Three lit pumpkins desiring compromise
They wanted people to know their power
He soon found them giving him a shower
The evil resonates from deep inside
Each Jack-O-Lantern shows off its great pride
Fear that one experiences from each
A fresh heart is just what they do beseech
The Geek not knowing his untimely fate
Approached the pumpkins which he fears of late
Pumpkins swelled and grew absorbing his soul
He fell, leaving his mark right on the knoll
Halloween is not what it used to be
When children walked around getting candy

Draper to dram shop, loops
Drains loves to clean draggle tails,
Draws well done the longbow,
Diarrhea of dusty words
Double does up
Dor-likes
Devoid
peace prevailed the flow
of red blood stretched and dreamt
her bosom swelled
n i sobbed
in the valley of
her innocent eyes
like an orphan
kindred spirits fled and echoed
totally awake for yet
another rendezvouz
intoxicating grey clouds danced
n delivered.
, the smell of love
hung there like
