Best Stewart Poems
TV Land won’t be the same
Without Jon Stewart’s face,
For he’s the one man on the air
That no one can replace.
With other newsmen slinking off
Because they’ve lost our trust,
“The Daily Show’s” lead anchor
Leaves all others in the dust.
When even those who’ve winced at jokes
He’s made at their expense
Express remorse at his departure,
Sadness must commence.
They’ll fill his seat and surely
He’ll do something else real soon,
But his announcement stuck a pin
In everyone’s balloon.

There once was a domestic diva named Stewart,
Who started a decorating empire and grew it.
It seems everthing she touched turned to gold,
Until she fell victim to that adage of old;
She succumbed to greed and promptly blew it.

James Stewart was a prolific actor,
superstar of the stage and silver screen.
His lanky frame wasn't a detractor,
James Stewart was a prolific actor.
His deliberate drawl was a factor,
he'd draw the audience into each scene.
James Stewart was a prolific actor,
superstar of the stage and silver screen.
He'd draw the audience into each scene,
as the most popular star of his day.
With his shy stutter and sly smile routine,
he'd draw the audience into each scene.
His roles were never vulgar or obscene,
neither in films nor in a Broadway play.
He'd draw the audience into each scene,
as the most popular star of his day.

On lifes long road, who knows where are the ends
and when the ones we love leave us alone
what words express the loss of dearest friends
held oh! so dear, whom all the world has known?
Was this their highway junction to all time?
Our grief would be too great for only one,
and three together taken, shouldn't rhyme
but brings reality now that they're gone.
Out on the road, with Charlie, Bob and Jim,
we see ourselves in all they've ever done,
as memories, some bright and others grim,
from reel to reel, and love them every one.
They told our stories, every one was real,
as if they knew exactly how we feel.

Stewart’s accident almost amputated his leg,
So now he’s a para-shooter from Bacup,
Which is a town in Lancashire, English peg,
He trains at Blackburn RPC to rise up.
In Glasgow’s Commonwealth Games 2014,
He came fifth and was chosen for Rio,
He was born on the 2nd day of July in 1966,
And model making is his top hobby, bio.

I'm sailing on a fancy yacht
But I don't give a damn
Cause I'm so bloody seasick
I don't know where I am
It began as a 'wee jaunt'
That sounded kind of fun
To sail about in balmy seas
Enjoying wine and sun
But it's not what I expected
I think Rod Stewart lied
I'm not 'sailing to be free'
My brain is feeling fried
I've been sick on everything
Just throw me overboard
I can't stand up and can't lie down
I'm one exhausted broad
A land lubber is what I am
Sailing life does not enthrall
I like my feet upon the earth
I've no sea legs at all

Bio
there this man named stewart
hes not real smart
every time we talk he goes to the park
he said he had a wife but she was really a mop
the last woman i seen him with was a cop
we have so much pity on this man
he fell at his house and slammed his head on a pan
stewart is a cool guy
except that time he tried to fly
he almost died
one day he came to work carrying a bike
he said i decided to ride my bike to work
it was kind of funny
i guess at that point we figured out he was a dummy
so the moral of the story is you better watch out whatever you do
because one day stewart could be you

Ballad
Every month, without fail, I buy your magazine,
I read it through from front to back, to see what I might glean.
I'm awed at your endeavors and your accomplishments are many.
You show readers how to keep a home and save a pretty penny.
You sew and craft, dice and bake, then deftly plant a row.
You show the way to knit and felt, and how to mix up scrumptious dough.
Yes, Martha you amaze me, your work ethic is supreme.
And creating order out of chaos is every woman's dream.
You make affixing glitter look like more than just plain fun.
You roast and toast, and yes, compost, until the job is done.
I'm sure you have your critics, though I hope that they are few.
We may buy your sheets in Macys, your pots and dishes too.
You've shown this world the domestic life and all it's meant to be.
Most of all you've given hope to plain old gals like me.

kristen is a magazine girl
beautifully portrayed in the glossy pictures of fashion
wonderfully articulated on silver screen
down to earth girl with a wickedly beautiful presence
thouse green eyes are simply magical
in paris fashion lace she is delicious
but her beauty is best illustrated in t-shirt and jeans
down to earth girl full of life
she shines in spite of hollywood
standing beautiful in sunlight rather than limelight
dreamy poet and artist
weaving her hearts light into beautiful visions of ink
legendary magazine girl
kristen stewart is one of a kind

Free verse
I bought a Martha Stewart pan and liked it very well
now for my cooking needs I have ten or twelve
I used to drive a big old Ford Galaxy it was colored brown
now I have a green Chevy truck to get around
Once I only drank Coca Cola to cool me down
now a Pepsi even RC my thrust to drown
Blue jeans were all I wore that was a fact
now I am more comfortable in a pair of slacks
Once I always slept in PJ's to dream the night away
now in loose t-shirt and boxers on slumber's sleigh
I once watch network television for shows and news
now its all streaming for entertainment woos
I used to pray at night before I went to sleep
now I pray anytime of the day or week
The more things change they really do
but the one constant I keep as I love you.

"Oftentimes, sometimes I think of you. I drive by the street where you used to live. I don't know now if you're alive or not. Blessings to you I give. I don't know if you're married or a widow. All I know is just this ^I Loved You Gala^, but I never did tell you Oh! I loved your meekness, your sweetness...
Happen upon we were in the same school in junior high. My heart asked me why you didn't say anything bout how I feel. Gala you had such loving eyes and you wore glasses your hair was auburn skin as bronze you were, so friendly often times so endearing.
And yes I should have said something but alas I was afraid to. To say something. Your name is Gala my first crush. Gala Steward wish you knew that I like you. Was in Junior High in 1968. You kind of look like my mother with those pretty eyes girl, you're so great. Your name is Gala I should have persuaded my mind cuz. My heartwas already there. I walked you home from school one day. It was such a lovely way.
The name is Gala, Gala Stewart I hope all is well in your life and that you've very affluent for I was to shy to say. That I love you to embarrass to say. Anything, I was foolish a dope, didn't listen to my heart. Well who knows maybe if I now pray. Best wishes to see you again one day. Whether you're married or not hope God blessing at first thought.
Gala you were my first love but I never told ya!"
~This is a verse bout my first crush in middle school Horace Mann Junior High School...~

Narrative
Your green eyes, O! how they haunt me,
You daughter of Persephone, you angel of night,
Whose silence bleeds mine heart, whose very sight
Entangles my limbs in a web, unfree
Without thee. Your cloudy visage I cannot see,
You Morpheus, intruder of my nights,
Of my dreams, as I climb after you to
unknown heights,
Heights that I slip upon and fall to the sea,
The flat sea of static, of hundreds of pixels.
But you lift me from the waveless waters
Before you vanish in white again,
Before I can taste your sweet morphine lips.
Kristen, Kristen, should I not bother?
Will we ever share blood, a kindred skin?

In the beginning God created heaven and earth
And the baby doll, with a dollop of almond paste
Mixed with juice of rose petals and lemon, chaste
Cheeks are apple pulp and chin slumbering dew
Eyes are virgin birth, face golden moon in pew
Hair is sunset glow bathing in orange juice mirth
The baby is Kristen Stewart our dream’s rebirth.
