Rod Stewart Lied

I'm sailing on a fancy yacht
But I don't give a damn
Cause I'm so bloody seasick
I don't know where I am

It began as a 'wee jaunt'
That sounded kind of fun
To sail about in balmy seas
Enjoying wine and sun

But it's not what I expected
I think Rod Stewart lied
I'm not 'sailing to be free'
My brain is feeling fried

I've been sick on everything
Just throw me overboard
I can't stand up and can't lie down
I'm one exhausted broad

A land lubber is what I am
Sailing life does not enthrall
I like my feet upon the earth
I've no sea legs at all

I love your sense of humor, Julie. My kind of girl and poetry. Thanks for the laugh.
