Alabaster White

Alabaster white, brazen in bold
can’t be bought or sold!

Silent as it is Sinister
somehow that alabaster glows?

Surface, a bony texture; cracks, fissures
like something living once long ago
in antediluvian halls…

A house sits in its red marrow, bone-white walls!
not knowing tomorrow only knowing what is heralded
of bone white, gold intricate
filagree serpentine, imagery!

Of alabaster, old brazen n bold like cast bronze figurines
of unknown deities calling out
to touch fingers tips…

Caress, seeing the texture of bones
cracks n fissures like ancients skulls at rest
this thing of alabaster, cold!
Silently sitting sinisterly.

…alabaster bold somehow defies eons that fold
alabaster white blazing of an unknown…disaster!

Cryptic life resting in antediluvian wombs
a forgotten world borrowed deep
in the red marrow…tombs!

forgotten by tomorrow pushing faster
unknown, cold, old encrusted in
  Ancient
   ...Alabaster

Pest Control --- Goodbye

Goodbye, farewell, adieu, please go away,
this house is mine. I will not share with you.
You see my cabinets as a buffet,
pay no rent, and use the floor as your loo.

You fail miserably as a roommate,
and I’ll be more than glad to see you gone.
Sinisterly gleeful about your fate,
I’m anxious for the curtains to be drawn.

No more ceaseless chattering though the night,
nor any more wires cleaved by rodent teeth.
I won’t fret on small eyes reflecting light,
or creatures hiding in my Christmas wreath.

Escape, or, if you prefer, you can die.
I don’t care which, as long as it’s Goodbye!

Blood Lust

One stands utterly still
in darkness only lit
by a full moon obscured by
eerie clouds, drifting
slowly across the moon’s path.
Nothing moves, not even a
gentle breeze exists in
this place that has been
painted black.
Sound does not enter one’s
ears; quiet has overcome its
presence, it makes one feel
deafened by silence.
Still one stands motionless awaiting
that sudden sound created by
human presence.
One awaits hidden in the gloomy
shadows created by edifices
created by man to provide
safety; how wrong they were.
Something moves making the
gravelled paths crunch like
breaking bones.
Their heart beats loudly,
their veins protrude
teasing one to strike but
one must wait,
one must not be too hasty
or all will be revealed at
the wrong moment; timing is
vital.
The sound steadily grows louder;
the creature is in the vicinity
of my presence, the smell of its
blood is potent enticing one to
lust its precious gift of life
that flows through its body.
It passes the edifice that
creates the shadows one is
hidden in; one has stricken
without warning.
Blood pours in to one’s mouth
through the harsh wound now
upon the creature’s neck, it
warms one’s dead heart making
it beat only for moments.
The creature squirms endlessly;
pointless and futile,
it becomes sluggish and grey,
one stops and pauses; the
creature dropped with a
heavy thump, it was a man.
One breathes heavily; blood drips
sinisterly down on to one’s chin whilst
peering at the now dead
man lying on the ground
in a twisted way; its
bones snapped and protruding
through raw muscle.
One has killed, stolen
innocence and still the
blood lust grows, like
perverted roots that
never stop expanding
deeper in to earth;
that is where one truly
belongs, buried beneath,
trapped, alone and with
nothing but hunger for all eternity.

A Dark Dialogue Pt1 of 3pts

There it sits…
in the dark corner a hollow thing bony arms skeletal

Is it grinning
There sitting closer in shadow even in Light.
Black Eyes staring.

Things understand….
Unmoved.
EYES glow like cats in car lights

I wonder…
What are you!
A haunting vestige of hair, all teeth, and bone

Tumbling down past your shoulders
A dark thing of dark flesh…
Lost to void

A pool of light near your arm
It's daringly too close, fearing to see
too much too soon...

Light seems to retract?

Feeling your ice drift from you
from your hands
I ask you, “what are you?”
“Where have you been?”
“Where are you going”?

Skintight skull grinning eyes wide
a dark dialogue I devise
I want to pull you close but the fear is…

You were my ALL, in a former life.
My memories of us once
beautiful, bright, fleeting...

...now just dust drifting
Your soul is lost,
so is mine?

And only this thing
Sits & grins
                 sinisterly at me…

Winters Night

Winters night
Here we sit on a cold winters night
The fire burns bright
we watched as the flames dance
create illusions of life
Secret dreams and Demons dance
Guardian angels spin in a flicker of flame
they spread their golden glow In wings
as we cast wishes
we paint stories to revive the past
And jump as embers pop fire cracks
watching the flames dance
Play run and burn turn to Ash
demons grin sinisterly in orange
yellow flaring firelight
We feel we see angels
Deep in the heart aflame
I watch their wings spread
in the orange pumpkin light
as demons scream in smoldering logs
as we sit here on a cold winter night

Spontaneous Stigmata Surfacing

Spontaneous sulfurous stigmata sinisterly surfacing
Membranous molecules meticulously masterfully marshaling
Tangible tempestuous tears tangling thoughts
Radical revelation revealing ruinous rots
Pious priests patronize punishable penance
Impious illusions intrigue impacting independence
Narcotizing nefarious noxious naves navigate
Prioritizing pains portal pandemic perpetrate
False fixation fumigates fragmental fatal fury
Defaults determine damaged destructive demons dreary

Carnaval

See the bright lights of the Carnaval.
I wander with the marvels
In of my sights of beautiful balloons,
stuffed animals capers
popcorn reeks
cotton candy melts
I see the rides, twirl
I feel the fortunetellers, tell
I see lights blaze, bright
apples dripped in forbidden spice, nice
The fire eaters drink the flame
The clowns dance the dance of fools
The carousel creatures grin sinisterly
Ferris wheels spins
Feeling the screams of the thrill seekers
Ice cream melts, runs, in the warm evening
Gerrish banners flying, high flapping absently
Freaks babble nonsense
Laughter fills the twilight
Treading thinly on hysteria
In the distance stands a tall tent starkly
A place of the damned,
Twisted are the freaks
Crowds milling like drones
In the masses a figure stands, darkly
Wondering among the sights
Playing games of chance
Thrill seekers scream echoing delights
A carnival in spin my world in turn
I wonder with apathy
I see what the road has for tragedy
The ferris wheels spin
Carousels twirl
The monsters whirl
Something grins
On harlequins grease stains run
I tread on the edge of sanity
I feel something come
Seeing the bright lights,
Dark of the night,
Feeling crowds of the Carnival...

Still Life

In the corner there...
Under the defused lights,
With spectral highlight’s here,
There, they float near and afar.
An apple sits in its technicolor glory,
It's not fully red or crimson or scarlet
Greens of sage and emerald
Dances in its hues,
Corruption is setting in as time passes
under these searing spots
as rot comes like a little death
spreading to the rest,
The rust of fruits oranges,
nectarines, bundles are of berries,
sliced in aromatic spice,
bloody droplets of cherry’s puddle,
next to a crystal chalice
of fine facets and filigrees
cut to trap light, to express
spectrums of color glitter and refract,
Standing starkly next
to the draped sacred rosary
and the sweet-fruited flesh.
Dust comes to rest
A raven of stately lorn,
blue on to black night into
nocturnal feathers bore
eyes deep as ink wells so black, onyx
dipping into hues blue in the reflect.
A haunting vestige that knows breath, nevermore!
Amidst the abstract, crowded
silent room linger
Still, stranger odd ornate objects gather...
from oblivion's shores.
A compass of intricate design,
sextons of aged patina brass,
Crack mirrors and mercury glass.
Mechanisms fine-tuned for sailors
to chart uncharted seas where “there be dragons”.
Deep, driven is the shaft of daggers hilted blade
Casts its long crucifixes shadow
Here on books of quaint and forgot lore
Tomes of cryptic grimoires,
archaic mysteries, ill-begotten biographies,
Black Bibles of some unknown deity...
Or leather-bound abominations
found in the depths of god-forsaken tombs.
Stacked like sand blown Persian Ziggurats.
To were a white horror stares
bleached bone and hollowed sockets glare
it grins sinisterly but it's harmless if you dare
But why would you care
Around this still life of oddities
Things found a life lived out fast
Hallmarks of someone long
forgotten history left in this corner
under these lights for someone
to render in all details
of its fading glories
Life is still at last.

Don'T Get Me Started On Milk

So is it just me or is toast weird
bare with me so
bakers train for years
To produce these
beautiful pillow bouncy castles of air caves
surrounded by mouth crumbling battlements
crusts that disintegrate at a tremble
they learn to knead and squeeze and shape
they have timings calculated
and portioned preparations
each grain of accounted salt well grain
Through clear logos
its ribbed edges
flex
So we take these baskets of art
Take them home
and sinisterly cut them in
coffin oblongs
and place them=wait for it in
machines that will burn them
until like slightly corroded
stone tablets
we have made them crunchy
wait too crunchy
lets slather them in gold drips sun bloomed fat drops

how many times have you had a toastie
which is only toasted on one side maybe
we should call it a Toa lets call it a tie
which toast came first
the bread or the raising of the wine

and why do we always cut it smaller
people you cant live with them
but you can hide within them
and wait for them all to die

now
they say that we clink glasses
because if your enemy has poisoned your drink
any foamy overspill
it will poison them
friends so easily turn to fiends

that softly hue of amber embers
dripping with oil slick sunbeam strokes of summer
bye
going to make some weird toast

Premium Member Death Comes Home

Leaden clouds sweep swiftly in from the north,
Blanketing the sapphire skies in melancholy.
Deafening, rolling thunder cracks
As a mysterious chill sends a shudder up my spine.

A faint knock rasps at my front door;
Whispers circulate, ringing through my walls,
Echoing my name ever so sinisterly.

For twenty and twenty years, I have been happily discontent,
Freezing my sins in lovely seclusion.
Now, a dank darkness drapes this dilapidated sanctuary.

Peering out the curtains, I see death's arrival—
Ruby red roses in my formerly lush garden
Crumbling to ash, fading into the earth.

Elongated fingers peek through the dubious haze.
A cackling booms.

To my right stands an ornate Victorian mirror.
Turning my head, I can see the flames of Hell rage.
What was once just a plane of glass
Has now become a beckoning portal.

Without hesitation, I rip it off the wall,
Smashing the omen, trying to escape an unfathomable fate.
Within seconds, it's fully reconstructed,
Signaling there is no reprieve.

Wickedness

Nothing is quite as alarming as white.
It gives an illusion of purity
when it sinisterly scorched away sight.
Leaves existence lost in obscurity.

Tick, Tick, Tick-

The wall clock ticks sinisterly,
My eyes are riveted to it.
Tick, tick, seconds escape quickly -
All my chances seem forfeited.

I would like to stop the ticking
And hold back the hands - this movement.
The wall clock – a scary thing,
The past second – my lost moment.

The conscious touching of the time
Reminds of the inevitable.
I hear the clock all the while:
The clock-the time-my life-fear…

I can’t stand it. It’s so tragic.
I catch my anxious, nervous breath.
Every struck second – tick, tick, tick,
Brings nearer the certain death…

Dreams

Confused arising
Seeking, searching, scrutinizing. . .
Succeeding.
Conniving, cutlasses, smirking swords;
Silently mocking, laughing at my doom.
Glaring, glowering, with a gleam in their eye.
Eerie eye patches, sneering smiles;
Sinisterly scheming, anticipating gloom.
Creeping, crawling, cringing. . .
Complete.
Concrete awakening.

High Jinx At the Okay Coral

accursed creepily haunting
Phantasmagoria wraiths
vandalize residents psyches
within their sleep induced state

Sublimation shunts
slumbering souls
unknowingly held hostage
successfully sacrificing

Semi-smothered silent species
snoring simians steadfastly succumb
subsequent sibilant sounds
woo woebegone wicked transmogrification

dilapidated divested bodies deposited
wizard waves wand
watching whirling wretched lovely bones
whipsawing (in toto) within abyss

whooshing whistling wheezing
whets warlocks appetite wakening
brutish nasty nightmare
sinister hulking spirits

steal assorted corporeal essence
monstrous mashing somnambulant
mephistophelian shadowy satanic satyrs
supremely swallow senior citizen bankers

deep within catacombs
of Highland Manor,
deadened defeated Delphic Oracle
relegates human husks,

viz spent embodiments
to the under world lay siege
sinisterly seeding, via sinister spirits
one pure evil particularly wicked

witch thy capering
sickening ghastly plot against
unsuspecting spouse snatched
parch trey gnarled warty claws.

Malevolent Mental Maelstrom

inside me cranium
toady, an amphibious December 19th
twenty twenty one sinisterly drum
intonating forty five orbitz one bum
graduated as hard school of knocks alum.

Fiendish and gruesome phantasmagoric denizens
dwell deep inside subterranean vault
perform an evil dance
haunt psychic landscape
with imaginary (yet realistic)
gargoyle visitations cast macabre trance
nocturnal unconscious invaders
cavort and gallivant
disturb quiescent sleep
with devilish and sinister prance.

Apparitions crept stealthily
into peaceful slumber receptacle
repository whence illusory
landscape of dreams
take place to rejuvenate
exhausted body, mind and spirit triage
rent asunder blissful sleep with
a startled fright
cold sweat drenched
nighttime garments and bedding
teeth chattered uncontrollably
heart pounded loudly inside chest
nightmarish phantoms wrought
an awful ghoulish sight.

Mushroom cloud anniversary triggered
frenzied gargantuan hallucination
seventy six plus years ago today inauguration
into atomic age took place
one country after another sought
to acquire demonic and destruction devices
maintain self-preservation in
surreal atomic weapons race
impossible to escape the dark threat
looms and threatens life on Earth
one launched missile spells extermination

across entire global space.

No escape from humankind military machines
munitions march mean madness
and guaranteed demise to all life
*****Sapiens violent history of bias,
intolerance and/or prejudice
characterizes vicious warfare
and chronic species strife
unaffordable legacy for future
(and perhaps alien) archeologists,
who will sift thru civilization debris
with delicate knife.

Artifacts buried in a heap
of pulverized and radioactive ash
civilization monuments
and hedonistic symbols
gone in a blinding brilliant flash
irksome flotsam and jetsam
spewed into outer space
alien nations light years distant
collect miniscule bits and pieces
offer object lesson as extinction for beings
that become excessively brash.
