Best Shamefulness Poems

Cut Apart

Cut away the shame
The shame that drives us all insane
Insane animals we’ve become in our pain
Our pain is the oasis of your soul's spirit within
In the times of tribulation, always remember
Always remember to believe in yourself and as for me
As for me, I will ride the rollercoaster of tears inside
The tears inside are filled with fears and cheers of all kinds
All kinds of guilt engulfs me as a whole
As a whole, I feel so weak and useless
Useless as a rusty tool in the rain of grief that leads to naught
Naught is what I ended up with when I feel all alone
All alone in a sense…God forgives my rebelliousness and sees my innocence
My innocence is what He simply adores and oversees my sins of youthful days
Youthful days spent in the prison of my crooked passions and disarrays
Disarrays fade away…oh thank you, God…
God looks after me like a hawk to its prey; I am praying…
Praying to the Lord for you to be my moon of I’ll-see-you-soon
Soon enough, you and I will be together and make a friendship bond beyond our own
Our own loneliness hits us to the core
To the core is how you cut me deep
You cut me deep in shamefulness thoughtlessly
Thoughtfully, I am cutting away at the shame
The shame that cut you and I apart

Are You In Christ Or Is Christ In You

Do you walk around and wear Him as a vest and only reveal Him when the heat gets too much
Does His heartbeat, beat to the beat of yours
Is your blood infused with His and does it flow from within His veins
For when He hanged at Calvary He took part in the greatest blood transfusion ever heard off
Are you in Christ or is Christ in you?
Do you only use His name when it is suitable?
Trying to fit in with the crowd when in fact you should not conform to the standards of this world
Relying on your own unstable knowledge?
Formed from the opinions of editors of magazines, newspapers or news bulletin
Practically too afraid to refer to His word in case someone might miss-taken you for a bore
Does the term brethren only refer to you when you are confined by the four walls of your church building?
Cause the minute you step outside the gates you take salvation
Carry Him by the hand and hide Him away when you interact with your peers

Sneaking into clinics, thinking no one can recognize who you
Must applaud you, you’re a great actor
But be warned because the director in heaven has control to bring an end to the scene in which you’re acting
You see even The Pill couldn’t help
Masturbating with the idea of being saved
While Intersecting with your evil desires
Talk about gratification of the Flesh!!!
No concentrative can terminate the conception of sin
Which planet are you from
Venus, Jupiter or Mars
It doesn’t really matter for it was He who created all things under the heavens
Where have you ever seen the branch carrying the Vine?

If you are sitting down
With your mind entangled by this question
Distinguish this…
When you’re in Him, He takes your nakedness and shamefulness
And allows His glory to be the very covering
When you’re in Him, your flaws are eliminated because they are engrafted on the side in which He was pierced
For He is the very foundation of all things
When you’re in Him, He changes the very way in which you walk
Sometimes His wrath will have you limping back across the river just like Jacob – I mean Israel
Choose today in whom you will abide!
Are you in Christ or is Christ in you!!!

In My Blood

They said it's in my genetics from generations in the past,
My ancestors struggled with the same demons I face,
           My up's, down's, mania's and I'm a consistent outcast,
The day I was born was the beginning of my crisis of faith.

"Oh, what a lovely little girl full of joy and sassiness,"
The signs were all there that I would struggle one day,
For in my blood I have inherited the will to be depressed,
And since that day I realized no one knew what to say.

Little girl growing up just to try to please everyone,
Teenager full of angst and suffering break downs,
Don't get me wrong, I've had a lot of fun,
But with too much liquor and so quickly did I drown.

Receiving genetic transmissions from all my predecessors,
Full of regret and shamefulness encompassing my soul,
Falling into the forever trap of high school's peer pressure,
Spinning and swerving and sleeping too far out of control.

By the time I hit thirty years old I cleaned up my act,
Sought professional help and support of my family,
Finally I have put forth sincere effort to get back on track,
Said one last goodbye to my distant best friend calamity.

See...these things I've been bestowed may sound bad,
But if not for the hell I wouldn't be heaven bound,
For in my blood there is triumph and I DON'T have to be sad,
And serenity and confidence I have finally found.

Why were there so many snakes crawling through my blood?
And how did I kill them at such a young age?
All the black electricity flowing through my body I unplugged,
And in the book of my journey I have flipped one more page.

Most of the Beautiful Girls of Bangladesh

In Bangladesh most of the beautiful girls
Are raped by their fathers
The victims shed tears
In the darkness of night
Most of times they cannot protest
Their mouths are gagged
By their horrid shamefulness and unknown fears

These fathers are lascivious like animals and insects
They cannot control wild desires
Their daughters are like flowers
Beautiful, sweet-smelling, innocent and helpless
Many of them later become loose characters
Some of them become sex-workers
And others face unhappy married life ultimately

These girls think it would be better
If they were dead long before they were raped
Or their fathers buried them alive like the dark ages
When they were newborn

I have heard hundreds of such cases
And it makes me wonder how bad this society is
And how can we metamorphose
These human animals into real humans

Proudly Naked

In the dark
Beyond the reach of light
When the day is clothed in black cover
And color, height and size exit the stage
When all, without exception is levered
By the highest commonest decimal of nudity
Devoid of illusion of furs and feathers
Tempting the eyes of shamefulness and shamelessness
In dead dark night nakedness
We return to beings called human
United with the effervescent rhythms of nature
A turn, and back behind the beginning, we are
Turning the time to timeless Eden
Stripped of all trappings and wrappings
Of façade and fallacy of fashion;
Vile fame and vain fortune
Base beauty of clothed eyes
We become knotted with the elements
Stark naked as we once were
When nude culture was the couture
In the stark dark night
We stand naked and true
Naked; pristine, pure and proud

Naked and Ashamed -Part 4-

Ooooooh.... Oooooh....OoooOooh...

Open up my pane and seep in my pain
I weeped too long without you
Open up my pane and let me hear the train
So we can learn to see where our train tracks lead...so you won't see us blue
Or stick to each other like wood glue

Ooooooh.... Oooooh....OoooOooh...

Just watch the beautiful skies
As the sunset descends below the hills,
I can feel your hands, shaking from the cold and the chills
I'll keep you warm
Just stay with me forevermore
So we can watch the birds soar
In the sun-drenched skies...
We'll never wave out goodbyes...
Just not yet...
So don't doubt and don't be upset
Or uptight, baby
Cause I'll hold you with passion and make you experience ecstasy
We'll be abiding next to sea...
Meanwhile, we'll live our normal lives and look forward to vacation time
When that time comes, I bet it would be absolutely sublime

Ooooooh.... Oooooh....OoooOooh...

Hey x3
You clothe me up...
What's up with you today?
I'm naked and ashamed
Turn the other way...
'Cause today is not the only day
I feel so damn afraid...
But hey x3
You make me feel whole
How was your day?
Hopefully the sky wasn't a shade of gray

Ooooooh.... Oooooh....OoooOooh...

I just wanted to say I love you so
I wanna see your sunlit, gracious glow...
Just so that you know...
You can cover up my nakedness
And replace it with happiness
You can cover up my shamefulness

The Birth of a Mother

A plethora of
hopes and dreams
born in glorious
first moments:
heartbeats and
breaths.

A most coveted
bountiful blessing
deserving of
unconditional love,
smiling upon this
precarious world.

The most joyous moment
suddenly shrouded
by crushing concern
and immeasurable fear.

Patience wearing thin
in the presence of
engorged, stinging breasts
and marked, stretched skin.

A grey curtain drawn
in dispair and pain
over an exhausted mind
and over-burdened body.

A sweltering shamefulness
creeps in on lonely,
endless days
and sleepless nights -
taking advantage
of inexperience and
insecurity.

A brooding rage boils over
into uncontrollably
weeping eyes
and quivering fists.

An outburst of emotions
sets into motion
a bombardment
of self-doubt
and hopelessness.

Swiftly
a warm caress
and innocent blue eyes
offers short-lived relief.

In the presence
of pure perfection
a deep gratitude
offers colossal courage.

Healing.
Inevitable.

Before the Heavens Fall

Souls they gather one and all,
at the time the darkness fades.
Hands to heads between the walls,
sin does move away.
Never to be lackened less,
the saints are without prayers.
Raining souls of the unconfessed,
who's screams still fill the air.
The dead they are awakend,
by their spirits they do call.
And wale to the forsakened,
before the heavens fall.
Deeds are counted for their cheap,
harsh punishment to bare.
And with a payment left to reap,
such shamefulness to share.
Separate from the ways of one,
who paid the price for sin.
Separation not for fun,
has judgment does begin.
All are lost without a face,
within this space they call.
Wishing for another place,
before the heavens fall...

This Box

Oh what sorrow I feel for the ones that get left behind,
All our lives we seek the truth,
We never seem to find the reason for the loss of kindness,
Never understanding that they have so much hate for us,
All the holidays we celebrate alone,
But still we must go on,
The feeling as if we were placed in a forgotten box upon a shelf of shamefulness,
Why did they do this to us,
What have we done to be made to endure the shame they feel for us,
We hope that one day they will remember us,
But only to be disappointed from one day to the next,
Oh the pain we feel as we scream in the darkness of our box,
Our voices seeming to fade away,
We dream of what could have been,
But only to awake in the darkness of our box,
Now that the season of our lives is coming to a close,
We can’t help but to wonder did they truly forget us,
Will we be remembered or is this box our life long tomb,
Do they feel no shame for what they have done,
Not knowing us for who we are,
The joy we could have brought,
The happiness they could have felt,
The family we could have been,
They truly will never know,
But again we must go on,
It’s been decades now,
But we still miss them,
Remembering all the while,
This box is our home.

We Meet Again

I see myself as I really am
A broken-down, unstable dam
A mighty lost, little lamb

I hear myself as I walk around
I'm a valley, below the ground
A lot of mixed feelings per pound

He, the Lord, is the mountain above
His spirit shimmers and soars as a dove
Merciful and mindful is He with abound love

I whisper in the atmosphere below
I pray in solitude's hold though...
Overcome the hardship and the pain of rain aglow

The sun is but a shadow, hidden and alone
The moon is but a reflection, slightly shone
The clouds of dreariness is but a lone bone

I am who I am and I, alone, won't be enslaved by regret
I am His lamb, a well-built dam by His illuminating empowerment, all needs and wants met
Humility and obedience are lifelong traits to achieve I bet

Give me eternal fire to burn away the snowstorm of shamefulness
Lift me up, don't weigh me down like gravity's hopelessness
Feeling and dealing with mixed sentiments per pound more or less

These bittersweet, pitiful emotions
Collide like two polar-opposite oceans
These hideous, yet precious notions -

We meet again...

Her ineffable iridescence transcended my trepidations

Her ineffable iridescence transcended my trepidations.
Her scintillating semblance was a hammer to the heart on my sleeve.
Shattering my shamefulness and unlocking my ululations,
But now I am bereaved for my lover chose to leave.

Now my concubine is chimeric and my feelings have faded.
Wash away my world but preserve the past memories in my mind.
Leave me to languish in our eternal estrangement.
