It was quick, as this will be
The rise of crimson and orange color,
Shining across the sky
Fading to pink, before my eyes
Then gray clouds rushed in as if,

Cold yesterday
weeping to warmish now.
the year is old,
now young,
now a grey cross-eyed cat
perched on a green wall.
The young grow more beautiful
it's hard to catch-up.
Google sucks
the weather's autocorrected
time and time again.
Pond ducks head for the beach
then retreat in dismay
as icebergs return
