Circumstance of France
Circumflex

Global indifference
Uncaring bastards
For words and letters
Grammar and poetic letters
Stealing our roots, our tools
Our hats
Our very being
Taking us for fools
We shall overcome this injustice
As Rafael Padilla rose above his chains
So shall we restore our dignity

I fear if we left the kitchen
You'd steal our onions too
Have you no soul?
Do you know how cold the winter with no hat?

You say you are the Académie française
Yet you protect not the black letters on a page
Oh Chocolat! Oh Shame!
You care not for the revolution long ago
Nor do you care for the heart of Moliere
I of all
I am shocked
To be calling the language police
What comfort can you give a word with no hat to wear?
Have you no compassion, do you not care?

All my life I have dreaded that hat
Now that I have conquered my fear
You wish to behead the very essence of French
Have you no shame?

You wish to circumcise the grammar
Shorten the learning, make bad spelling no ones blame
I stand tall, atop the Eiffel tower
I shall protest you, flexing my circumference
Making you see the errors of your intolerance
To murder such a small hat
Of history
You only create misery
As I open yet another Bordeaux
The Circus died yet there is one clown left

Notes: This poem is about the removal of the ^ from certain letters in the French language, this was decided in 1990 but only has become “news” now. However like all great ideas I did intertwine others, if you care to guess, and the point of the poem is not to make a point but rather to stir a social discussion on the issues of today.

Up In Smoke - a Cigar Story

PROFESSOR SILA, VICTOR SINCLAIR, AND ROCKY PATEL
were scheduled to visit ARTURO FUENTE at the DREW ESTATE in ASHTON.
However, the count of MONTE CRISTO stopped their trip at SAN MIGUEL
because of the possibilty of BROCATUS intercepting them and searching
them for PIRATE'S GOLD near the GRAYCLIFF off the ISLA DEL SOL.
He had the ROBUSTO to use a TORPEDO on their ship,
the PRESIDENTE CHURCHILL.

Their friend ALEC BRADLEY had heard of the plan while
speaking with DON PEPIN GARCIA as they were both seeking
VEGAS GOLD by playing BACCARAT. "AVE MARIA",
he cried..."what can we do but try to warn them."

However, they were already at sea, and the only way to reach
them was PERDOMO which was transmitted by DAVIDOFF
in a ROBUSTO BELICOSO manner. It took nearly 60 RINGS,
but he finally reached ROMEO Y JULIETA who then passed
their message via OLIVA on the PUROS INDIOS which
was sailing near CORONA.

He had been a member of the GURKHA brigade in WWII,
and given the CU-AVIAN, summoned his comrades
PADILLA, MACANUDO, and MADURO to help him stop
this attempt in the NUB. Using a DIESEL TORO, they
successfully sent a signal over the LA PERLA HABANA Mountains,
where DON RAFAEL stopped the DOMINICAN MADURO MELEE.

For the uneducated, all CAPS are names of Cigars, Cigar Companies,
or related to the industry.

The Deserted American

If anyone can help me with work I am a single father about to collapse. No jobs anywhere around to pay rent. Which is coming up soon. Now as you all missed the rhyme king here's for you. Dark Poetry. S.W.P

I Shawn Weston Padilla die today. For your ignorance I no longer wish to stay. We live in a real world not a theatrical play. Call me a deserter I prefer it that way. You live inside a glass box where they go haha. I walk away to you idiots and, say ta ta. Get your mind in a stable state. On top of my own problems Americans throw a lot of **** on my plate. I have given up all hope. Dose america have a history in the Apocalypse i say nope. Give a **** less if you call this rhyme dope. You live in a mental hospital you can't even cope. So tie my name upon a rope.Hang it from a tree and watch it choke. Your a bit English let me call you bloke. You need to realign your morals take a different stroke.Where a criminal person a aggravated felon can take a job over me? Going in everyday begging for a job is where i don't need to be! I walk out on my country needless that I say. You all are idiots that's why i spray. Would you rather this go down in the book of are four fathers? To accept that **** it really bothers. I have given up. To give utopia america is just not enough. Now go along with your useless facebook stuff.

Memories

Deleted the memories of what we had
I am not going to lie i had a blast
but now its time to end this at last
forget about everything put it behind us leave it in our past
where did the time go? It sure went fast
Im sorry about everything it all even left me with a gasp.
Deleting the memories of what we had...

Tears of 2shy

Tears Of 2shy

Tears have been droped
The pain grows highly enoghf
to end the round.
Emotions do it all in a bond
create a mouse caged
with the exit to far to try
getting out.
The tears start to load
moods instead of numing
woons.
Loud and quite anoyingly
salty water raized to soften,
the heart to cut the tights
sorrounding blocking happyness.
No relief only of tears walking
threw a face.
Lack of appriciation towards
known creatures.
Tears of 2shy it might
wisper the true or
express the most
upsetting victory in history.

Year One

In Loving Memory of David Padilla Jr.

Taken by the unforeseen.
I share my birth month with
(K)Crystal.
My Cousin must be
feeling phantom parameters and
missing links.
Zoom.
Thumbing through everything
from past to present.
I miss your presence.
Life that filled the room
with laughter so loud.
A love stretched out.
So proud I known you.
I'd never change you.
Home real quiet, the silence
keep me company.
Love lonely too.
I wait even though
spirituality was never my
directive.
Id never dream of
losing a sought after
perspective.

My Father broke the silence.
He told me that you had to go.
That you're already gone.

I hear the air whistle blow.
The distance, it's everywhere
and haunts me with its stretch
expansive, blaring with
warbling trill.
Into my ears, attentively
listening because
the call cannot wait.
I refuse to miss the call.
I'll react before
August hesitates
again.

Shall not lose faith in the realm
of the railed express ways.
I sometimes believe when the whistle
blares, you encompass the path I need.
In the fever pitch I soak in
the noisy roaming careless
Intersection.
I miss you.
Never forget you.
I'm not baptized so if you see me
show me.
I'll reach up to you.
That's better than living,
knowing that gladly I take
My dastardly beating.

My friend.
My dawg.
My missing month.

	  All the love I received,
          All the love for me.
          I sent to the memory.
	  Rest easy Padilla..

Just Jesus Christ

Just Jesus Christ

Just Jesus Christ saved me, from death took me too his

I some times don't understand his plan, but some how always belive his right when everything is going wrong. My sufferment he has observe, carefully his chosen the word's my path is Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ is the path.
His mercy is unique, his name should always be uplifted in any moment, one man in flesh
Came to save the rest.

Tell's a man really in love, not just for me but, for all society in particular.
His own people, didn't accept him, I give him a chance Jesus dosen't fail this he prove's to me all lthe time.
I love you Jesus Christ the last thing I want to do is fail, you because It hurt's inside, you died for me in the cross the only thing I could do Is give my life and, who I was to the only one who truelly cares "Jesus Chris" . I'm done!
