Best Outpouring Poems
I bowed before the Lord.
Like a little brook, His Spirit flowed.
As I went lower, the Bestower
Poured more into my soul.
A whole refreshing, a mighty blessing
Like a fragrant arboretum flowed.
As praise I raised, heaven heaved
And more began to flow O’r me.
From prostrate now to hands uplifted:
Yes, more and more upon me rolled.
My mouth became a spout of shouts,
Still greater His glory poured.
The stronger my worship of His Sonship
New Heights came and a wonderful “oneship”
And the glory poured more and more!
Until fully abandoned, all constraint reprimanded
The fullness of God rained upon me.
A resplendent outpouring, a fountain of diamonds;
A Niagara of refining, no sun could outshine it.
A light with refractions: a trillion gems
That exclaimed a glory no writer could pen!
Oh, the magnificence of His presence!
When self truly died and on Him, I relied
This vision of blessing appeared.
The light and the bliss, no words tell the story
Of the grandeur and height of His glory.
The Pinnacle outpouring, comes only from showing
When self is slain and His Spirit reigns.
Come Holy outpouring! Come joy beyond knowing!
Open the flood gates, great glory awaits!
I'd rather sail the sky
Than a stormy sea
Or ride on a rainbow
Not some bumpy, blue thing.
I could climb a cloud
Or move moonbeams
But I'd rather blaze the blunt
I'm toking on with you
I'm the blunt blazer
Stoking one for two.
Let's see saw on sky scales
Or swing off an unanchored star
Navigate by nonsense to
Where our soaked senses are
Saturated more by
A milky shroud at night.
I better hand on this bong
Or I'll inhale it whole.
I better hand it on
Or I'll inhale a whale song.
I took a wee detour
Past a flaming meteor
She spun me, the shaker
Then skewered Leo’s heart
Between a creeping crab
And a garden raker.
Pass the blazing blunt…
Doh! Bong… back over here.
Go on, pass it here,
Some where.
How the feral feline
Roars with righteous pride,
Caught, yet more alive
On the inside
Out where he remembered
How to lose control…
And let the good times
Go on, roll… another one.
Let the good times go
Off, and on and on.
The lunaverse keeps spinning
Cobbed webs of thought
Watching us weave
Basket faced cases, book
Marked in virtual places
Beyond where God knows
I left that stash
It's time to crash my meteor, right?
God knows where I left that stash
My meteor crashed tonight.
The outburst is out-pouring
It cannot be stopping
Right now is the right timing
Everything is done
To an splendid ending
Enduring and out-pouring!
At first
The morning mist
Is kept on bay dripping
But slowly the gauging
Turned giggling to the maximum
Now to a climax tending!
Why I don’t know this feeling?
Somehow the applauding
Became so intense standing
I gave it all to the finishing
The toppings and the coming
So sweet mouth alluring!
Monday up to Friday
Saturday and Sunday
The guarantee without exemption
A full extension
Of full time
Even exceedingly trusting!
The Lord Jesus Christ invited us through it
The warriors came upon to say
Our prayers on this very day
Refleshing rest within Heaven's waterfalls
Receive the gift God left for all
Coldness of the water
Was inviting upon another
Streaming down the rocks
The mountain purifying each and every drop
Our Lord commends
Born again
Grace upon grace
Splashed upon our faces

I look outside and what do I see?
The sun shining brightly above
Puffy white clouds softly drifting by
In a happy outpouring of love
The world is such a wonderful place
Depending on your outlook I say
The choice is yours to be happy or sad
So throw all those troubles away
Cast aside all your negative thoughts
Wake up each day with a grin
It's great to just be alive and kicking
To waste it would be such a sin
None of us will be around forever
Do the best with what you've been dealt
All you can do is go along with the flow
Your happiness will surely be felt
I look outside and what do I see?
A bright shiny world out there
Share the happiness within your soul
Tell folks how much you care!

timely and still late
long line stalled in parking lot
cooler in car trunk, can’t reach
finally pouring
past lips and seeping through pores
propped up, shoulder to shoulder
