Best Opinions Poems

Unpopular Opinions

These are some of my unpopular opinions that some people won't like
You can't be considered the greatest rapper if you've had somebody ghostwrite
If you don't write your own lyrics then you're a singer not an artist
Lil Pump, Lil Yatchy, Tekashi 69 are all garbage
a lot of rappers need to stop freestyling and start writing lyrics that make sense on a page
There's something more beautiful about a woman with stretch marks than a girl who's had surgery and fake
Forget having 100 different girls, I'd rather have 1 girl I love to call mine
Nas is the greatest rapper of all time
Eminem's "Revival" album was nowhere near as bad as people made it out to be
a lot of rappers know no one will buy their album, that's why they release mixtapes for free
Cristiano Ronaldo is the greatest athlete to ever exist
Serena Williams, Messi, Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson and Mayweather are next on the list
Pineapple doesn't belong on pizza, but I don't really care if you eat it
Kim Kardashian should post something to inspire teenage girls because another nude isn't needed
We've seen you naked enough times
Demi Lovato is the most beautiful girl in the world and I wish she was mine
Nicki Minaj is annoying and overrated
I like Drake, but you hype him up to be a genius when most of his rhymes are basic
This poem isn't important and quite a pointless write
But I thought I'd write about some of my unpopular opinions tonight

Opinions

Invisible barriers do exist
Dividing fresh water from the sea
Or the living from the dead
Perspective between you and me.

Some they see the sunset
As the starting of the dawn
Others see fresh drops of rain
As a time to be forlorn.

Those that see in black and white
Others see in grey
Now try the world in colours
Each opinion a tinted ray.

Celebrate diversity
We can’t be all as one
Learn and teach each other
Fewer wars will be begun.

Opinions matter
Most often, when you are right
Want credit for them-
But they can stab like a knife
If offered without consent

Preserve opinions
Wrap them softly in your mind
Save for that prized time-
They are requested as gifts
To be cherished and followed

My Opinion

She's too skinny. She's too fat.
He's too white. He's too black.

She's too pretty. She's not hot.
He wears stripes. He likes dots.

She's too peppy. She's too sad.
He's too cheerful. He's too mad.

She's too quiet. She's too loud.
He's too humble. He's to proud.

She's too much a lady. She's not enough.
He's too weak. He's too tough.

She's too lenient. He's too strict.
I can't have a conversation without pitching a fit.

It's too old. It's too new.
I want more than one, but I'll hate having two.

It's too original. It's too much the same.
I don't care if you say it's awesome, I say it's lame.

Too young, too old, too short, too tall,
I have standards to uphold, and you'll conform to them all.

Although we don't see eye to eye,
And our opinions are as different as whole wheat and rye,

I won't unfollow, I won't ignore.
I'll shove my opinions through your front door.

I'll shame you in public and criticize your name.
It's not "just a movie". It's not "just a game".

Your misery is my happiness, unless I get what I want,
And I'll get what I want through threats and insults, hatred and taunts.

You will confirm until we agree.
This is all about me, me, me.

I won't cut your opinion,
Even if we disagree.
Each of us has a dominion.
The 'truth' is what we see.

Some, lock in disagreement,
Then counter with persistence.
To views that are recurrent.
I think I'll keep my silence.

Opinions

I am me
Do U like what U see?
   Honestly
I wish some secrets could be washed away
     Just tell me
I heard from so and so that i'm pretty
But I've never heard it directly
    Family and friends don't count
They would never call me ugly
             The mirror tells one story
I hear so many different opinions
When I look in the mirror I feel confused
I know exactly the reaction I will receive when I leave
I know what pants will get attention
and what hairstyles will get compliments
Yet I walk out the door and I'm still confused
Cause the only opinion that matters is you
                                  Will U like this shirt?
                                Will U notice me today?
                                   I am me
It shouldn't matter what U see
                                        But it does
Cause my heart is a dictator
                                          My brain is caged
So when my heart says something
My brain says what does he think?
                                                  That makes me afraid

New Opinions

Not to die or to perish or to fall off a cliff
Not to disappear from the hearts of others
Not to drowned, stuck in a submarine
like a can of tuna. I never want to reek of tuna
or reek of cigarettes. I don't want to party
so hard I end up in jail, eating nutri-loaf.
Nutri-loaf is supposed to be nutritious
but it taste like pig-guts mixed with sawdust.

Not to end up on the news because some racist
murdered me in cold blood. They could kill me
because i'm gay, because i'm black, because
I do the right thing and have progressive opinions.
I don't want to get in a fight with a half-goat,
half-woman creature at a bar, but tyrannies
are so prepared to fight. I swear all tyrannies
carry pepper-spray and brass knuckles, which is why
I want to be friends with these people.

Do you know what an Ass Assassin is?
It's a gay man just like a **** Stabber
is a gay man. Lesbians don't really
have anything that funny to be called.
Some people call them Bean Flickers,
but that only makes sense if they are Mexican.

Everything is so mixed up these days.
Some people would say life is like a box
of chocolates. You never know what you are
going to get. You might get herpes or syphilis
Pray to god you don't get AIDS, but that's not
as bad as it used to be.It's worse to get audited
by the IRS. I don't expect much out of life,
but i hope to get better health insurance
and maybe if i am real lucky a girlfriend.

Premium Member Keep Your Opinions To Yourself

Did I ask for your opinion?
I don't believe I did.
Don't chastise me as though you think,
I'm some errant little kid.

You can offer your advice,
Politely state your case,
But when you find I don't agree,
Don't get in my face.

I make my own decisions.
The choice at length is mine.
If I make a choice that's wrong,
It's I who pays the fine.

Unless you're asked for money,
You've no call to stomp and snort.
Don't demand I give account,
Like I'm on trial in court.

I pay my bills, the debt is mine.
I know what I can't and can.
I know I'm old but not the fool,
You seem to think I am.

I appreciate the fact you care.
I really, really do,
But I let you make your choices,
Let me do that too.

It's not necessary for us to agree,
On each item on the shelf;
So just to keep the peace let's keep,
Our opinions to ourselves.

Opinions

Obviously positively negative or negatively positive...going through pros and cons in my daily routine as time flies by oh so swift
Painstaking tears are like waterfalls...tasting the different and diverse coping mechanisms of life as a whole...chaos and peace takes its toll
Isolating myself from the loud crowd...introvert and extrovert time and time again and on beat on fleek on the drums of my numbing noggin
Neglected, rejected, accepted, fascinated...odd, but true, having no clue what to do
Invigorated by opinions, pure or impure, that are 8 shades of grey...but hey, let's be redeemed and esteemed by God Most High, a God of truth we can't deny...so, evaporate the fear and lies in your mind's eye
Oblivious to the dilemmas that were aiming my way, but I'll bite the bullet all night and day...awfully offended, maxed out like an overused credit card that's been spent on and now jaded; somewhat apprehending this personal apprehension, hoping you can emphasize this envy I hold with me in my woes and worthless wallet
Nothing much on my mind, but never denying the power of God's hope and faith...gracious evermore in the sight of my Priceless Father, unlike any other
Shame on me for being a rude dude or an insecure individual; I must have that oh so familiar, yet unpredictable attitude of optimistic aptitude...graze in your own maze, heart that is a numb drum in my chest, thumping with anger still unknown to me...but an anger that's self - absorbent and self - opinionated...sophiscated and arrogant - instead, I should be simply humble and undoubtably confident

Eclipse

All these opinions-
eclipsing.

My Opinions, Your Empathy

A sound of boredom engulfed,
Beating through it's drums,
In my thoughts, I'll indulged,
Pointing finger, keeping thumbs.

Suspended from myself,
Entered a new destination,
Of eyes that do not belong,
Though Hearts that drums to the same song,

No, is the only explanation.
Questions are the only answers.
Longing nomination.
Embraced with coldness in all weather.

Forgoing my sanity,
Held hands within heart,
For nothing can see clearer,
Than to see in such parts,

I have, am and is.
You understand.

Safety with all the risk.
Wonder again and again.

Premium Member Debating Is My Narcotic

Once upon a time I had great debates
with my husband
sadly, now he is but a name engraved in stone
I miss our discussions both philosophical
and intellectual on a vast array of topics happening
we would watch the daily news
and that always started a wild debating conversation
full of difference of opinions
and I loved how we could differ and that was okay
oh, I miss him so much

If everyone agreed it would be a boring world
I have a friend who is news informed, I like that
so we can have some great long discussions over coffee
any subject is okay- we do not filter
people listening may think we are angry but we are not
just enjoying a lively debate
we may not agree on many things like politics or religion
court cases, like guilty or not
history will result in too many Cafe Au Laits
and we will at last say farewell with a lovely hug
for a stimulating debate is our narcotic

Opinions

Opinions are like rectums, everyone
Has one. Sadly, blockheads have them also.
It’s what comes out: profundity or thrummed
Beliefs that make all the difference. Know
The truth and what’s not before you accept
A single one. Beware of those whose thoughts
are seeded in superstition and kept
Alive as “old wives’ tales” falsely taught
As truth; it’s damn ignorance is what it is!
So eschew these cockeyed philosophies
Beware of the false Sayers chorus
Who opine their contrived absurdities.
They may control the sought-after places
But not Truth when we get down to cases.

Opinions, Anyone

Why would she make me crawl
back to you
Always hear how life is bytch
But thats cruel
Because more people will
bruise
Batter and choke you
Hold you
From your breath
Kick they foot out while you
taking a step
Play with your intelect
Spread flies around you like
death
Were a mask of a friend and
plunge that banger into your
chest
Grinning wildly
Teeth turned mesh
Life aint easy
This is true but dickhead
people are a mess
The mess
Thatll have you fall back in
that abyss If you let it
Of cousre
Im lost in the sauce
Praying so hard my soul is
hoarse
And my chest cavity is porus
Ears filled with herasy from a
fake chorus
Wakings a burden
Sleeping a chore
Chiefing settles nerves down to
the core
So my presence isnt what you
wanted it for
Could it be
This whole thing is a burden on
you and yours
Nigga Plz....
My presence is evidence of
blessings that arent evident to
your optical preference
Bredren
Im a testiment of
perserverance embodied in a
flesh of hardships
Night terrors in daylight of
dark shyt thatll make one
nauseaus
Forfit your profits
Make you wanna grab a
almanac
Gain knowledge
Instead people wanna crush
your dreams to appease they
wallets
Let you pick outa garbage
Throw you scraps so humanity
can relax off they back while
you snack on the scraps they
dusted off they laps
Thats cool tho stuff your face
til you collaps
Im patient
Walking towards the day of
celebration waiting for the
moment of declaration of your
participation that help fuel this
patron on his road of ambition
and dedication
Never ceasing to quit
Even when exasperated
Soul suffercating
Body exaggerated over the
plantation of the good life....
