When you leave I will never forget your smile I used to smile back at.
When you leave I will never forget your eyes I used to stare into.
When you leave I will never forget your fingers I used to play with.
When you leave I will never forget your hands I used to hold.
When you leave I will never forget your shoulder I used to lay my head on when I was tired.
When you leave I will never forget your lips I kissed.
When you leave I will never forget you.
....you told me you were going leave... but what you didnt tell me....was that you were going
to leave my heart....But Now your Gone.
All smile is wrecked
As he stood cold-dead like a stone
All smile is wrecked
As he slumped like a thrown object
Solemn regrets turn heart's ring tone
Bitter tomorrow chokes thought's zone
All smile is wrecked

For Dr Ram's contest:'RONDELET'
You are the HOPE, hope is mine
You are not mine, but yours is this line
I Know
Hope as your substitute is not sound
But then, it's only one I have found
You are the HEARTBEAT, Heart is mine
You are not mine, but beat is yours all the time
I know
Heart with others Heartbeat is not sound
But then, it's only one that keeps me in bound
You are the SMILE, Lips are mine
Smile is not mine, but on lips yours is this line
I know
Yours borrowed Smile on my lip is not real joy
But then, pretence is only way to smile even for fake joy

( Placed 5th in Members Contest - Clever analogies, if you please by Thvia Shetley)
You can see the depression,
the sleep deprivation,
the tears I've lost,
and the blood I've bled.
And yet,
you fail to see the pain,
and the strength,
you have given to me.
You can see the passion in my eyes,
you can tell the sound of hate in my voice.
Most of all you can see there's more,
more behind these simple eyes...
than you would ever think.
With every second that passes,
the more my heart will break.
In two, now four, then eight.
With every second that passes,
my hands shake,
my voice quakes,
my thoughts race.
I go blank, and I can no longer speak.
I used to know what a smile looked like.
I no longer do.
I know more of tears, and sadness.
Of pain, of drugs, of fire, of knives.
Once upon a time,
you helped me.
You no longer do.
One day I couldn't take it anymore.
I broke.
I wish I could remember what my smile looks like...
He stole my smile
That boy in blue
He stole my smile and he’s keeping it too
He stole my laughter
That boy in blue
He stole my laughter and He’s keeping it too
He stole my pride
That boy in blue
He stole my pride and He’s keeping it too
He stole so much
Things he won’t return
He stole so much from smile to pride
Yet He has my heart
That boy in blue
Not stolen or bought but given its true.
