Best Kinder Poems
i.
I've learnt to play with words
Like a kid in kindergarten
Gathering thorny roses from the garden.
With words, now I play.
ii.
Despite the spikes
Pricking and tick-ly
Still, I pick words as toys
Making the alphabets my buddy.
iii.
I don't joke around Joke.
Being juxtaposed
Don't necessarily mean our thoughts don't oppose.
Nevertheless, figures of speech I literally kissed.
iv.
I'm learning to understand
Every actions in verbs
Why adjective steals informations attributed to nouns
Why exclamations don't play, with every vocal sounds.
v.
Now, with my eyes I perceive
The scent of everything around
And when my mind is alarmed
I seek refuge; swimming with the tides of letters.
If The World Is A Little Kinder
A Sympathy For The Phantom Of The Opera
You may be a cold murderer
Yet you know how to love
You may be the shadows of fears
But your genius have brought admiration
The world show no compassion to you
Yet in a point of choice
You choose to forgive and show compassion
For a lover turned down, not bad
Since you were young
You suffer pain
But a good soul helped you
To raise you up and care for you
But the world is cruel and unkind
Judgmental and full of prejudice
Judge you by the way you look
And your status in life.
Never gave you a chance
To show the real you
Until a girl named Christine
Comes your way and give you hope
There are no happier eyes than yours,
there's no kinder heart than yours;
my huge universe is built on these,
my passion is an incurable disease!
Happier eyes and kinder hearts
rhyme perfectly in any song...
then sing it for love, then sing it for joy;
you'll be amazed for how long
it will stay on lips that taste happiness...
while arms hug tenderly!
I've been loving others
for the wrong reasons,
did I ever abuse you to fulfill
my selfish desires?
Every touch you felt was a thrill,
every smile was brighter than stars!
There are no happier eyes than yours,
there's no kinder heart than yours;
I may seem hard in looks,
but kind in tender emotions!
Happier eyes and kinder hearts
rhyme perfectly in any song,
then sing it for love, then sing it for joy;
you'll be amazed for how long
it'll stay on lips that taste happiness...
while arms hug tenderly!
Isn't the concept of men
who hold back tears
an unfair perception?
I have cried silently not showing
more sensitive eyes,
how much harm I did to myself
hiding in shame, not letting
tears fall and reveal my true self?
Happier eyes and kinder hearts
rhyme perfectly in any song,
sing it for love, sing it for joy;
you'll be amazed how long
it'll stay on lips that taste happiness'''
while arms hug tenderly!
[This poem can be sung to the tune of Memory from the Broadway Musical,
" Cats ". I haven't written the music yet. Most likely it will be a crossover:
a pop/country/rock song.]
SPRING THAT’S KINDER
Still the pines droop after the thrust of wind and snow.
In candy cane bend, their backs whipped into shape.
Mid-March does not relieve the swoon of pinery flow.
No bouncing back from a Winter’s tale without escape.
Vibrant green of moss, uncovered, with no reminder.
Piles of Autumn leaves, forge a blanket of seasonal lies.
Quiescent oaks await the nesting of Spring that’s kinder.
And I sit upon a swing that ponders how time flies.

FOUR HAIKU TYPE POEMS
(NOT ON NATURE)
Kinder words today
And try again tomorrow
Could start a fine trend
Learn to say thank you
When a soul comes to help you
It may just come back
Give them a smile
And a hug that is needed
You've gained a new friend
You may have the time
Don't waste it on foolishness
Use in a wise way

May we be blessed to live in a world of kindness…
for kindness is the epitome of humanity…
where every person…every day
tries to be a little kinder then they think they need to be.
Love
Helps heart
Grow kinder
Avoiding thus
Hate!

My parents said their vows
on Veterans Day
Soldiers enlisting for marriage
A kinder war in a way
May we be blessed to live in a world
(think of the wonders we’d have ahead)
if love and caring and acceptance
were a little more widespread…
Think of how elated each and every person would be
If they could say with confidence…
I see the beauty in others
and they see the beauty in me.
kinder park is a meditative garden of beauty
where people go to not fall in love
to develop a kinship with self
serene park that encourages meditative silence
overseen by diligent grove of six stalwart birches
her reflective still waters give subtle hints of an azure sky
her frothy melodic moving fountains are surrounded by pansies
no idea there were this many pinks in this world
there is an ambiance of platitudes and hymns in the air
petals strewn like ribbons on both sides of this stream
as if left by the train of a bride who had an inept attendant
park glorifying deep green shadows trailing after birches
amy maria
she was the sweetest person
kinder after death
Every day we get a little closer to dying…that’s just reality…
although we don’t know exactly when our last day on Earth will be.
So each day as we move a little closer to the end…
we should try and get a little closer to our family and friends…
Since once a day is over…never to repeat
each day we should try to be a little kinder to everyone we meet.
A little kinder to all the people who look or act differently…
A little kinder to the animals…to the air, the land…the sea.
And each day as we try to be a little kinder to the world…
wouldn’t it be swell…
If we could try to be a little kinder to ourselves as well.
For there are no more beautiful words that can e’er be said…
when it’s our time to live no more…
than:
everyday we tried to be a little kinder
than we were the day before.
Old men smile like children,
their faces snapshots of my son
as a boy, a teenager, a man.
I feel like a visitor
in a timeless kindergarten.
Any mother could be my mother
or daughter,
depending upon a certain glance.
A cat warming itself in the sun
looks like an old flame.
A grizzled groundhog
is the very image of an uncle
we never talk about.
Parents come back as offspring,
friends return as small birds
that sing of things too great
for small birds to understand.
I look upon my cousin Mort
being led down the street on a leash.
I observe this nursery for giants
and I know,
I have read this story before;
It is the tale of the kinder,
the wide-eyed kinder
who rear us each day
as their own.
Just think how every day life
would be more of a wonder
a delight
a pleasure
a treat
if we all tried to be a little bit kinder
to everyone they meet.
So sorry to see you go Mo
Tally ho & bravo but must let you know
Not being weird...you had a bigger beard
Face more hirsute to boot than even WG Grace.
Gleaming beaming grin..streaming through thick and thin...
Joker scheming and memeing of jolly japes in manic scrapes
Becomes a theme which actually factually shapes the team..
Huge heart but at the start...batting was his art
But got the ball to dart...a sneaky peak of freak tweak
Rev of Revs..runs would leak but could get the conker to squeak
Bunsen burner turner..utterly butterly unique
It went wrong not long after the Swann swansong
Lucky that plucky Mo came along
Should be defended as ended up our number 3 in history
Lyrical levers larruping lush cover drives
Ridiculously pretty on the eye...fragrant flair as fresh as glacial air.
Humility..civility..and fragility...a kinder...peaky blinder..Midlands nobility
No cobblers.. Mo has to be one of the finest lip and cherry
Wobblers to ever come from the city of Brum
Where he was born...bred and buttered
Rally the Mayor to not dilly dally
Name a street Moeen's Alley
Oh and just in case you didn't
Hear in the first place...
Or history does somehow misplace
Mo the face of grace..elan..silky as lace..
Had a bigger beard than even the feared
Revered and rather weird...WG Grace
