Those Loving Eyes

This poem is a collaboration between myself and Jimmy Anderson#0459587
Jimmy wrote Those, I wrote Loving and we shared eyes!

T ime seems to stand still when looking deeply into your eyes
H ypnotizing me at will, taking me to paradise
O ceans of deep blue, riding the waves of your irises
S o stuck on you like the most contagious of viruses!
E xcitedly, I'm under your control, staring deeply into your soul

L ost in a whrilpool of your intire being
O nly you my love, my eyes are seeing
V isions of your beauty, sends me floating above
I ntoxicated I swim in your ocean of love
N avagating a journey so your heart will transpire
G iving my all, to fulfill your every desire

E levated I'm flying like a bird, watch me soar
Y our eyes of pure love, I compleatly adore
E scape with me for eternity to paradise
S howing me the way with those loving eyes!

Old Lefty

sometimes i want to write but
my hand cramps up
 so i switch hands

now my right hand does not like
my left because he does not know how
 to use chopsticks properly.

old lefty does not seem able
to be articulate at first either.

being referred to as the cleft left.

 a place where
q's look like r's

 c's look like a's
and a's still look like a's

infact the intire alphabet turns
and renders itself to lefty in some
form of ancient sanskrit known
 as illegible scribble.

 where
strange birds float down on silt
through the pens black ink nile
cursing in aramaic
 and chain smoking domestic
 cigarettes rolled in the papyrus
 of holy books

  along the reeds of fingers
they pass like a mosaic law
held together by the thumb.

until one rises along the interstate
to show itself to a man in a
landrover following way to close.

  old lefty you beautifully
 misunderstood dyslexic genius,
how could i have only used
you for holding the coffee
 mug all these years.

God Is Sovereign

God in his sovereignty

The armor of God is left to avenge
My helmet gets clogged in such a venge;
We till the soil yet wait for the water to boil
God in his sovereignty & joy
We draw lines in the sand to understand
Yet for the sake of God we will stand
Inside we fall short of all known reasoning
Many don't know or care where they are headed
Some are embarassed in part
~

Gone are the days we used to frolic in our haze;

Today we are being stuck in a maze,

God in his sovereignty others are amazed,
With each new step they take a number will fade....

A choice by which to bare its frame,

While the intire world today is totally insane !

Friends

They say they love me,
but i wonder if its true?
"Shut up!" "Stop being stupid"
I dont understand why they fight.
I cry,
i shake,
i slit my wrists until they bleed bright red.
They dont know they do this to me.
they continue to say "i love you"
I hate the fights they get into.
I fear for all our lives
"Your okay" they say
But i really wonder?
Am i okay?
Or are we and the intire world in danger?

I Want To Know What Love Is

i want to know what love is, as i seek deep in to my very own soul, an say to my self-i want to know what love is- i look all around me,all see is love passing through my boddy by as if i was the wind blowing out of the atmosphere.I said to my self, i want to know what love is- I know that am not from this world nor this universe, am from a world full of hunger an hatred, where no man can or never will or dare understand whats it's like to miss something that you never had r seen through out your intire life experiance.

Premium Member Follow the Laughter

This should be a sad place
There are no playgrounds, schools
One tap for an intire village

Their toys are rocks and sticks
There is a skinny goat running beside them
I hear laughter such sweet laughter
running jumping squeals of delight
bright smiles beaming
So much unadulterated joy
chasing shadows on dusty ground
The slapping of bare feet
No Nike's or Air Jordans to aid their flight
Happiness in a place where none should exist

This should be a happy place
Playgrounds, schools
A bathroom for almost every room in the house
No need to share more than enough

Toys, computers, smartphones
Lonely dog sits in corner chewing his bone
Children texting
Tired from all their programs
What if they don't get into the right schools?
Futures planned
Present planned to the last remaining second
Fast tracked to depression
Don't dissapoint Mom and Dad
Best coaches, best teachers, best clothes
Anything they desire
Listen, listen
Where is the laughter
Who else is part of their tribe
who cares if you live or die
Sadness in a place where none should exist
We think we are the fortunate ones
Still where is the laughter beyond the painted smiles

It's a War

You don't always have control over your own body, especially when you breath is trying to strangle you.
Your heart is trying to run away
And your chest just won't allow it.
You are in a battle to try to breath
But the ribs are murders.
Kill the heart they scream.

You are at war with your intire being
As you fight of the tears that just started running.
Its burning lines down your cheeks,
Making it in possible to see.
Your hand are trying to keep the peace
Helping to dry the blush that they wanted to keep.

The mascara went and done it,
Graffiti everywhere, its a mess of black paint in the lines the tears left.
You would think its a horror story, but you will see, its just a nothing unhappy
Love story.

Can Not Love You Enough

How could You love me, How could You care,
Your love can not be described, no matter how many words,
Just Amazing...
How could You not leave me, when other's have gone,
how could You love someone before they were born.
You have created this whole intire world,
But I'm still special in Your eyes.
Your love is as deep as the sea, with all of my mistakes,
how could You still love me....
Can not love You enough...
