Best Impinged Poems
Eyelids dance in a world obscured
Fabricating illusions we will seek
Like the melody of an unforgettable song
It's conception buried in the deep
Visions of his eyes
The tone of her skin
Is the one they see a dream
Or something clearly impinged
His laugh and the curve of his lips
Sun-touched highlights in her hair
Are they fabled reveries or
Unconscious aspects by which we compare
She longed for his tender ways
He wanted for her seducing dance
A distant memory that was never lived
A dream within a dream perchance
We're looking for things we've never known
In someone we've never met
For this we cry and bow our knees
A joining of halves that must connect
And if by some miracle of fate
These two dreamers paths do cross
By no visible nor unseen force
Could ever unjoint loves intercourse
The Dream Maker
In some majestic space resides
The famed and masterful slumber illuminator
Arranging the destiny of lives
For Rick, the love of my life!

I was immersed in an impervious imagination
of these frail flowers feigning a feel of freedom
I watched their wings whirling in whoredom
Impious, they are implanted with impinged impetus
A dignified dust, decorated and dubbed a domineer
Yet they decided to be detritus on a detour, detrained.
Thronged by thick thorny thoughts, theme and thrust
On a throne of thistles, ever thrilled by thralldom,
Pots parading potpourri, they preen in power pomp,
positioned in a plain, poisoned, they prey on the potter,
O where did you wield those wings of woeful wisdom;
to trail the terrain that will only twist and tame you.
A dust you are, drunk and drenched with delusion
Deluged by derisory dream in the domain of darkness,
you drill and drink from the dust you did not designed
O dignified dust, your destiny is but dross and dust.
Devious: you devise deviltry with the devoiced dusts,
With a magmatic mind, mutinous against your marker
Your beauty, brain and brawns will soon get broken,
And you will be drowned in the dust you dignified…

O Fault!
Horrendously I believed, a man solitary,
Was real alive stood, aftermath Tsunami.
On top of a roof, standing overwhelming,
Looking towards wreckage and towns’ declining.
Devastation of property, food water shortage,
Ancestral heritage, swept away by chase.
Culturally rich even, 100 years liven,
No escape what to do, in front of threat.
Earthquake shook foundation, with nine Rector Scales,
Tsunami you remained disheartened in mid of wails.
You forgot to wait albeit; they’re previously swept,
Probably tremor sent message, to frozen Japan the best.
World remained sterilized, forgetting heavenly shape,
Life swallowed grief, at the mid of deface.
Such irrational calamities, occurred upon lives,
Stop genocide heading, towards human’s face.
Without noticing, why did you demolish race?
Love us then only, we stir to generate lives,
Otherwise we’ve to chain sack, for next sister planet.
We’re poor creature, you’re great genuine,
Bureaucracy impinged, havoc terminating shrine.
O fault! Mind your business, if you want life to begin.

Concrete
This morning’s run began so benign and gentle,
Yet 15 minutes later deep feelings were unhinged,
Confused, I recalled my latest meals,
Whilst my insides were impinged.
Aghast, I sensed the futility,
Of my plight against this ongoing urge,
With jalapeno pizza making itself heard,
From the inside there came the surge.
Now time was of the essence,
Yet speed of movement constrained,
The last few furlongs were in angst,
As the feelings barely waned.
Thoughts waivered to hideous options,
On the beach there were few souls about,
If this continues to get much worse,
I may have to leave behind my own brown stout!
Alas I made my entrance home,
Victoriously casting the bathroom door aside,
This moment had been forever in the making,
Yet now all was forgiven, as the foulness did but glide.

Like an angel from paradise you came
In my dream - I believed that to be true,
Like a princess you graced up on me
The realism was out of true.
I walked to you like my destiny famed
With your shadow beholden for obstacles unknown,
I traveled along mirthfully
With mind's eye of your presence alone.
You versed me the sonnet
With my choired essence from heart and soul,
You rhymed the lines with your agape love
With my odes poetized from esteem and parole.
You heeled with that dance
With my arms over your slender waist,
You balled to me apace
and softly impinged on me abreast.
You dallied with your innocence
With my veiled childhood those were lost erstwhile,
You bellylaughed with your essence
With my hogwash talk and smile.
You came like an angel and graced like a princess
In my dream - I believe that to be true,
The realism that I wish for
You are my baby queen and is not out of true.

The Iraq war was illegal, unjustified and needless,
The country should never have been invaded;
It was an assertion of distrust and disconnection,
And diplomacy talks should never have been evaded.
With nuclear weapons still functional,
The east and dictatorial regimes need trust,
To educate them about democratic government,
And direct them towards the free world’s must.
Representative governance is the must,
The electorate of the people must preside,
Over matters of community and association,
To wield out what’s required by the inside.
Blair showed impetuousness and recklessness,
When he did not trust the Iraqi government,
When they promised they had no weapons,
Of mass destruction for a western armament.
Russia is now talking, maybe acting up,
And we must interact with her warmly,
‘Cos it is the west that destroyed the respect,
When Iraq was impinged upon coldly.

butterfly sits serenely, it's wings unhinged
sucking sweet floral juice un-impinged
by matters bigger, of a more peopled face
emotions acrid alkaline, or bitter base
that many of those humans seem to display
'stead of slurping the juices of the day
caring not for gross domestic products
graduated taxes or other manly constructs
the butterfly only flies in search of mate
another of the species with which to relate
and a cup'o sweet nectar on which to go
flit flower to flower, drinking its Bordeaux
and sunning itself throughout heavenly days
slighting world concerns, taking come-what-may
oh, that I might learn the butterfly's ways
flying happily, inhaling flower's bouquets

A blank finality now invades a friends eyes
you cannot argue with that can you
A choice so psychotic and so manipulative
it’s emotional blackmail so impinged
the attention feed so subtly to its duty
and all eyes are turned
all thoughts in a detour are returned
What about me
me, me, me, me
is the logical end to the attention feed
By now the final card is laid
the gamble of sickness has been played
and over the edge one final shove
or a trip on the shoe strings left intentionally undone
and to the free fall, must it fall
and everyone must pay attention
It is impossible to win this game
the outcome in tears is always the same
Frenetic, frantic dashed to the wall
the mortar and bricks of who is to blame for it all
all the stress of helping
all the stress of caring
and take no pleasure from it at all
but die from worry
not concerned about me
me, me, me, me, me
is the logical end to the attention feed
Something else to cease upon
something desperation can depend upon
another faculty
another drama
another way to feed of off the attention
It is not space but escape
the bilious hooks so dependently crave
and without their target
only themselves to save
only themselves left to seethe
and only themselves left to roll in the broil
of the attention feed
A blank finality now invades a friends eyes
you cannot argue with this can you

Oh bird, svelte armor of extension be your wings,
while my felt honor of extinction is the stings
of that suppressed economy ~ dealt swings
plunged with necessities, this heart still sings!
Thee as my crossed adversities, the slings,
Thy enemy as mine confirms, yet Spring
converts to massed new brevity infringed,
the planting's center shudders from impinged!
Grace time, a thought of knowing smooth chagrin
would wrestle inward with its narrowing thrust,
reach not my soul, the crop must grow akin
to fullness, lest the want of life move in!
That hope be in the soil of man's Amen
still beckoning, but the spirit moves less the plow,
when all that functions waits supportive then
and nothing moves to grant his needing's vow!
That prayer of trust, must say again, again,
the world still hungers, and his hands know now,
to put asunder wretched hurt's employ
that his one strength, is pleasing God somehow!

1930
It started snowing during the night of Thanksgiving and until the next day.
The afternoon sky was a sullen bluish-gray.
The delicate white crystals touched down on top of the smooth skin of my nose.
It kissed my forehead and turn my black hair to the sameness of mama's straight tresses.
I stuck out my tongue and swallowed the very delicate crystals along with the crisp cold air.
My cousin and I were captured by such superior rapture as we admired a wonderous scene that could inspire Norman Rockwell.
It made things the purest white.
It blanketed the rundown barn and our ancient farmhouse.
It weighs down the limbs of our fig trees.
Its beauty covered Uncle Dexter's new Chevrolet, which perpetrated a force of fantasy for us.
I lost my legs and feet in the white crystals' great depth.
It was a glorious day.
A day that was promised to tradition.
Along with papa and mama, my cousins and I packed snugly into papa's old jalopy.
The spirit of the snow chased after us as we glided down hidden roads to the cinema
.Before reaching the town the sky had exchanged its gray hue to onyx.
Descending heavily and slowly from heaven the snowflakes were like white polka dots.
Oh, how spellbinding the effect.
Oh, how it impinged my brain.

of ma bony derriere no lie,
the sharp pain of the needle
stoically I bore, while my

by refusal to eat -

jaws of death clutched stranglehold
on life without bing shy,

when aye did try
to exert myself even minimally,
and now wonder why....

Palindrome Poem...Reverse Verse about our Perverse Universe
(flip gravity.. what goes down must then come up - sorry..read down then back up)
"In this place we all call home
Monstrously Machiavellian
Doesn’t have to be
Islands of strangers
Ominously Orwellian
Tribal totems & talismans tome
Demagogic
Or
Pedagogic logic
Instead could still see
Rangers free from dangers roam
Embraces spaces for all races & faces
Riffs not tiffs with what ifs
Fracking probe..ransacking the globe
Attacking our cerebral lobe
Saluting high falutin polluting.. evolution?
The earth burns as it turns..on its axis
Heed the greed creed..poleaxes
Pay your taxes?
Plead to feed those in need
One man struggles while another relaxes
The solution…revolution?
Oceans just toxic potions
Due to noxious notions
Wary of the lairy scary Dairy Fairy
Much as I try.. won’t lie
Can hear that guy..Jamiroquai cry
Emergency on planet earth!
Red herring or derring do or die
Demonstration or veneration of deforestation
Placards do the hard yards versus lanyards
Deny or defy.. scorched turf?
What’s it worth?
Torched by the debauched
Wince..since birth a serf?
Log in to your singed noggin
They’ve binged..impinged
In the middle of a fiddle & diddle riddle
Damn it this is our planet
Taking the piddle
Avarice hubris bliss
In this place we all call home"
