There is no right way...
there are only wrong
ways – there is no
Luke-warm love, for
love is not a portion
nor temperature...not
a two-step – but a toward
You Step. And we know love
when we see it...let it
happen~yes, free it!

Too often we flee it;
failures leave a lasting
mark – making us Leary
of future spark – once a
flame ignited,...

I seek the light
                  from your look that

Like Rabbit In a Headlight Caught
PTSD

Like rabbit in the headlight caught
I want to move, i know I ought
But quicksand stuck, I’m petrified
My body still, arms laid by side
Stretched out on mattress, naked, soaked
From sweat in which my body’s cloaked

she looks broken
lopsided, uneven, off
we look at each other
there are shadows
an eerie feeling on a country road

a motorcycle?
a car?

alien spaceship?
should we stop? I ask my husband
as we get a bit closer.
he shakes his head no

she looks spooky
in the dark
a single headlight
switched off now
we both feel there is something ominous
about this lopsided, uneven,...

headlight
headlights

It is morning on the other side of the bay
I see hundreds of cars still driving with
headlights on, which means it was dark
when drivers drove to work
In one of the cars sits a cook only he is
called the executive chef because he sign
the menu today, he will oversee the lunch
his restaurant has important guests
The cook is...
