Two hearts bleached by the sun
        A Poem's - fallen wish
               The Love
            Of A Life Time

Majestic beams fall from heaven meadow
Two hearts stitched by the constellation
Under the moon's glow
   You and I
Gazing up into the Starry Sky

This night we sit under the dazzling diamond dust
Our eyes feel and meet tonight
Stars twinkle a poem of each paired heart
Listen......While......The God's Whisper!

What Is Love?
They asked
A wish so gently by the stars
Greeting young couples' heart
Poor but, in love
Mimicking an old shadow
Light embrace this Auspicious moment

-Aster Flares-
Intrigued by a sad lover's tale
Two souls forever rich-
Sharing eternity through celestial bliss
Gravitating in the world owned by the stars
A most unfortunate turn of events,
Romeo & Juliet
Collapsing stars rising with a hymn
From the moment they fell
Only to reveal how beautiful--
-- the stars in the dark
Ever so wealthy, around Orion's Belt
Reading notes on every rhyme, every heartbeat

Stars fall every eve entering the atmosphere
Seeping through the soul, making love a part of a light
Permanent illusion
Fireflies Flaring up
A passion that lasts longer than a moment

Each zodiac unfolds
The stars tell you, who you are
Gaze upon eternity
Follow the Northern star
Beneath your peaceful splendor
They will bow
Sunset and the evening star,
"My Star Of Love"
Like glitter dust upon a timeless shore
Never will the memory of love be gone
Look up at the stars tonight,
For somewhere out there
I read about YOU in a poem.

T~he minds eye closes and envisages the overflowing of true love from one's
H~eart, gravitating to thy One and Only;
E~scaping in conjunction with

B~rackish water adjoining to thy feet; taking note of the wind whispering
E~ver so seamlessly through thine ears while striding upon the seashore.
A~ccompanied by incessant love; keeping hold of hands on no
U~nearthly occasion of relinquishing. Kissing til nightfall loses its color
T~o the openings of daybreak; swimming amongst the creatures of sea
Y~earning to never part, til the extent life ventures to vanish...yet...

O~ftentimes the minds eye reopens to reality; though
F~or the time being

L~et's live every moment as
O~ur last, tracing God first and
V~ersifying our lives to that of the world as such...
E~veryone shall witness and behold The Beauty of L~O~V~E.

Imagining

Her mind is afar somewhere
       ...imagining
She's flying with her dragon
He's flying her away to a magical place
Where rainbows never fades and flowers
 are forever blooming
They dance and laugh
Twirling in sugar land
But never eye to eye
She's afraid to look into his eyes
Because his eyes have fire burning

        ...and
She's not ready to burn just yet...

She needs to be able to keep coming back
She's treasuring every moment spend
It's where she finds joy and peace
Until she's gravitating back to her shell
and all is back to grey

Only her mind keeps her busy
       ...imagining!

     Smile

gravitating together,
children - puffy fat in snowsuits - grasp
                 one another's mittened hands,
in-line unison,
their fall backwards into a soft ridge of snow

kid-laughter dances on the bending wind of cold
       saturated tones of silliness
       freefall play
repeated in fresh drifts with puckish twists
       newfound layers of warmth
with ruddy, winter-worn complexions

an untroubled time
in the bruised abundance of snow
                               etched by imprints
winter's candy floss to children
life-loving voices that torch the chilling air
                                                               with joy
before heartbreak is definable
before bindings shape their toil

Sunshine Sonnet

Suns soft sensual soaking silhouette
slowly sneaks silently the silky skin
Oppulent orifices ooze olive sweat
Reprising rhythmic rouge romance akin

Saturated salt smelling skin spilling
frothy fragrant fire ferociously
Capricious calm converts to cool chilling
Precipitation paid precociously

Heartwarming henotic humble heat haunts
harmed human hearts hypnotized happily
Gleaming glowing glare gravitating taunts
of liquid love long lost unhappily

Precious precocious sunshine come hither
Need your lava lifeblood not to wither

Premium Member Unattainable

Beloved,
with preposterous
persistence,
I still search
for your likeness.
Gravitating
toward every
handsome bald man,
I scan the light
that reflects
off their head,
like the globe of home.
I strive for
the sight of bushy,
frost seasoned eyebrows
and hazel eyes
defined with
laugh lines, and I
shape-shift them
to resemble yours.
I hunt for
hearty hands,
calloused and
unabashedly
bleeding from
the weed wacker's
counterattacks.
I hearken to a
Manhattan accent,
while recalling
the name of
your favorite
fruit, "our-ange."
My ears perk
at the pep of
baseball announcers,
the background
soundtrack of
your steady presence.
The scent of rum
comforts me like
your broad-chested hug.
Beloved,
another's
stubbly cheeks
lead me back to grief.

Unattainable
in this stand-in space,
is your love,
beloved.
That amiable
smile that delighted
an entire room
no longer blooms with
its fragrant welcome.
Nocturnal
is my fervent search,
without night vision.
Knuckles outstretch,
but palms clutch nothing.
Beloved, your love
is within
roaming shadows,
splattered upon
the pavement
of nightfall.
Glances of
expansive
remembrance thin,
vanishing
into fumbling
fabrications
and uncertainties.
Yet certainly you
are loved forever,
currently
unattainable
to behold.

Premium Member Holding On, Or Throwing Away?

There were things of mine in the drawers that could be thrown out,
But I kept gravitating to the things that were his.

His Public School 45 autograph book. It was red, white, and blue leatherette with
a zipper.
Inside was his hand, writing the names of favorite teachers,
And the dreams of the future you have when you are 13.
His father, an old world German who never shared himself,
left ink blotches of emotion under his hand.

In another drawer, the fancy leather passport wallet complete with passport and
photo.
	He was 16.
I don’t remember him talking about anything else with the same twinkle in his
heart
As he did about the 6 months he spent in Germany.

Here is a poem written to him on his 40th birthday,
by his best friend in the world.
The gift made so much better because it was so unlike this IBM Executive
to write personal poetry full of memories.

There was an untouched underwear drawer.
Belt buckles.
Cards of love and joy that I had given to him over many years.
A collection of Christmas wallets.
A yo-yo. Gift from a child with nothing else to give.
Old prescription glasses. Why do we keep those? Pocket knives, hankies.

A sweater and socks I knitted for him,
Always said they were too good to wear.
		I store them still.

Every drawer I opened, every cupboard, every box stored away throughout the
whole house had something of his tucked away within.
A stray bullet or black powder ball. A toothpick holder.
A cork screw. A flint, patches, pictures of his ‘49 Olds, a comb, a watch, pocket
treasures.

~ Maybe if I go clean someplace safe like the fridge.
And there was the bottle of Zeller Schwartz Katz wine
bought for the coming Christmas season of entertaining.

This is foolishness, hanging on.
In spite of saving all this stuff
the hole in me is still there. ...
But I just could not throw him away.

Forever No More

No more invisible speechless, deaf and blind child
With neglected pleasures being addicted to denial
Floating through time, gravitating towards a warm arm
With an appetite for the emptiness that promises no harm

No more uncontrollable eruptions of emotional depression
A primal S.O.S. from the barren prison of selfless expression
that only the guilty with the innocent
Souls-know buried in social scar tissue of defective ego

No more relentless sifting through bodies seeking self
Settling through competitive combat for what's left on the shelf.
A mad melee of supply and demand driven by gullible pride that
leads to sedating the you that suffocates inside

No more - forever no more - because I've unshut my eyes
And the differences between God's word and Man's Wills was realized
Seeing opposing parallel lives some liquid, other frozen. Let me to never
seek from man what God has chosen.

Then the negative whispering subsided and the panicking ceased
the undercurrent suppression of pent-up terror was released as the
mystery of the unknown manifested pristine clear A positive message
of truth entered my ear

Now, across my face is a brand new smile
With a newly revealed meaning of a "Destine Child"
A message of hope is being released from my Heart
And I am overwhelmed with dedication to do my part

All I ever wanted was to be as I once was - Unbounded
Somehow it got all twisted and before long sounded
As though life was continuous connive-thrive-drive
Choking out the simple joy of just being alive

Now I am filled with love and I sing a love song
A song for yesterday, today, tomorrow, and beyond
My new prayer is - Thank You God for setting Me Free
And Thank You God - For Giving Me back Me

Christmas A-Z

Alluring scents of cinnamon n' mint
Beckoning of holiday cheer
Chiming of bells for a special mass
Dancing n' rejoicing
Ever blessed for the king is born
Framing love under a stable
Gravitating imaginations of joy
Hidden within messages
In boxed of toys
Jolly old Saint Nick
Kindling of spirits
Landing under a tree
Momentum of detail in wrapping
Nevertheless gathering families
Over Dinner conversations are carried
Plates full of a soulful food
Quietness sweeping the table through forks
Rambunctious spread of deserts
Satisfying mindful cravings
Trending time coming near
Upon the morning excite
Various gifts revered
While parents quietly watch
Xeroxing imprints of memories
Yielding imaginations thereof
Zealous baring Santa Claus

Being Non Local

BEING NON LOCAL

in the recovery of silence
I exchanged my life for nothing
I share the noise of moving objects
while I am non local
in the state of being in the whole
maybe the divine conscience
has us in the terrestrial chess game
as an experiment
checkers men showing their face
of emotional tanned skin
the queen untouchable rose
the chess bishop dressing like a dog
the king eliminating chips
believing himself author of destiny
in this experiment
that is out of our reach
because only a magnetic photon
in our non local being
keeps us gravitating
