hell, no, not surrender
a baton
to follow 
as its fuzzy owner
dodges
hops
bounces
over boulders
ducks
under pricklies
hippity 
skippity
through grass
turn-look 
make sure
the follower is close
but behind - yup,
ok, then
onward!
