Premium Member Exposing the Soul

The fallen sons slipped off Creation’s lens.
To taste the sting from our own tree and fruit.
Their giants quarried till no place to stand.
Before these day’s deceiving shades of gray,
The prophet’s shutters opened wide to write.
Foretold of hate in focus driving nails.
Our Pilate’s wash in Silver Halide’s bowl.
For only one Son’s blood can fill the baths,
His saving grace developing the soul.
And now reflecting every color’s hue,
Presented flawless under Father’s sight.
This world to turn and from you it will take.
Endure this to the end and ride the light.

Premium Member My God, Thank You For Exposing My Error

September 24 Scripture Meditations Based on Mark 11-12

Key Verse– Mark 12:24 And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?

MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR EXPOSING MY ERROR

Thank You for exposing my error of showy spirituality
By Your revealing sovereignty
To prove me toward tested Christianity
Midst pretenses along beliefs’ uncertainty.

Thank You for exposing my error of deceptive relationship
By Your converting leadership
To turn me toward faithful stewardship
Midst prayerlessness along worldliness’ friendship.

Thank You for exposing my error of impure motives
By Your sanctifying directives
To straighten me toward holy prerogatives
Midst poverty along discontentment’s alternatives.

Thank You for exposing my error of shallow devotion
By Your empowering salvation
To transform me toward genuine dedication
Midst preferences along doubts’ confusion.

Thank You for exposing my error of subtle hypocrisy
By Your enlightening mercy
To illumine me toward sincere fervency
Midst pride along complacency’s deficiency.

Thank You for exposing my error of worthless engagements
By Your fulfilling involvements
To lead me toward heavenly investments
Midst persistency along commitment’s agreements.

Thank You for exposing my error of selfish interests
By Your faith strengthening bests
To uphold me toward good work-harvests
Midst persecutions along priorities’ tests.

The Dilemma

THE DILEMMA

TO LAUGH is to risk appearing a fool.
TO WEEP is to risk appearing sentimental.
TO REACH OUT FOR ANOTHER is to risk involvement.
TO EXPOSE FEELINGS is to risk rejection.
TO PLACE YOUR DREAMS BEFORE THE CROWD is to risk ridicule.
TO LOVE is to risk not being loved in return.
TO GO FORWARD IN THE FACE OF OVERWHELMING ODDS is to risk failure.
BUT RISKS MUST BE TAKEN BECAUSE THE GREATEST HAZARD IN LIFE IS TO RISK NOTHING.
THE PERSON WHO RISKS NOTHING, DOES NOTHING, HAS NOTHING, IS NOTHING.
ONE MAY AVOID SUFFERING AND SORROW, BUT ONE CANNOT LEARN, FEEL, CHANGE, GROW OR LOVE.
CHAINED BY ONE'S CERTITUDES, ONE IS A SLAVE, HAS FORFEITED FREEDOM.
ONLY A PERSON WHO TAKES RISKS IS FREE.

Premium Member Exposing My Secret

I have a secret, a small truth that’s mine,
A special private matter that I’ll now share.
This secret has been my beautiful burden,
My burden hidden from people’s glare.

Before the secret came to visit, moved in and made itself at home,
I was open and free.
Before this secret formed a committee in my brain, I was in charge,
No hiding, I was me.

It built a closet in my head, a great hiding place,
No one’s ever thought to open it wide.
And I’ve managed to create a whole new persona for myself,
After I’ve deceived and lied.

And now the truth is to be exposed, my secret will leave,
All shackles off, to be untied.
Hang on, the committee meeting vote just came back,
Bugger, 5 to 1 against to “Go outside”.

A Shattered Sonata: Exposing the Falsity of Love's Ode

A Shattered Sonata: Exposing the Falsity of Love's Ode

In the realm of deceit, her love poem bloomed,
A tapestry of falsehood, meticulously groomed.
Each word a masquerade, a cleverly crafted guise,
Concealing her true intentions, hidden from prying eyes.

With ink-stained in shades of affectionate hue,
She wove a tale of passion, tender and true.
But beneath the surface, a web of lies entwined,
A fragile facade, meticulously designed.

Her verses danced with grace, like a swan on a lake,
But her heart held no love, only pretence to make.
She strung together phrases, borrowed and feigned,
With every line, deception is ingrained.

She played the part well, a master of her art,
But the truth remained hidden, deep within her heart.
Her words spoke of longing, of forever and more,
Yet her actions belied what she claimed to adore.

Oh, the irony of her poetic charade,
As she spun her illusions, her masquerade.
For love cannot thrive in a bed of deceit,
And her fake love poem was destined for defeat.

In the end, her poem unravelled, thread by thread,
Revealing the falsehoods, the lies she had spread.
And though her words were beautiful, they held no truth,
For love cannot flourish in a realm so uncouth.

So beware the siren's song, the poetess's verse,
For not all that glitters is a heart that will immerse.
And remember, true love is an authentic display,
Not a mere illusion, in a poem's masquerade

Premium Member Exposing Love

I’m so sad sometimes
Memories covered in pain
Like paint blistering - exposing love
I can’t control my heart
From another heartache -
from you

I know
I Can’t do another ride with you
As sad as my heart is
I’m thinking with my head

I’ve had enough heartache from you
As hard as I tried to understand you
I loved you more than anything
It just wasn’t enough for you -

Love

Just wasn’t enough to ground you
You just ran away
With your head spinning out of control

Premium Member Exposing the Truth

Your blatant excuses float on the wind.
It really doesn't matter what you said.
I know you don't regret that you have sinned
For words can't fly if weighted down with dread.

Could you see deceit in the mirror when,
I looked at you and could not even see?
I wish it had been so much clearer then,
And I'd possessed the decency to flee.

I stayed with you much longer than I should.
Now, go, unfaithful schemes drift in the breeze
Had they let on you would have burned, undone.
This life's my own and this day I will seize.

We don't have to be antsy..But we can.' satan knows it
Its all in his plan, he's after taking hostages if he can.?
Knowing last time Jesus died to redeem; many lives.'
So he hopes to (cut a deal if only he can?) To this end he strives! The w e f are just
Pawns in this game as he lies' again..in order to gain; some spirits
he'll use climate and primates, or indeed problems of all shapes'
To take you in..Again and again, Till God ends his lost scheme just the

Yim Sayest He

that i might love as
lovers do
and make woman want and need me
then they shall stand before me
to be mine
the need of belonging
the soughted bare
thus must I havest thee as mine
the keepsake of love
that as lovers we might engage to
be in love
thus the creation of our togetherness
might have others to wish us apart
curse them that we have now
to be together
curse them that they wish us apart!

HAVEST ME
AS LOVER
HAVEST ME
OH THOSE WHO WISH US
STRAINGED AND UNRAVELED
HAVEST ME
AS LOVER
HAVEST ME
THAT I STRAIN FOR
LOVE HAVEST ME!
WAST THE NIGHT
WE HAVEST TOGETHER
MAKE US LOVE
EACH OTHER
HAVEST ME
THAT I STAND IN THE DOORWAY OF FOREVER
AND OPEN THE DOOR TO LET YOU
IN HAVEST ME
MIGHT I SEEP IN YOUR EMOTIONS
AND SMILE IN HAPPINESS
MIGHT I STAND BEFORE YOU AS LOVER
HAVEST ME.

Exposing One’s Self

We’re all perverts.

Lying about it ultimately exposes the worst of us.

Exposing the Muse

now in beta
down through
theta leading to

delta
i realize
vibrations

of my
muse
and i

never want
her to stop
talking to me

oppositely
phenomenally
my ears want to

hear even
whispering
from existing

lip movements
to actual mouth
shapes that sound

like i think
she said
wait but

what if
she said
weight and

that
i am a
burden

she
wants
to take

instead of
always to
be giving

a vacation
and so didn't
say, "Dream of

me" but
"Dramamin"
so i without any

can't
go where
she's going

Premium Member Exposing The Other Cheek

Shaking my head, back and forth

Will someone slap me, please

Over and over, again and again

Please. Slap some sense ... into me

Slap me. Slap me, pretty please

Slap, some more sense into me

Seriously, slap me silly

Slap me to my knees

Allow me to become a flower

Exposing me, at my darkest hour

Meanwhile, I moon the world

I am just a seed
