A To Z---Pay Attention To Me

Authentic acknowledges each dedicated example.
Boisterous is a good trait to have.
Courage highlights all the struggles encountered.
Devotion is a needed reminder.
Emptiness should be filled with compassionate moments.
Fabulous signifies most standards.
Greatness emphasizes our mothers and fathers.
Helpful is a useful example.
Inspirations are reasons to feel included and praised.
Joyful means happiness and laughter.
Kindness comes from our sons and daughters. Perfection is a natural conclusion.
Music is the key to relaxation and movement. Energy is constantly flowing.
Nasty is ugly no matter how it's displayed. Play nice when others refuse to.
Optimistically make decisions, hopefully good over bad.
Politely represent life in a formal description. Summarize all seconds and minutes, which leads to hours, followed by weeks, months and years. Treat them as rewarded achievements.
Quietly pray when times are troubled. God and his Angels will respond to those issues. They're never too busy to answer.
Remove all pain and fill it with sunshine. Best friends will faithfully assist you.
Spectacular will frame that gratification. Cherish and honor forever.
Treat life in general as an ultimate blessing.
Understand that many things aren't pleasant.
Very carefully manifest a plan for changes.
Wondering won't get the job finished.
Xerox your mind with your personal thoughts. Never release words of printed displeasures.
Yearn for desires and appreciate success.
IN SINCERE RECOGNITION----
Zestfully praise your mother for the day you were born. Nurturing beautifully describes her. A flamboyant queen, in a well-deserved kingdom, sitting on her golden throne. Remember her and the person you are. A doubled reflection of the finest creations.

Freedom To Write

“Writing [maketh] an exact Man,”
claims Francis Bacon.
Macaulay’s Minutes is our bible.
Derrida emphasizes
the Primacy of Writing.
Freedom to write is also guaranteed—
by our Indian Constitution!

So, our children at school do write a lot—
in the classroom,
as part of their homework,
as assignments;
write a lot of tests:
their test of spoken language, too,
is a written test!

Isn’t it hard work?
Yes, but that’s the price they must pay—
For the freedom NOT to think!

Jaina Dharma

Jaina Dharma

Jaina Dharma, my divine path to Moksha or salvation
to achieve my soul’s ultimate liberation;
through self-effort, non-violence, non-absolutism, non-possessiveness,
renunciation, retrospection, introspection, serenity, and stillness.

I bow in veneration to those already liberated,
traveling on the prescribed paths Lord Jina advocated.
My soul deeply yearns to break through enslaving barriers
of worldly attachments and material desires.

Seeking freedom from the enduring bondage of Karma,
I desire release from the cycle of reincarnation and achieve Nirvana;
to transform to a bodiless state of enlightenment attaining perfection,
infinite knowledge, bliss, power, and perception.

Note*
Jainism, traditionally known as Jaina Dharma, is an Indian religion that prescribes a path of ahimsa - nonviolence - towards all living beings, and emphasizes spiritual independence and equality between all forms of life. Practitioners believe that nonviolence and self-control are the means by which they can obtain liberation. Ascetism is thus a major focus of the Jain faith. The three main principles of Jainism are Ahimsa (Non-Violence), Anekantvad (Non-Absolutism) and Aparigraha (Non-Possessiveness). The population of Jain community across the world is around 6.1 million.

Beauty and the Beast

Beauty and the Beast
As her beauty glistens on the outside, her beast brutalizes and demeans her insides.
Belligerent engaged and in war with herself, hostile aggressiveness makes her beast comes out.
She desperately cries out, unable to discipline herself.
Her beast disassociates and separates her from forming any relationships with anyone else.
Her beast slowly takes her dignity and devitalizes her pride.
She is weaken and deprived of life.
She no longer sees her worth; her eyes tell her story of hurt.
Pain as a contributor a well-known donor, love has divorce her.
Forsaken entirely abandon since birth, to be truly loved she thirst.
Unable to see her beauty runs deep, genuinely shows her generosity that emphasizes her sincere honesty.
She garnishes her beastliness while smiling.
As her beast is hiding deeply behind her eyes, her glazy stare intensify her happy appearance as a glassy finish.
As her beast is frantic, her beauty becomes fraudulent.
Her smiles more deceitful her heart grows fragile emotions so gullible.
The meaning of love gravels.
Beauty and the beast she will forever be, for the love she crave the beast will forever eat.
Leaving her dying a unloved sleeping beauty.

Premium Member She Trades Her Wings

Fate holds her captive within its embrace,
drifting through the fabric of time and space.
For swaddled in an ebony cocoon,
She can't shed her wings till the next full moon.

Her beauty emphasizes her sad state,
a creature of feelings; she chose her fate.
And defiant to the bitter-sweet end,
she remains rigid, refusing to bend.

She'd fallen in love with a mortal man,
and thus, her descent from on high began.
For fairies have to be above such things,
or lose their magic and gossamer wings.

She should not have let this affair begin,
returning his love was a grievous sin.
But her heart's desire would not be denied:
for her love was impossible to hide.

Shedding her wings and immortality:
her passion overrides reality.
And she trades her wings for a human heart;
even though it is tearing her apart.

Space: the Starry Heaven

We live in a lonely universe. Observe earth from space and it is simply a vibrant celestial body, in miles and miles of emptiness. This poem emphasizes on the power of our imagination, in breathing life into this very nothingness.

Nebula's and galaxy's a plenty,
all perfectly align,
with such rhythmic precision,
and bow to the starry heaven.

they are perfectly radiant dreams,
of such gargantuan proportions,
of such admirable dispositions,
they gleam, they shine, they meet.

Such desirous temperaments,
never even try to swim,
in an ocean of a hundred universes,
but from where I stand, they do.

a million vantage points,
on a thousand scattered planets,
if such is the case than why,
am I not omnipresent?

Perhaps I am, from where I stand,
under this starless heaven,
eternal, horizon-less,
this lovely imagination.

The Scare

Tragedies openly stir,
Clouds of horror and deaths beckons,
With dreams transforming into nightmares,
Nightmares flaming out shadows fire,
Shadows fire relentlessly torture,
Oh yes indeed, emotional torture remains a venom to swallow,
Yet this remains a known, unknown.

Death is made a necessary option,
With the heart overshadowed by darkness
And senselessness hallmarked in life,
While the odd is virtually visible in everything,
Rendering the future wobbly towards itself.

An abode is made in darkness,
Companion in fear,
A temporary solution is gladly-handed in alcohol,
And entrusted with a permanent solution, is death.

Though darkness abounds inwardly,
Happiness thrives to spread on.
A deception of life is revealed,
Perplexity is helplessly endured,
And salvaging the fallen world is far from reach.
Yet, the sermon emphasizes the tip of the iceberg.

And death, found to be invisible

A Flower's Paradise

élites amongst the bushes and scrubs
placed on the table in budvases to adorn
treasures at this June garden party

Writer

If you want to be a writer,
you might as well forget money,
forget richness,
forget happiness,
the ink pierces your skin-
in,
out,
in,
out,
such a pattern of mourning-
it strips all pride in hopes you'll quit-
give up-
like they all do.
You might as well sign the contract of death-
to die before any work-if that even
is published,
or merely acknowledged.
The steps of becoming one with the pen,
and page-
begin with hurt
there's no way you can achieve a smile
when a thousand doubts are slapping your face.
Mocking you
so you're locked up in your own world-
without a key.
The pity emphasizes the fact you're unknown
and from that you always will be
hopes and dreams are stomped on
while you continue to change the world
with a single line-
7 syllables;
I want to be a writer.
Well of course you do-
but can you run through the eternal disaster?
Hoping you get through
without a single scar
single scratch,
blood only kept within.
That's the defining moment-
blood seeping through-
searing feeling of the climax
and then it all ends.

Premium Member The Courting Never Ends

Two weeks before
we share our vows,
in my Miller Hospital
x-ray scrubs, I sit,
a lull in the activity
of the morning exams
with Helen, a fellow
wheel chair jockey.
Closely she examines me,
“Do you want to have
a happy marriage?” I
nod in affirmation.
“Do you know the secret?”
“No,” slips quietly from
my lips, “Do you want
to know?” “Yes, of
course.” Her eyes
flash behind her
glasses, accentuating
her words, “The courting
never ends. The courting
never ends.”

She reads the puzzlement
that paints my face,
with exclamation points
behind each word
she emphasizes, “You
must never stop
dating your wife.”
Stories of Friday night
steak dinners, with
her deceased lover
of many years,
during a shared
lifetime peppered
with want and plenty.
Her words repeated
until locked In my
subconscious, our
brief, intense encounter
interrupted by the
needs of another
hospital patient.

I sit here with you
on our date night,
our baby in a high
chair, our two
very young sons
at their places
around the small
rectangular table
in our kitchen.
Two Dairy Bar pizzas,
a pepperoni for the
boys, the supreme
for you and me,
Gerbers for the baby,
a poor substitute
for steak on a
Friday night, but
one meal you will
not cook, just enjoy.

Date night
is not what it
once was, but
our love requires
some small gesture,
even in poverty,
of just being with
each other, two
lovers with the
evidence of their
love around them,
enjoying a piece
of locally made
pizza, with the words
of an old German
x-ray aide echoing
from long before,
“The courting never
ends. The courting
never ends.”

Moving

Moving diligence to wandering's expone,
verbatim unresolved is open, prone.
Thought's avenue's confine digests my own,
the self curtailed does feel itself alone.

While standing still subjects the mind's condone,
some movement emphasizes beings hone.
Decisions obstacles are thereby somehow known,
and I am facing courage, thereby shown!

A lifting consequence removes the pensive drone -
and I face trials unswervingly. . . with control!
