Ein Später Novembertag/ a Late November Day/ Un Día Tarde En Noviembre

Die Dächer im Nebel
Ruhe liegt über der Stadt
Nur Rauschen vom Fluss

Einsam Strassen und Wege
Am späten Novembertag

---------------------------------

The roofs in the fog
The town is in peaceful calm
Only river's murmur

Lonely lay streets and paths
On a late November Day

---------------------------------

Techos en niebla
La ciudad en calma
Sólo murmullo del río

Abanonado calles y caminos
En día tarde de noviembre

Das Ein Mannlein

Das Ein Männlein

The silent echo reflects through the lodge,
Ein Männlein Steht im Wlade ganz Still und Stum…
Repeating itself in the young boys head.
He is not yet a man, but stands proud enough to be,
Coming back here to relieve himself of his past.
Crying out as he reaches the splintering and tilted door.
The memories of the cold, the blistering cold overpower him.
He spends time collecting himself as the moon moves across the sky.

He had been here with his family-
Says the toppled dining room table.
He also wasn’t the only child in the lodge-
Says the curled up paper dolls in the fireplace.
There was music- Ein Männlein Steht im Wlade ganz Still und Stumm…
Echoes the toppled ivory-keyed piano in the corner.
There was a war, as the Russian Graffiti on the wall complains.
The crashed bomber-plane with the seat full of bones assures that fact.

He came back to the rotting lodge in the forest
Back to the overgrown pile of shambles to find something
As he digs he picks objects out of the rubble, a boar’s head, jewelry, dog-tags,
And finally the thing he seemed to have been searching for.
A baby’s bathtub, with a scrolled handle, stares at him through the dust.
What happened to the other child?
She still has all of her baby teeth in her sweet little baby head.
She’s been sitting in that bathtub ever since that horrible night.
When she was boiled to death by hungry war criminals.

Ein Herbsttag/ An Autumn Day/ Un Día De Otoño

Auf blankem Asphalt
Regenreigen, Blättertanz
Früher Herbstbeginn

Lautes Stöhnen der Bäume
Unter endloser Regenlast

----------------------------------

On shining asphalt
Rain's roundeley, leaves' dance
Early start of autumn

Sonorous groaning of trees
Under non-ending rain load

----------------------------------

Asfalto brillante
Baila de lluvia, danza de ojas
Al comienzo de otoño

Fuerte gemidos de árboles
Bajo carga infinita de lluvia

Ein Reich Ein Volk

they snorted and toiled
the sound of swords being hammered
the vanquished lay screaming
a tale of rank deception
with a maniac for the wind
and damnation in the boilers
trailing smoke and scrap metal
basically they peel your skin off
and noisily eat your liver
while you grok the new data
his prayer was bless the quiet night
but the soldiers liked their slops
it was an idiot army always hungry
the finest BBQ caterers
a government contract could provide
but got blasted through the shower stalls
by the Bureau of Infinite Statistics
the past is never the way
the demon gods and goddesses
of ignorance and superstition
don't want to be in the modern world anyhow
which God take your pick
if religion is a form of rot
what disinfectant should we apply
what brand of antifreeze
mano a mano went the money
we squander ourselves
at the jungle meat tournament
it was MardI Gras
and goblins were in the woods
at the stadium dome-o-plex
the howling hooligans lusted for blood
and they by jiminy got it
you don't shed time like a skin
the 300 decapitated that preceded me
were prone to outbursts of dire warning
its more than a game for compulsives
they play Russian roulette every day
the best of them last 5 days
resurrection is just around the corner
stoic echoic prosaic Prozac
before the world nothing
before your birth nothing
the same old nothing question
the audience was defiant
with hammer blows and headbutts
violin bows arced through the dawn mist
illiteracy as the team mascot
will not do in any sense
a little less self dialog
said the projectionist
hi res wifi high five
the highest resolution possible
aren't we supposed to get smarter
as fast as we can

Liebe Wie Ein Wasserfall

Ein Kalter Mond/ a Cold Moon/ Una Luna Fría

Von oben ein kalter Mond
Vergießt schon fahl sein weißes Licht
Auf junge Tannenspitzen

Wildschweine graben im Boden
Nach frischen zarten Wurzeln

-------------------------------------------

A cold moon from above
Spills its white pale light already
Upon young fir tips

Wild pigs are digging the soil
For fresh and tender roots

-------------------------------------------

De encima una luna fría
Derrame ya su luz pálida y fría
Sobre joven puntas de abetos

Cerdos salvajes cavaron en el suelo
Por raices frescas y tiernas

Welcome home, it's a win win, after all ;)

I know, I'm a day early but so what.

If I rode a light beam

from the sun

to reach a point

of origin

within a dream

Could I find you there

patiently waiting

for the sum of One

to appear...

I thought I might dare

but as it turns out

you appear

to write here...

Premium Member Der Tod Von Ein Dichter

not yet seen by others not yet devoured
all thy flesh not yet vain enough to lie
myself to sleep not quite through suffering
for i shall wait for the endless sleep

to quinch my thirst for death for my life
as an empty soul no river runs through
where the devils has left behind wrappings
torn from my body my gift of love for

another ripped away at the roots
to be placed in a jar to be preserved
for the rest of thy living life
no more weeping for a senseless pleasure

of breath for with every breath there's pain
so let me not ask you lord for light
for i only beg of you for death
the senseless death of a poet

Below
in unison
the bells sound their appeal;
in the heavens,dark clouds release
their hail.

So löscht ich alles was du sagen gemagt.

what you saw
was a slice of
time if taken
as a photograph

capturing that
exact moment
but everything
is relative to

when you see it
figuring i'm thirty
three light years
older then where

you are so that that
smile you are just
now receiving was
given for forgotten

reasons meaning
perhaps my face
is now frowning
which you'll see

if you see me
thirty three
years from
this moment
