Best Discharging Poems

A Forest
The night like clouded charcoal scorched,
A sea of trees with starlight torched.
A night where laws are sound asleep,
Anarchic prayers running deep.

Alone I hear the wretched screams
Of screeching trees... or so it seems.
The cries protract into the air,
Without a sound they disappear.

The shrieks have bartered now...

A divine blacksmith didn't forge winged hearts of gold,
to soothe the burn of others.
Nor mold my body into a scratching post chant.
Where others can shed their dying dream ghosts.
I was conceived from the sable fingertips of Dali.
  flint hearted with a sheen...

Premium Member October
October is a tragedy
Written by the ghosts of summertime,
Discharging promises and platitudes
Like an old man seated on a rocking chair;
Reciting them time and again,
Building false hope
Like a child
Building a house with playing cards.
Ferocious wind, a gentle thump,
They crumble;
Returning to a predetermined purpose,
Bound by a preexisting...

Through April and May not a single Indian has been noticed
along all the serpentine bends of this rambunctious river,
however I feel we are being espied by a jealous warparty
immortal in it's protection of this pristine country
where nothing but the raw material of life abounds,
a natural...

Battlefield
As a moth attracts to a flame,
I became; blinded by his blaze.
Leaving me wounded and dazed,
On the battle Ground is where we remain.
Leaking trust like a weak bladder,
Discharging accusations like violent explosions, of gunpowder.
Not believing in the love, I have for him,
Leaving Blood...

Knocking On Your Dreams Door
>>1111>>Knocking on your dreams door<<1111<<

I write for the listeners, I invite poetic winners winning,
Yeah, an Illmatic stunner here to stun, start running,
My dramatic art hitting the bulls eye like a dart,
      You’re unsportsmanlike,...

Desert Heat
Sweltering anger spills raw emotion
dispatching choppers in the air,
intense heat disseminates murmuring voices,
discharging menacing messages packed with fear.

Suddenly the academic mob appears,
and storms up the bullet rigged stairs,
while the deceptive tree watches with opposing eyes
calculating their blazing passion
and ignoring their...

The stars are your maids and the sun, your veil.
You’re such a mirror of elegant reflection
where beauty peeps and marvels at itself.
Your body all round, always ask to be pet
all tissues sensually interlinked with mesmerizing excitements.
A hundred places resonating when one part is touched.

Boats of...

A Head On the Highway
Two wheeled commuters with heads booted with helmets, dotted the highway;
The four wheeled rich hooted at pedestrians daring to cross their path,
While rental three wheelers heated them all, filling even places like foot path;
Traffic winked red, green, and yellow to jam, trim, and brim...

Young Soldier
I was a boy not quit seventeen,
I enlisted when I was sixteen…

Wanting to serve my country…

I had no family it was just
my sister and me…

My mother had died, when
I was very young, new family
 adopted me…

My sister was also adopted,
 by another family…

As...

The Hero's Tune
Smoke drifts across the field,
explosions, distant and blurred.
Machine guns discharging rounds,
Scorpions launching slugs.
Flashes of fire,
plasma blue, violet and emerald.
Constant noise, deafeningly loud.

Longswords rocket above,
Banshees screeching past,
Seraphs wheeling about.
Carriers,
their strange curves and mauve plasma,
float ominously above, charging.
Beams strike down, waves of...

The Chill
The wind was such
that wisps of hair
whipped the face
Into
Apple red blushes

While the cold caught
the breath
in cotton clouds
discharging
to the air

And the misty drizzle
dampened the spirit.
Limp and lifeless,
it matched her eyes....
