My Daily Constitutional
Every week day, I walk at least one mile
Often I push it up to two or more.
The mood strikes me and I'm off with a smile.

I always start by walking out the door;
taking steps with care, I never trample.
Keeping in shape and I love to explore.

Some days, I just wander, for example,
new homes, new...

Resumption of daily/nightly constitutional

I accompany my dark shadow...
(many hours before edge of night,
where twilight zone evokes night gallery),
and resumed walking a circuit
around perimeter of parking lot
today, a breezy temperate
twenty fifth of April two thousand
and twenty two, and perhaps
if regularly habituate myself
to said stroll physical endeavors
may one day find me to cantor or trot.

Yours truly realized...

My Evening Constitutional
Library parking lot is full so I moved where are you?
If you are where I think you are, you're in luck I'm not far.
If you're hiding at the bar don't come home I won't be there it's true
If your taking time to pray hurry up we'll be on the way

Is there something I should know?...

There's a crazed shooter somewhere in a school:
Death stalks the halls, and children are dying.
An automatic rifle is his tool:
its deadly shots leaving parents crying.

Hunkered down in classrooms, kids lock the doors
and call home; there's little time for goodbyes.
Shocked by the horror of blood on school floors:
friends watch as friends die in front of their...

Constitutional Separation of Church and State So How Can the State Divorce Us
A delicate dance, a balance to abide.
Let me share a verse, a tale profound,
Of union wed in hallowed ground.

When vows were spoken, love's embrace,
Within the walls of sacred grace,
Two souls entwined, a blessed bond,
In faith and hope, their hearts respond.

The church, a haven, where spirits soar,
A sanctuary for love to explore.
With blessings sought, in prayers...

Thousands of students marched today
they came to share their fears and pain
grieving for friends needlessly slain.

It was clear what they had to say
enough is enough, no more lies
nothing has been done, no one tries.

I saw hope and love on display
warning politicians, their vote
will help keep this issue afloat.

Blaming the NRA for the gun play
semi-automatic...

Things That Are Constitutional
Things That Are Constitutional

Am concerned about what is constitutional,
And followed by politicians exists a refusal;
Necessary for nutrition;
Intelligence exhibition;
For existence of democracy is essential.

Alan Simpson,
a Wyoming Republican,
not known for his socialist ways
nor his sacred communion means of public discourse,
cried out in our Great Dark Night
of white bold
and climate cold
fragility,

"Money's dominance over politics
isn't merely one problem of many
our country faces.
It is the problem!"

Perhaps neither Wyoming
Republicans
or Alan Simpson
would mind this contextual paraphrase,

Capitalism's competitive
LeftBrain cultural and educational systemic dominance
against healthy multicultural...
