Ode To the Wind

I love to watch you wind,
as you sway the trees and blow
across the fields in a gentle breeze,
but I wonder where you go.
You disappear sometimes
in a mischievous sort of way
then when I least expect it
you come back out to play.

You sing a tune in Winter
that seems so harsh to some,
but I for one feel lucky
when I hear your music come.
In Spring you gently billow
and bring life back again.
No matter what the season,
I love to hear your wind.

When you come a calling
on a warm day in July
you fill my heart with calmness
with your sweet, sweet lullaby.
Your summer breaths are subtle
with every chord you sound,
and in Autumn you’re pure magic
when leaves start rustling round.

Your icy winds of November
that rouse the calmest sea
bring danger to the sailors,
but never frighten me.
For I crave to hear you murmur
with bravado of your tales
of your journey across the horizon
as November’s fiercest gales.

Oh wind, Oh wind I love thee.
You’re music to my ears,.
and you’ve given me much pleasure
for oh so many years…

With Joy, Your Singing Voice Echoes Our Love

Hold true this obsession of mine
that my world forever be free
with great joy and brightest sunshine
upon green meadows and Oak tree;
that my right hand be clasped with thine
nights spent in sensual display,
taste of luscious grapes on the vine
sent by your soft kisses each day.

Hold true this obsession of mine
winning your heart my faithful goal
pray our years all joyous and fine
fulfilling love-dreams in the whole;
with dance, calmest of interludes,
beauty complimenting thy grace,
we fly to lofty altitudes
our deep love, nothing can erase.

Hold true this obsession of mine
that treasures I lay at your feet
I forever let your light shine
each dawn waking to your smile greet;
with rapture born of life well spent
your singing voice echoes our love
your beauty there on satin sheets
and our happiness born thereof.

Autumn Constanza

I stood inside the woods i'd found;
I'd never ventured there before
when strolling past the stretch of moor.

The leaves were scattered far around.
Alone, I laughed and felt such joy,
enchanted like a little boy.

I shuffled them into a mound.
I closed my eyes and felt serene,
the calmest I had ever been.

The colours pretty on the ground,
surrounding trees were almost bare.
My troubles left me, standing there.

They fluttered down without a sound,
but rustled as I walked and ran.
I left that place a diff'rent man.

I stood inside the woods I'd found,
the leaves were scattered far around,
I shuffled them into a mound,
the colours pretty on the ground,
they fluttered down without a sound.

Premium Member The Kindest Words

The Kindest Words

The kindest words are left unsaid
when by our selfish wants we’re lead
to walk away and never mention
“Thanks” for someone’s good intention.

The calmest words are left unsaid
when anger fills the human head.
‘’I’m sorry,” would erase the harm,
magic words that work a charm.

Vicious words should stay unsaid
the kind that hurtful rumors spread
“Let me tell you all that story,”
would bring a gossip no greater glory.

The cruelest words must stay unsaid
with kinder one’s placed in their stead,
like “Let me help you out. I understand.
We can make it together, hand in hand.”

The kindest words may step ahead
and all across the world be spread.
"Let's live together, under the sun
with love and peace for everyone."

Premium Member Your Sad Eyes Are Beautiful

You stand in rain, you love the rain,
The rain from way up high,
Because the rain hides all the tears,
The tears your little eyes cry,

Still there are tears that just won’t wash off,
Tears that’re buried deep down,
Those tears that you cry to yourself every day,
You cry without making a sound,

And all you say is “Shhhh, listen to the rain,
Listen to the clouds letting go,
Listen to the clouds opening their arms,
Hugging us all down below”

Then, what you don’t see, is after the rain,
You’re the beautiful sent from above,
You’re the calmest shade sent to us all,
You’re the beautiful rainbow of love.

To Love Your Country

To love your country,
you must commit yourself indefinetly;
there are no doubts, or fears
when it comes to defend it fervently..
do it for the sake of your family,
or your countrymen who wish for peace!

They will send you to distant lands,
away from your loved ones...
to uphold freedom and its sanctity,
and you'll shine with bravery!

Anytime peace is threatened,
you'll retaliate and engage in combat,
true soldiers always fight with self-confidence,
never retreat in any circumstance!

There'll be days of fright , of darkness and despair,
and nights to shed tears on cold pillows;
no tender eyes to glance into or arms to embrace,
but surrendering distorts your honor!

As the mission comes to its end suddenly,
and you are one of the surviivors to declare victory,
although you'll also grieve for the fallen ones:
you'll wave your flag to the calmest skies!

To love your country,
you must avail yourself of dignity
and protect its borders vigilantly;
be aware of its tremendous cost:
risk your own life,or allow
the enemy to toast!

Two Doves

Two Doves

Together they soared, Two Doves, On a mutual flight
Through the most exquisite of days, And calmest of nights
Over mountain peaks, They rise, Not a care in the world
Entwined in a journey, Just as stormy winds whirled
A flight once indivisible, Now headed in indvidual directions
Together they once soared, Now isolated from affection
Animals of companionship, Looking for a partner in flight
While one may find another, The other is still searching for light
A desolate journey, Looking for the lost love throught the night
Together they soared, One must pray someday they re-unite
With a heart full of hope, Desperation, It's never too late
The lonely Dove continuously seeks to reconvene with it's soulmate
A Lonesome animal of companionship, Will never feel right
Together they soared, Two Doves, On a mutual flight

My Eyes Are In Your Eyes

Do you always look
so childlike?
Do they always have
this fire burning
deep inside?
There is something
in your looks that
calms me down;
As if I am at the
shore of the calmest
seas...
I am a sailboat now,
at your harbor
I came from
thunderstorms,
resting in you.
I wish this
tranquility, this
silence never ends;
I wish these
matchless moments
with you last
forever...
Never close your
eyes, never let your
light go away,
My day, my light, my
silkworm!
My last flower alive
in my fall garden!
I wish my tired
heart never sees
grief with you;
Don't separate your
childlike eyese from
my eyes,
Your pure, honest,
secluded eyes

My Dying Moth

Do pray with me my dying moth
for we are not forgiven yet,
till we don't shed the silken cloth
and both our wings to fire set.
Do pray for me while you are there,
inside your grief our holy land,
how can I for redemption care!
While my own touch the sinking sand.
Still pray, for life is short and ill,
can't empty minds the gardens find,
I might not my transgressions kill,
while praise the earth that burns my kind.
But you are ill and cannot fly,
like a beggars eye do you bargain;
a day, a life, why do you try
and go through the forsaken pain.
If pray you must, do pray for me,
have yet to earn my deepest sin,
though a creature wise you cannot see
a moment through the human skin.
Please pray, as once had for life prayed
in the calmest of your timeless age,
we paint our stay with our own shade
and in this blank find all the rage.
Pray with those burnt out wings so pure,
and ask for me the holy balm,
that does to men the sense restore,
but to this man the senseless calm.
Do pray as I will die one day,
until that day I cannot live,
just dream that you may live to pray,
and to my moth a purpose give.

Even In the Greatest Love a Heart Can Die Away

Even in the brightest day the darkest shadow can hide

Even in the calmest sea lurks the overpowering tide

Even in the lightest wind a storm is just a breath away

Even in the greatest love a heart can die away

Even in the hardest stone a diamond can be found

Even in the freest world we know we are still bound

Even in the greatest fear we can always win the day

Even in the greatest love a heart can die away

Even in the clearest mind were still blinded by the haze

Even in the greatest answer the question still does amaze

Even knowing our destiny we still will walk that way

Even in the greatest love a heart can die away

Dependency is an extreme sort of malaise.
Its intensifications are seen in awkward ways.
You see yourself as an incurable disease.
However, once the means disappear, you become at ease.
Estranged from your normal world, you shout-out saliently to be heard.
Done in the calmest way, your expression removes disenchantment.

Hugs you give.
Afflictions ebb diminishing the tide.
You smile and begin to feel the importance of life.

Prescribe the drug to others.
Tell them how you overcame your troubles through this remedy.
The pain that you killed was done via Poetry Therapy.
Let one know the heights you peaked.
Pedestals you formed.
Share those as well and state they are there for anyone to summit.

Premium Member Always Impending Doom

All our systems will break down
and planes will fall from the sky.
Plagues will stalk the land and
it is hard to stop the hysteria for
it quickens the blood and feeds
all the addictions.

It gives us excuses for
not doing what we should
which in turn
makes systems fail
and hysteria advance.

Even the calmest amongst us
must sense some indecision
and wonder if it is some
frivolous compulsion or
the beginning of a
great shake out,
a cleansing of a species
gone psycho.

In our lemming soul do some run
towards disaster, off the cliff,
that others may survive?

And on the day after,
in the calm of a setting sun,
do we congratulate ourselves for
not being part of the madness,
knowing that we were.

Awaken

You haven’t found among notable faces
Or even quotable phrases
Any bankable aces
Even as your appetite chases

Though the teaching remains taught
The pursuits remain unsought
For many hearts resist being wrought
By the Blood of Christ, by which we are bought

Through the years of evasiveness and quiet
The loud silence births the disquiet
And the feared epitome is yet
If is not fed the moral diet

The screams near their outburst
But will be ushered by their first
Breaking into a unison of thirst
And the fear of the excruciating worst

But the scripture places in our palms
The quenching word and refreshing psalms
That are the most soothing of balms
Assuring the calmest of calms

As the farmer takes stock of his herds
Sowing seed and chasing birds
So must the evangelist do with his words
Treading the truth within its girds
