Love Is Not And Love Is

Love is a small big word Many times written but easily mispelled All ears can hear it All eyes can read it but few will feel it Only the special ones will understand this four letter word which makes all the difference when we walk hand in hand.

Walking the Streets of Dayton

Walking the streets of Dayton
Warning my city of the Lord’s soon arrival
Explaining the Mark of the Beast
And tribulation survival
What’s it gonna take to escape the things coming upon this earth?
I’ve been hearing stories about this time coming since my birth
All ears are peeled
Curiosity is peeked
The citizens of my city don’t want to be deceived
They don’t know who the Antichrist is
But they sure don’t like the President
Whenever his name is mentioned a sour look comes upon their faces
No matter who I speak with…
The Veterans, the widows, the elderly…
They say, “HELL NO! YOU’RE NOT GONNA PUT NO CHIP IN ME!”
They’re flaming mad and speak of rights and guns

This is my cause
This is my city
Their blood is on my hands
I must do what I am called to do
I must walk the streets of my city
Everyone must do their part to pave the way for the Messiah
Everyone must tell the masses what will happen if they are left behind
Don’t keep the truth from them
Let them have the raw facts
The U.N. troops are already here and they have their survival packs
The world leaders have their bomb shelters
And the little people have Jesus
Spread the gospel and love my city so they may escape all this
Destruction is coming, Dayton! Get your hearts right with the Messiah!
He is the only hope we have for tomorrow
He is on the other side of the sun rise
Repent and live holy
Surrender your will to the King
Get down upon your knees my neighbors
Make him your everything
What’s the Antichrist gonna promise you?
A drink of fresh water? Temporary shelter?
He only cares about killing off the human race quickly
And putting us all ten feet under
Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ
Be as wise as the Serpent and escape all these things!

Mist Song

The waves lick the pier-deck beams,

a boat has passed upon the lake

to shuffle the song upon the wind,

   ebbing whooshes.....

The smoky waters still to tease

   slow with ancient whispers,

The Loon leads upon the woody melody,

   some sylvan songster

   too beautiful to languish,

   still sleeping....

Not floating upon the dawn

   through misted peace;

   all ears have heard

   the first kiss of throngs,

Gentle as waves upon the tide,

from the very earth it seems....

   the sweet haunting cry

   echoes souls through silts

   leagues deep,

The very marrow of stone,

   and pine and leaf,

A morning hushed but for its

   pretty plea, a male perhaps

   (so tender with feminine appeal)

They all call so, pillowed

   their first-light throngs,

Angels upon the deep billowed morn,

Where the very clouds above

   have seemed to hover

   above the lake along,

Their soothing cry

   fills the waking wood....

   hushed waters, still as stars

   feeds the twilight with song

(pining through hovering hats of mist)

The Love Crest Rises

When your heart pours forth in vulnerable vacillation
When the feeling in your voice brings fervor to fluctuation…
I am all ears to every word, like a prisoner inspired before becoming a saint,
Like the vision glossed in the artist’s eye just before he lays his brush to paint
I am your morning darkness lingering upon the open eye,
Sipping your emotions in the potent oceans of your sigh
Suddenly mess has meaning as your heart rewards your mind
With the vast impasses of your praise, bliss I ever find

How can I sleep this night when I adore you so?
Not enough this love have I let you know
That in so loving, there is worthiness of living
And in our glorious receiving, our hands together sculpt body of believing

HAVE YOU EVER

Have you ever tried at something
And failed
Have you ever not tried at something
And really prevailed

Have you ever not listened
When listening was a must
Have you ever been all ears
When the conversation was all gossip

Have you ever ran
When you should have walked
Have you ever been quiet
When you should have talked

Have you ever laughed
When you should have cried
Have you ever given up
When you really should have tried

Have you ever sat
When you should have stood
Have you ever been bad
When you should have been good

Have you ever been alone
When you should have been with another
Have you ever criticized
When you should have complimented your brother

Have you ever said something
And wished you could take it back
Have you ever listened to rumors
And did not realize they were not a fact

Have you ever left
When you should have stayed
Have you ever been lazy
When you should have prayed

Have you ever tried to prove you were right
When you knew you were wrong
Have you ever been weak
When you should have been strong

Have you ever needed a friend
And no one was there
Have you ever not been a friend
When someone needed you to listen
While their problems they shared

Have you ever been funny
When you should have been serious
Have you ever been predictable
When you should have been mysterious

Stop and think
We have all been there at some time or another
And we have all experienced
“have –you-ever”

Liquor of Lament: My Glass is Half Full

Verse 6: I've given up love countless times
I needed to pay up for my heartbroken crimes
I already repented for my sins that made my high hopes paper-thin
Don't you feel that envy from deep within?
Searching around, wondering where you've been
Wander with me in the forest of faith and hear me out if you are all ears
Trying our best to pass the test that we detest
Innocence clothed us before we lost it all through smiles and tears
Years later, we're still together, even when we rest...even though I act like a pest...
I'm impressed that you dealt with me so easily
I'm a smarter hard worker ever since you set me free
I'm a survivor
I'm so much wiser
I'm a giver, not a taker
I'm not a heartbreaker or a forsaker
I'm a creator of healing grace unlike any other, so much joyful fruit to gather
Positive auras is what I get from the wisdom of our mighty Father

{pre-chorus}
{chorus}

Verse 7: I'm only human, so I'll be making my mistakes
I'm a lonely man, so I'll be praying for chances to belong
I'm only human, so I'll be drinking the liquor of lament
I'm a dog without an owner, so I'm writing this sad, yet from-the-heart song
All my life, I've sharpened the knife of Shame
Shadows consume me and reflections haunt me...my past is a hideous name
My high spirits can't be tamed...I'm not the one to blame...
You came to me, you came to me and gave me wings to break free
In the darkness of my oblivion to illuminate me...
Never exiting this ecstasy next to sea

{pre-chorus}
{chorus}

Verse 8: Closing my eyes for the remedy of rest I've yearned for
Posing like a model next to a camera...snap pictures and explore
You are my drug of delight and I want you more and more
You picked me off of the filthy floor
I lay in clouds of regretless love that I covet
I can't get enough of it...so glad we met
You made me wet with pleasures so swell
Our kisses and hugs ring a bell...you were a friend that treated me so well
You're my heaven and I'm your hell...you forgave me for being selfish I can tell
Never should've drank that liquor of lament
That liquor, liquor, liquor of lament...not broken, just bent

{pre-chorus}
{chorus}

Verse 9: I made that mistake that I can't undo...
Now I'm left to repent for the wrong I didn't mean to do
I didn't mean to do
I'll blame it on my luv floo
You made me love you too
How could you?
I said hello to you; but in return, I get a goodbye of rue
I aimed for the stars, but instead, I hit the moon
Take your time as you and I sing a most familiar tune
We are young in heart still...
Don't you act like a deadly pill...
Stop pulling my heart strings
Your rage is like a bee that stings
I engage in the sensuality of my soul
You're my lightingale and my clever tool
You're the bleak poison that makes me weak
I'm avoiding another glass of fake gladness...I want to be sober and meek
So, don't speak...
I don't want to hear your prideful greediness
I don't want to hear your madness, your sadness, your lack of progress
Take all of me if I'm the boy you want
Take all of me if I'm the boy you need
Take all of me
Take all of me
Before time runs out
Before hope turns to doubt

{pre-chorus}
{chorus}

Verse 10: Life is card game
Strife won't leave me be
My wild child heart needs to be tame
Oh I see, you don't love me
Our sex wasn't enough
I didn't give it to you rough
I tried to act smart and tough
But I'm dealing with some difficult stuff
Take a bite into me
I'm the good apple that's pleasant for the eyes to see
Lick me up and down
I'm the tattoo mark on your skin,
I'm your lover, your beloved kin...that covers up your sin
I'm the bandaid on your bullet wound of glory
I'm the tourniquet to your broken leg of inability
You're the seed that planted itself in me
You're the greed that took away my humble me, you see?

{pre-chorus}
{chorus}

Verse 11: Be considerate and keen for once in your life
Why do your harsh words cut like a jagged knife?
Oh no, I can't hold on to this anger, boiling in my blood
Oh no, your paradise was spent on someone better than me...what's up with that, bud?
Pin me down with your heavy load of appealing pleasure beyond measure
No kidding, you are the best compared to the rest that's for sure
My heads under the surface of hopelessness Your head is in the clouds of solace
What's wrong with that picture?
You don't appreciate the hardships that I endure
Your loyalty and patience is what I need
Your adoration is beyond sensation...I'm your top-notch weed

{pre-chorus}
{chorus}

Verse 12: Your magical touch is too much to bear...you're the golden armor I wear
You're the surreal song on the radio - turn it up a hair
Everyone stops and stares at us as we run up the stairs
You are my dream of reality that I dreamt of During nostalgic nights without you by my side
You are the white dove of peace and pure love
Abide by my side, my darling devil...where do you hide?
Please don't hide...
Take me on a bumpy ride

{pre-chorus}
{chorus}

Bridge: I'm the valley and you're the mountain
You're the flourishing flowers and I'm the fretful fountain
You're my muse that rings in my head so true...you're the happy blues
You're my black and white checkered rose in the field of gracious good news
The world of woe seems to beat me down
With mood swings and tragedy that burns on...
I'm a clown, wearing a frown
I'm the dusk before nightfall and you're the dazzling dawn
I make out with my mesmerizing sunrise right before my eyes,
Right before my eyes, yeah
Reminds me of you on your happy-go-lucky days
I'm sorry that we went our separate ways...oh, our own separate ways
Now, I'm gulping up liquor of lament
Liquor, liquor, liquor of lament
A guilt that overflows
Clearly, my shame shows
The wicked wind surely blows
When you and I express our highs and lows
Ooooh ooooh ooooh...
Ooooh ooooh ooooh...
Our highs and lows
Ooooooh...ooooh...ooh...

(Spoken) You walked out that door
You left me with the one you adore
You pity yourself, but I ain't buying your product of insecurity
You belittle me with your rebellious spirit of nothing close to empathy
You're a rebel and a liar
I'm the hero and a warrior
Don't put a label on me
Because I will burst in flames of anger and hostility
I resent the person I've become
Now, I'm feeling empty and numb
Catch me as I fall and make me feel whole as well
Attach me to your passionate heart of titanium...can't help but be under your spell

Walking In My Shoes

My name has spread round the neighborhood anytime I slip and commit the slightest miscue. The best news caption to all ears is when the topic centers on my issue. Their deadly words causing much pain as they eat up every tissue. Refusing me all opportunity to redeem myself as all I end up doing is argue. Catching Rebecca red handed, Oh my best friend, even you! knowing how she stabs me at the back despite being attached to her like a glue condemns me beyond redemption and leaves me totally in black and blue. These stories are far from being true and their effects on me make me dysfunctional like a statue When considering the root of this problem I blame myself for giving them the avenue. Already knowing in and out of me, they coin their versions and heavily miscontrue. But this has got to stop! Swallowing this mess, is long overdue. The satisfaction and amusement, they enjoy and accrue is what I must face and ensure they discontinue. No one can be my saviour only but I, can come to my own rescue. I now leave my shell, facing squarely, those who are dedicated to my pursue. Goodness me! The result seems quite easy as they all hide to my subdue. Then I realize, I still have some virtue. Therefore, no one should dare treat me in disvalue until you start walking in my shoe

Quality not quantity

        Quality not quantity
The content of a man,
Determine his ability,
The ability of a leader
Is not base on mere words,
But his actions,

All day we sit and listen,
To the lips,
of the men,
on the hills,
Of power,
As words of change,
Constantly flow ,
Through there words,

With all ears,
We humblely expect a messiah,

Yet all we get is,
quantity,
And quantities of lies,
In Africa,

Oh!
There must be a man of Love,
A man of God,
A man who know a truth,
Behind the unknown,

We need no more quantities of promises,
In the third world and all over the globe,

 all we need,
Are men of quality,
Not empty men of quantities,
With no quality of truth.

When Silence of fear is broken,
Reality become
Quality not quantity

Sight, Light, Fright, delight and benight

I saw her once
In the glance and
In trance I stood.

My heart was light
Walked with light step
But light waned out.

Heard her foot near
Was all ears but
Oh, fear crept in.

Looked at her face
Could not place her
Preface to see.

Then she was nigh
Heard her sigh still
Felt pry on me.

While I Coo

Many nights though have passed before you came to my world
Now your presence means a million to me
Over and over your song will remain sonorous in my ears
Peace be upon you my umbrella
I know you’re all ears while I coo

AN EAGLES ENCOUNTER

EAGLES ENCOUNTER

Mi was doing my nite rounds..
then was a student at a local varsity
when i had an encounter with them eagles
they offer me peace...salaams..
but they were really trying
to appear nonthreatening

one of them asked mi a weird question
...how did you do it..
i perceived they were alluding
to the gift of sight..

dilly dallying around but they are..
all ears..i mention the fall..
suddenly there by my side scaring mi
or is it intimidating..

...what do you know of it...
only what you tell me..i replied
impatient eagles.. hard stances taken..
run to the USA even there floods
overtake thee..
and operative cleantone caps you..

The eagles aren't that bad
and they blend well with mortals..
This is Africa and immortals
walkin around aiint no big deal
we roll our eyes.. turn a blind eye..

We aint like them Americans
who have an obsession for the..
weird.. weird stuff of life..
miracles so rare in their land
they have to invent superheros

down here weird is the norm
and every one is given rite of passage
for this is tanateru.. this is gods acre..
and immortals have a rite of way
its the mortals who live down here..
you should watch out for...

the eagles land and leave
at times they snatch
the chicks from the hen..
and hubby rooster..
they don't bother us much
even kids don't fear them..

for they like to fly high..
and if i was an angel
wouldn't i protect them day and nite...
and if i were a bomb... i would never
explode..for the eagles landed-
and none was too wise...

A whisper can sound loud

Do not think when you whisper
A gossip to a friend
Your words will not
Be heard
And go around speaking wrong
Of another person’s name
Telling only those you think
Can be trusted

A little wind will
Come blowing from nowhere
And steal the words
From your mouth without you
Noticing
Compose them into a song
And sing it across the land

And when it comes to greet
The ears of those you were
Trying to keep the words away from
Their ear drums will amplify
The music, exagarate the words
And drum them so loud
For all ears to hear
And drum and drum and drum

and the music will come back
To haunt you
While others seem to enjoy it
It will sound like pollution
To your ears, you
The writer of the song

Do not think
What you tell your friends
In a whispering voice
Deriving fun out of other people’s
Problems, laughing with all
Your teeth out can never be heard

Your words will clearly write
Their message in black
Against the whiteness of your teeth
They will pronounce their meaning
In your careless laughter

The Odium of Sodium

Like a Phoenix, I rise up from the ashes of my past
Your beautiful tune mended the Earth with exquisite mirth
Like a runner, I'm running forward to the finish line oh so fast
You're a butterfly, wrapped in her cocoon...you're more than what you think you're worth
I'll wait my turn to see what's on the other side
I'll wait my turn to find a secluded cave to hide
Solitude is echoing my name in the mountains of majestic wonders
The attitude of gratitude, reject me not during tribulation and hardship, for my mind endlessly ponders
What it's like after death when all the dead will rise
I heard life's a journey that has so much to offer according to the wise

If we learned to forgive the past,
The future will show us the path of painless happiness
Burn away our dismay, so we won't be downcast
Still scattered on the floor like shards of shame...that leaves me with little to no success
Forgive the past and remember that you're not a waste of space
Forgive the future and let your regrets flee from your presence
Forgive the present and embrace the passion of your heart that's overflowing with grace
Forgive the past, present and future, then you can seek repentance

I heard a tap at my window...
I expected your face to appear when I opened it ajar
Instead, the wind of sorrow...
Decided to blow to and fro and I've been chilled to the bone so far
Don't turn the cold shoulder...
The gloomy room of doom becomes colder
No matter what, I will love you even when you grow older
I will keep you like a memory folder in my brain...I'll think more clearly and bolder

Don't make me wait my turn to receive rationality
Don't make me wait my turn to grieve my long lost sanity
Get out of the way, stay away from the hideous, Yet beautiful lies in my heart...we're not on the same bumpy, rowdy bus

I haven't heard from you
Good morning to mourning...don't you see I'm blue?
Whatever I've done that meant you so much harm...
I'm sorry, but I tried and tried with the shedding of tears and a restless arm

Without anyone to lean on
Might as well be...gone...

Hello from the inside
You subside from my side
You light the way
You're the dawn and the gray of today
You're the imperfect storm inside and out
You know what I'm talking about...don't make me childishly pout
Ah...ah...ah...
My guilty passion
Beats me with affection
Bombs going off like crazy
I'm feeling hazy...my beautiful daisy...and feeling numb lazy

Opposites attract
To be exact
Please don't leave me this soon
You're my mesmerizing maroon moon

You're bowing down to the devil of the dark
I'm singing sweetly like a lightingale or a lark
I find it hard to trust you with my heart
I find it easy to bust out in a dance from the start
Dart out of my racing heart before it breaks apart
You, my night sky of vibrant, whirling stars, are my work of art

I won't let you break me...break me...
Don't let me break me...to the highest degree
Consumed by the shadows of our lies
Bruised by the aftershocks of our g'byes

I thought you would be accepting...
Respecting me no matter what I've done
I thought I found the one, but it was deceiving
You invaded my personal space, you disgrace that is the dim sun

Believe me when I say this in a state so hopeless -
You are my vexing abstract abyss
Determined to stand up for the rights of others, not only my own
I roll the dice and find myself a paradise when I sacrifice myself, a good blood to the bone

Undo the silent wars in your mind,
Hypnotized by your symphony of sympathy so kind

I walk the route of doubt and taste the odium of sodium
You gave me a SPR so enlivening, so sudden...inticingly inviting, so exciting...making me no longer numb...drunk off your love above rum

Your words, like gum, stick in my brain
Making my train of thought get off track...so, sincerely, awfully...insane and such a pain

So, Lord of Accord, send me Your healing rain
You struck a chord in me, but I'm stuck in this pit of in vain...in vain...
Losing my darling sugar cane - you, alone, to be exact
We are on the same darksome lane...and that's the fun fact of it all...backtracked

A route id rather not step foot in...
Your hope and joy, sadly, but truthfully...paper thin...come again?

I arise from the ashes and the piles of dead dread
Your melody buried in the chorus of a thousand men...silence sleeping in your bed...misled by lustful appearance instead
The pages of my story left unread...
Not even written out yet...devoured like scrumptious bread
Nevermind what you say
I'm all ears for you another day
Let me hear my own tune
It will be the afternoon soon....until then...I'll be whoever I want to be - a butterfly released from its cocoon

Dimiss Our Setbacks, For Nothing's Impossible

Your lips meet my own –
Finally, I’ve gained hope and confidence
On another level
I know now that I’m not alone
Our bond is as sweet and luscious
Like chocolate mixed with almonds
The cotton candy clouds were motionless overhead
I turn from a liquid to a solid
Later on, I’ll do my errands
Don’t let me drink in
Your distasteful dread, but instead
Be my ravishing dream of reality –
No wonder I’m caught under your wicked spell
I’m missing you already!!
No wonder we are two peas in a pod, so swell!~~
It’s okay to feel guilt on a low level….
As long as you don’t go pell-mell
Don’t you dare dwell on it or I’ll give you hell!

~~Chorus~~

Give me a chance to overcome
These waves of emotions
Understand my situation
Don’t pay attention to the commotion
I see you in secret,
Skipping with pride and unspoiled vitality
While I’m… frozen forever
Livin’ this life guilt-free is impossible in my case…
Save me from the thoughts of spraying insidious lies

Let’s spend a lifetime, living a dream
Let’s embrace our inner passion
Forever, dismiss our nightmares and our setbacks
Frozen forever without you, being all ears
I miss your warmth of gratitude…
Forever, have high hopes that demolish our fears
The thud of my heart – it’s amazing how much I need you when I feel humiliated and nude
You repair my once wrecked-up, nasty attitude

Turn the wheel in my mind’s eye – I’m overflowing with guilt and horror –
Don’t let the tide of terror sweep over me with woe
Open wide your mouth
Let me fill it in with words of pure, inviting insight,
Not your sick rage and remorse

(----Bridge----)

Vanity is a blasphemed predator
Don’t go near that vile thing or
He will hunt you down like his next victim
Envy not the healing process
That the Lord Himself has passed down to you
Remind yourself not to be wistful or weary,
But plant your hope in Him
Change your mind about leaving me behind…
I’m having second thoughts about you
Let our fingers intertwine like two vines –
Our twisted love is merely serpentine
You fuel me up with passionate fire...nothing's impossible
I feel like this dilemma that you and I face today is endurable
You need more faith in you, for I adore your desire

So, weep no more,
You sad, sad fountain
Double doubts will let out its insincere cry
Just ignore it with all of your might and wish for it to die
You and I will fight this Damaging Depression Wars and we will gaily soar . . .
Without a trace of hesitation!

Farmer

The dawn breaks with the prayer call
In the woods nearby
walking on the Earth's breast is the farmer
whose sweat would now kiss the harvest, the crops; the Earth
what more could she have asked for; when every afternoon,
she gets a drop of gift from her son,
in the form of gratitude and love
she was thirsty
for the rain
when the bosom of the sky
cleft asunder and tear drops fell down
it was all the result of her son's cry; for his mother was in pain; she had not seen rain for a time
her son smiles with joy
the sky reverted to his prayer
after all, there is someone
who is all ears
to that prayer at dawn
which woke up the farmer
which woke up the Earth's son.

Friends Before Lovers

Friends Before Lovers
BY: MEH3

They say we cannot be friends if we cannot be lovers
But I say we have to be friends to be lovers

They say friendship will never last
I say friendship with love can always be a blast

They say just give me one night to love you
I say give me an eternity and I will show you what love is

They say sex is made for an one night stand
but I say love making is made for two who started as friends.

So to be lovers let's start being friends
Understanding the real meaning
and not just trying to get in each other pants

Because at the end of the night
I want to hold you tight
listen to all your fears
and make you understand that I am all ears

I am here until the end
Not just the night
Until the end of time
Because I want to do this right

I mean, we can go at it
and have fun for the rest of the night
But what is the real meaning
if it is only for one night

I want to make this last forever
and I am not Keith Sweat,
But I am willing to make this bet

That if we become friends before lover
every challenge that comes before us
has no chance to destroy us

But this is only meant in the sense of Holy Matrimony

So, do not get me wrong I will love to stay for the night
but it really would not be right
Because I want to take a knee
and ask you to be my wife

So let's continue to be friend,
So that we can grow to be lovers
That is all I am saying

Friends before lovers
Let the challenge begin

The Slave's Tale: Arrival

Exracted from Gerald Nforche's Epic, The Slave's Tale

-Duala, RIOS DOS CAMEROES, 1787-

One fine morning, when love birds flew and sang
And the valleys with every gaiety rang,
The sun just setting from a misty east
We had visitors from the waters’ midst.

Our fishermen were out spreading their nets
Though broken, could entangle fish’s legs
When they saw at the horizon, approaching
A large house, like none ever seen, smoking.

Smoke exited from large horizontal
Mouths, like some fire within wood and metal.
Very huge flapping leaves hung on large ropes
Made us shiver, staggered with every lope.

And as the large house ebesse approached
Our fine archers were ready for the broach:-
Scouts scanned from the nearest hill and informed
The djanewa for any quick reform.

Village criers had announced the fall ’f war
Within which those who could lift arms no more,
Women and children wide-eyed with fear
Were evacuated to our secret lair.

And in the waters deep ebesse stopped
Emitting a loud cry: come watch us hop
Our blood about to clot from our within:-
Wood and metal kicking, crying in the wind.

Many canoes splashed into the waters
And creatures with sacks fell in from ladders
And rowed towards us, towards our very shores.
We kept the watch, canoes following a course.

Minutes soon, at the very shores they came
We watching baffled, belligerent lame.
Fifteen they were, hairy, brown and long nosed
Not unlike pale pigs in the valleys noosed.

Large brown bowls perched on their massive heads,
Noted by us as they poured out in herds
From their dancing canoes. Pipes hung from mouths
As tobacco was devoured and feet jingled loud.

And we understood they were some traders:-
We had heard their chilling news from gossipers
Who’d spoken of the magic of these men
Who had come by wind, traded and returned.

And from the gossip that ran a-wild,
We‘d gathered the name made for them from sight:
They looked burnt, like they were once like us
We called them mokala for we were at a loss.

With the prodigious group were our brothers:
We shared the same skin, they were no rioters
Save they spoke with mokala like mutineers:-
We watching, bemused straining with all ears.

A troop marched forward expressing might
 Mokala watching unsettled, wide-eyed
Befuddlement on their very black lips:
Pity spelled in their eyes, daggers on their hips.

Journey to bliss

In the midst of the fiercest conflicts
Conflicts that rattle even the GOD's chosen
My Love for you grows in strength still
First Towards the earth to garner rooted-support
like the mystery Chinese Bamboo tree
Death was a wish
In a rage of contempt and hurricane of hate,
the world would stop at nothing
their laugh to scorn was a raging inferno
Because our plumule above the earth surface refused,
their mockeries spread like wild fire
But then suddenly
when all hope seemed crushed into nothingness
Did a speedy race begin
In a race with the light to the sun
A race that dumb-founds even the skies and its splendor
To the heavens it reaches
and to the galaxies it waves
A dwarfing sight of heights
that makes the mighty Mt. Kilimanjaro look like a speck of dust
an achievement that out-shines the sun
In a journey that races beyond a million light-years
Now all ears will blast open
Into the tunnel of prudence
With zest non can stand
Wisdom ripples, in strength it looms
With cringing timidity,
Folly paved way
Our silent roar is finally heard
Now their mouth is shut forever as we blossom into bliss for all eternity
My troubled Soul longs for you my Love,
Shattered, I reach for you my GOD sent Elixir,
With my every harsh Word,
your serenity my soul finds
My heart yearns for the awe of your affection
expressing my deepest Love your majesty I crave
with a mouth shut in pride
But heart so sorry
it bleeds with an endless plea
Then I remembered the Words of my Savior,
In this life, like a gang of tornado
Tribulations will come rushing,
Ripping us apart
and pressing harder than an incubus
But be of good cheers,
for I have overcome the world,
"Love" said with a smile that births new Hope
Words that crushed sleep and it's roaring snores
Deep Into the nights I searched
"Giving up" was not in the options
The map to bliss has loads of sharp edged ups and steep downs
In a silent whisper
I got a lead into the beginning of forever
My heart swam into the sea of remembrance
Light years Away from the shore,
I found the floating words of wisdom
"There is no diamond without it's rough and undesirable dirt" it reads
To our gloom, dirt and filth,
from the north rose a cathartic wind of fresh breath
bringing with it a glow that coruscates beauty in the midst of clogged uncertainties
then to even loftier sphere of Heavenly glories
like the Union of eagles and the strong winds
when our wings of Love we'll lock in understanding
Together We'll soar in a ride to bliss forever.

In Trance - Win

I saw her once
At a glance and
In trance I stood.

My heart was light
Walked with light step
But light waned out.

Heard her foot near
Was all ears but
Oh, fear crept in.

Looked at her face
Could not place her
Chased to see her.

Then she was nigh
Heard her sigh still
Felt pry on me.

An Angel In Your Eyes-Win

An Angel In Your Eyes

On February 1st 1966, I saw the brightest moon,
The coolest moon ever that has shone in my life.
As the space craft Luna-II landed on to the moon
Same time Luna was born to Chandrika, my wife.

Luna-II, the spacecraft landing in precincts of moon
My Luna rising in the precincts of a maternity home
I was all ears hearing news but my heart was tuned
To the phone conjuring up hospital scene blythesome

I did not utter, think or react as my family did feel
But felt something inside me I never felt before it
As if a cool light generated and rooted and reeled
From moon to earth living up to her name sweet.

DREAM ON

“Dream On”

Hm, my heart as it slips out of my reach
Like the waves of the sea, flowing passed the palm of my hand
Do you know what I mean? You’re eyes are as blue and playful as the sunlit, gorgeous beach
You caught my pair of eyes…I’m so mesmerized beyond reason and logic… you understand
Dream on, genuine angel of angelic joy and thanksgiving – fight the good fight
Fight with your perpetual might…for you are my sun-drenched sight…guiding me – you were the apple to my eye…now, you’re my emerald compass, leading me to my haven

Dream on, it’s your dream to dream on day and night

Take wing from on high (don’t let your High Spirits dry)
You’re beyond compare – I can’t deny
I’ve loved you forever it seems
You have the same essence as my miraculous dreams
Dream on, dear sunlight from the moon
Soon, you’ll be by my side and you’ll relieve the gloom…from my heart…I hear your graceful tune

Dream on, it’s your passion to dream on day and night

Ooh, yeah – I adore your amber eyes…
I can’t wait to earn your priceless love back
I really love to fall in love with you – no lies
I beseech of your approval, my angelic dove…I won’t let you be that last magazine in the magazine rack
This illegal, untamed nature within me…you crossed my mind…
You pounded to the rhythm of my heart…I held your hand in mine and no one was left behind…
There’s more gold to find
In your eyes…I was never…sincerely…blind

Dream on, it’s your dazzling, flawless, and lovely nature to dream on day and night

Take wing from on high (don’t let your High Spirits dry)
You’re beyond compare – I can’t deny
I’ve loved you forever it seems
You have the same essence as my miraculous dreams
Dream on, dear sunlight from the moon
Soon, you’ll be by my side and you’ll relieve the gloom…from my heart…I hear your graceful tune

Dream on, it’s about time you dream on day and night

I was young and foolish once upon a time
You and I have astonishing alienated ambition – we’re on the same bus
You kept me going and I zoomed on like a racecar…I dreamed on…though I’m left with a scar, so shattered, yet so sublime
So far, I’ve been thinking very highly of you…you’re dead, but never truly gone in my heart…ooooh….baby – don’t fuss
I’m all ears for you…oh baby, don’t cry
I was there for you…oh darling, never wave goodbye
I’m always by your side
Like a handsome husband and a beautiful bride
Let’s hold hands and wish for the best in our future journeys in the lifetime
Blissful dreaming was never a curse nor is it against the rules, so let us have fun this time

Dream on, you were always meant to dream on day and night

Take wing from on high (don’t let your High Spirits dry)
You’re beyond compare – I can’t deny
I’ve loved you forever it seems
You have the same essence as my miraculous dreams
Dream on, dear sunlight from the moon
Soon, you’ll be by my side and you’ll relieve the gloom…from my heart…I hear your graceful tune

Dream on, dream on, I know you felt like an ugly duckling, abandoned…alone; but, nevertheless, dream on day and night

I danced the night away with a merry spirit in mind and soul
I fell in love so easily…but I kept on dreaming on…seeing her beauty shimmer anew like diamonds in the dark cave
I looked at you in a light-year moment…I caught a glimpse of your shine, contrary to mine; yet, you released the bad energy and tension from my skull
I got out of breath the moment my eyes met your own…we exchange smiles of everlasting fantasies…can you help me be brave?

Dream on, you were always meant to dream on day and night

Take wing from on high (don’t let your High Spirits dry)
You’re beyond compare – I can’t deny
I’ve loved you forever it seems
You have the same essence as my miraculous dreams
Dream on, dear sunlight from the moon
Soon, you’ll be by my side and you’ll relieve the gloom…from my heart…I hear your graceful tune

Dream on, genuine angel of angelic joy and thanksgiving – fight the good fight

Fight with your perpetual might…for you are my sun-drenched sight…guiding me – you were the apple to my eye…now, you’re my emerald compass, leading me to my haven
I’m happy-go-lucky and I take wing from on high…hand in hand, we’ll fly high like a kid’s kite, caught in the wind of pleasure-wild plight
With you by my side, I feel mighty happy… we help each other through out the night… I would never neglect you as long as you fly with me tonight

Dream on, it’s your right to dream on day and night

Caveman

Educated fools make rules that tell you and I what we should or should not do
Rules needed to continue to burry you under the edification of demons
To resurrect menus of abuse from a time of misuse
Just like Stalin and his socialistic science
A super human I mean ape is behind this
The majority wants to blind us letting us use our own binders
Manufacturing an army of one kinders
They say we are weak so they play finders keepers
Leaving man kind to turn into sheepish weepers
Destined to be believers
Enlightenment is no longer enticing us
Instead we just role the dice and cuss
Cause we are man made erected in a cave
Just born yesterday
An ancestral clock ticking no body feels the licking they are getting from there master
No more disaster no more devastation the majority stands on the sidelines awaiting
Blackened lips shoot out spit and all ears perk up to hear
Clear illumination shown in high definition
Wasting a generation still not raping but taking yes taking the tasty suckle youth
Not asking to write this new dictionary of hope
Im not a dignitary but I hold up my post
Not to boast shout outs closed
Putting on my cloak of quotes for awhile
If we off then we off lets go off in style

Thicker Skin

I noticed that You left me with nothing to lose
These scars bleed and I’m a dried-up seed
Heal my heartache and tear apart the bad news
Oh Lord, I’m sorry for being full of greed
Wintertime has swept against my skin…
I shutter…shocked by the coldness…
Please forgive me for that one wretched sin
Shaking uncontrollably…in distress…

1-2-3-4-5-6-7
7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Hmm…
Hmm…
Oh…
Oh…
So lost and speechless…

(CH) You’re my sweetheart night and day
Night and day
I need to have thicker skin these days or I’ll break out in tears
I’ll break out in tears
For years, I’ve been led astray I must say
I must say
I will not be furious and I will face my fears today…are you all ears?
Are you all ears?

I look up to You sometimes
I wish I could look up to You always
I look down, for I’m so afraid
I’m so ashamed…let the hopelessness fade
Quenched in quietude
Quenched in quietude
Don’t desert me or I’ll be forever lonely
Anxious because of our departure
Today is the day to surrender to the frozen desire
That scorches my soul

1-2-3-4-5-6-7
7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Hmm…
Hmm…
Oh…
Oh…
So lost and breathless…

(CH)

My shadow of sorrow chased me around the place
Isolated in my own home and scared of the dark
Don’t forget me and please do forgive me for not having Your grace
You didn’t leave me without a trace and I am as strong as Noah’s ark
I need you by my side
I have one more chance to tell you…with my might
That you have tried…
You have tried to shine bright tonight…this night…
Quenched in quietude
Quenched in quietude

1-2-3-4-5-6-7
7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Hmm…
Hmm…
Oh…
Oh…
So lost and courageous…

(CH) X2

Hand me your handkerchief,
For these tears fall down to the floor
Oh Lord, give me relief, not grief
You are the one I adore and you give me wings to soar
Pondering about you more and more…
I shouldn’t doubt you anymore…
But have faith that you are there…
There’s hope in store and there’s plenty to share
There’s hope in store and I’m dancing without a care
I’m dancing without a care
1-2-3-4-5-6-7
7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Hmm…
Hmm…
Oh…
Oh…
So lost and clueless
