Best Acceptable Poems

Not Perfect But Acceptable!
My younger years - I don't know how
At six and seven folks had a cow!

The journey through the mind begins
Do not think the devil wins!

In middle school has a crash
Doing some things rather rash!

In high school had good grades
Then they dropped - almost like Hades!

Drove...

Socially Acceptable
Men grow beards to feel more free,
But looking like a caveman isn't freedom,
It just means you'll always have soup on your face,
Nor does sipping softly on organic green tea,
Or turning a book to page ninety to seem more accomplished than those around you,
Smoking electronic cigarettes...

Socially Acceptable Demeanor
Don’t you see how much it hurts?
Suppressing a part of me?
So you can be comfortable?

It isn’t like changing shirts,
easy, peasey, one, two, three,
fit into a neat label.

Shall I cut my heart in thirds?
Feed the offensive to birds,
and sooth the rest words?

Can’t you see how much...

Tautogram Poems
The tautogram is best explained by its Greek root words of “tauto” meaning “the same” and “gramma” meaning “letter.” Basically, all words in the poem begin with the same letter.

The Seeds of Acceptable Hate
The Seeds of Acceptable Hate

Between the folds of faith and belief,

tucked neatly in cushioned corners,

lie the seeds of acceptable hate.

Through quaint pleasant rituals,

and joyously hummed words,

dumbed down thoughts

and dazed faces exude,

righteous sweetness.

Belief wrapped in glistening foil,

faith painted in gaudy...

Premium Member Acceptable Service
Manner of serving God* requires humility:
recognizing who’s in authority
devoid of arrogance and haughtiness’ tenacity
doing so with earnest sincerity-----
-----That truth echoes the Lord's will for service-functionality:
my commitment anchored by biblical spirituality.

Method of sacrificing to the Saviour asks for submission-completeness
seeking first His kingdom and His righteousness
denying self...

No Acceptable Reason
There is no acceptable reason

For discrimination and hate

Whether its about colour

Or sexuality or faith

People have the right be different

To be individual and unique

They have the right to enjoy free being and free speech

Without the fear of being subjected to others need

To racist or homophobic

Or xenophobic...

An Acceptable Degree of Insanity
As I move farther from the
line where the water crawls to
meet the sand, I have to dig
deeper to find water. I push
my toes in as far as they will
go without digging and leave it
at that. It's too much work, now.
I want to walk down...

Acceptable Food
Acceptable Food
The eye is never sure of his food so anyway they say there is limits to what a man
can have they don’t want crumbly things so today I’m typing with a banana to
illustrate the rules have never changed the popcorn made inside...

Acceptable Loss
Acceptable loss

I lost my best friend 2 years and 10 months ago on a windswept winter evening. Alone in his thoughts about his future... his past... his life... his pain.

He ended the relationship with his life as he knew it. Content to let bygones be,...

My Lord and most gracious God
anoint my tongue by spirit divine
make my words always full of truth
humbly spoken in every line

Grant me a pure holy mind
to be full filling my heart
thoughts that glorify thy name
for thou O God great thou art

May I be truly...

What does that mean?
I'm sittin' here tryin' to figure
like if it means like you don't like
the use of the word like then is like,
like un acceptable?

Or if you meet a stranger who has
no idea you just spent
thirty seven hours in the ED with your

Accesible and Acceptable
Accesible and Acceptable

A much needed system, we should enable,
We know will always be readily accessible;
And did ensure,
We can endure;
All having agreed with what is acceptable.

You'Re Pc Perfect
You hide, deny, words left implied_
between the lines where you reside_
avoid, misguide, all justified_
You say for love, say you are kind.

~False smiles, false praise...
Say it's the rules...
When did kindness
 become so cruel~

~Fake hugs and invites...
Say it's the rules...
When did kindness
 become so cruel~

persuade, convince, keep...

Innocent Moon
I am a Moon
Who lost her shine
On the way to
Perfecting my life.
So, I told the stars
To be my guide.
But they just said,
You are not right.
So, I asked
Is there anyone?
To hold my hand
Always and forever
Without any acumen
Even if I am wrong,
Took the flaws,
Joyous...
