Stronger With Jws - With Jesus I Pray

I
At this stage
My retirement age
I speak with JWs
Jehovah's Witnesses
I shut my door
quickly before
Now, I'm emptier - stronger -
I converse with JWs longer

II
Fine people, careful about blood
Who avoid transfusions, "blood" food -
For JWs, smoking is wrong
Alcohol - choice - may tag along ...
No hell, rapture, predestination
The big one: anti-Trinitarian
"Theocratic War Strategy," allows JWs to lie
To me and you, on works by Aaron Block, I rely!

III
But why do they choke & bother
That Christ, SENT, is only Savior & Brother
Who did die for humanity's sins
"YHWH only should be worshipped, even in hymns"
And Jesus dare not come again
Once is enough? No clouds, No rapture!
What do JWs gain? They "think" only how they're trained

NOTE: 1.Charles Taze Russell, in the 1870s, developed the Jehovah's Witnesses based on his Bible Classes given in Pittsburg, PA., USA. He was joined in 1876 by Barbour, but JWs used the King James Bible until Nathan Knorr et. al., (JWs) "translated" their New World Translation Bible.

2. Spoken Word churches, inspired by William Brennan, may also be a subject.

A Beau For Brenda

Birthing a bio-novel, Brenda
writes with a buoyant agenda -
basing her book on Bart Barbour,
the best boatman in Boston’s Harbor.

He’s big, brave and belligerent
and like her dad, an immigrant.
Her bridegroom's a pirate, she boasts,
born and bred on the Barbary Coasts.

Busted for slave trading, bright Bart
broke free and built a fine fish mart.
Brenda bares her heart for display
at his fishery on Boston Bay.

She brags on becoming his bride;
believable, but not bona fide.
Write on, Brenda, define your beau;
my bet - you’ll beguile a real hero.

The Craigslist Thrill Killers

Elytte and Miranda Barbour murdered a man just to get a thrill.
It is always very stupid and senseless when people kill.
They said they killed him because they wanted to kill someone together.
If you're wondering when they'll get out of prison, the answer is never.
They pled guilty to Second Degree Murder and other charges and got life.
Elytte will never be able to kill another person and neither will his wife.
When Troy LaFerrara answered the Barbours Craigslist ad, he didn't know he was in danger.
While in court, LaFerrara's loved ones were very furious and they expressed their anger.
The Barbours are only 22 and 19, they're young enough to be my kids.
If they were my children, I wouldn't forgive them for what they did.

(This is a true story about Elytte and Miranda Barbour who murdered Troy LaFerrara.)
