Pen and paper in hand, our mind is blank,
our heart without fear because God is near,
with muse playing hide and seek as a prank,
soon adorning presence with words of cheer!
We author not poems we seem to write,
being vibrations we sense in our heart,
interpreted by mind through inner sight,
conjuring thus, a timeless work of art.
Body-mind an urn we ensoul to learn,
so it is an instrument for our use,
merely translating how soul’s fire does burn
and how soma nectar begins to ooze.
If there be a chink in head and heat link,
contorted then will be the words we ink.
we write as if it is our last night
we write whether it be with lead or ink or typed
we write alone or in a crowded environment
we write come rain or sunshine
we write because we want our stories to be told
we write through every phase; it is universal
we write even if our voice is never heard
we write when we are loved and when all hope is lost
we write regardless of our social class
we write because it feels wrong to stop
we write because it helps connect us
we write because we are all writers at heart
we write until our last breath on earth
An online site is, in no way, for the meek.
You must live in conformity, giving no cheek!
Worse, one must be a jolly gal. or smiling fellow.
Living in a pretentious world, all bubbly-mellow!
The masses loathe those, going their own way.
You must conform, or forego your right to play!
Writers must be individuals, and have their unique say.
To deny them this quality is indeed, a very tragic day.

@Panagiota Romios
Authors, artists, and actors attract an audience!
Authors annotate and analyze articles,
Arranging an alphabet accordingly.
An artist accents acrylic asymmetrical aspects,
Always adding attention aimed at an attractive apparatus.
Actors articulate authentic accounts,
Always appealing accurate appearances.
Authors, artists, and actors are alike.
H.astily I traipse “amidst these tombs,” “untainted eye…”
P.reparing the way for the “hidden world of yore.”
Luring lovers in, “lost Nevermore…”
“O’er the midnight moorlands crying,”
Verily to “wreck the solace of the poet’s mood!”
Even now, “drunk of the fog-foetid fountains.”
Cerebrally “reject[ing] the language of the glowing heart.”
Revered and “done are my trials,” “my heart is reposing.”
“All the years of fruitless quest” culminate in this...
For all the “prosy thoughts,” past “ghoul-guarded gateways of slumber,” a
“Tale confide[d]” in “the shade of Poe” and I will be forevermore alive.
