Chad, a lopsided bird had a shoulder that popped up
The other one held him down when he went to sup
Why am I so asymmetrical? He asked his birdy daddy.
No idea, his dad said. Want to be my caddy?
His dad was a golfer, and symmetrical too.
His mother was teensy lopsided, her name was Lu.
His sister was symmetrical like their dad.
I guess I could carry your clubs, said lopsided Chad.

Harsh asymmetrical contour following dislocated noncontextual departure.
Roaming, haphazardly choreographed with precise misaligned determination.
Mindfully staggering indistinguishable purpose, consistently in linear circumnavigation.
A matter of process, a state of perpetual traversal, saves from permanence.
The ad infinitum of specificity is quantum, the superposition allowing consistent continuity while indelibly transposing by observance.
Redundant to its operation, yet necessary in its function.
Leaving spaces unfiled by way of impetus, whilst evidently consiquential.
Paradoxically self referential, pertinently inescapable ever presence.

Combine the white picket fence
with thirty one flavors;
Like a tilted paradise
there’s no cliche standard;
The weird stuff has the clutch gene,
asymmetrical norm;
Bullseye before the buzzer,
always finding a way;
If the colors match or don’t?
Be ok with distinct;
As long as you’re good? It’s good.
We’re all the gold standard.

my legs welcome the warmth of the Kansas sun
bird with a screech makes weird noises
sweat bee hovers close to my left ear
I swat at it with my notebook
clouds are moving tremendously slowly
an asymmetrical opening shows light blue sky
this peephole is surrounded by brilliant white
have clouds always been this pristinely graceful?
dog brings up empty water bottle to porch
he loves the crackling sound against his teeth
another dog in the distance takes his attention for a second
clouds move a bit faster, I watch, amazed
a wood chopper, car engine and loose shutter sound in the distance
barely perceptible noises, yet I hear them clearly; I have dog ears
small tweeting noise brings my attention to my elm tree
the bee is back, teasing interested dog who tries to catch him
October day, red and orange leaves, lovely heavenly clouds
waving limb with three tiny leaves, scratches against porch
clouds have formed another portal to heaven
I would be more interested if I was not already there.

a lopsided asymmetrical haircut is the one for me
I want my bangs cut into fierce dagger points
straight across and even is boring and bland
I am an artist; I like messy, sloppy, haphazard stuff
these ways suit me fine
in my dress, my surroundings and my man.

"I feel truth is relatively subjective. My truth need not be your truth. When I hold onto what I believe is truthful, I am honest though another may suspect the verity of my truth"~ By Poet
I am a rough stone rugged,
misshapen and unhewn, hard, asymmetrical, raw and jagged.
If chopped and cut fine, can become a sculpted marvel.
I am neither a genius nor a prodigy or mastermind,
an ordinary woman who can love
and forgive, never letting dark deceit show its ugly head.
Always wishing not to let the truth crumble before lies.
As I try to show a little piece of myself,
I must admit, I have said small lies,
that I couched in honesty's guise.
Now I have earned wisdom to amend my lopsided vision,
to see my faults and rectify them by all means;
leave every pretense and be honest
admit mistakes, feel genuinely sorry and never repeat.

39 minutes to draw a line
For asymmetrical life of mine.
Against logic and common sense laws
My life’s odds graphed empirical flaws.
It spread out in many shapes and slopes,
Varied ‘twixt melancholy and hopes.
Yet the ratio of joy trumps the rest
In the course of life’s composite test.
I count on that for the greatest good
My path for the greatest number stood.
My constant values were absolute,
So were the angles, right or acute.
I figured life’s factors more or less,
In patterns, congruent with success.
Formula for Happy - highest stake,
Played in proportions of give and take.
Around Love my destiny revolved,
The algorithm of my life - solved!
I bid adieu, sentiments apart,
My palate’s last wish from a la carte:
Steak dinner with a glass of fine wine
In finite timeline of 39!

the found map led me to an
asymmetrical doorway, created by an artesian
I wondered at the builder as I approached
the boards were placed diagonally
skillset many carpenters have not mastered
I knew now I was dealing with a professional
the knocker was a bit off-kilter, which amused me.
the brickwork looked a bit random also.
who created this wall? This door?
the paint was not fresh, there were bits of ivy.
A quaint shabby chic look.
I could not wait to meet the occupant.

*Always
Always dance in rain,
spin in those splashing puddles;
Embrace your wild side.
*Abilities
Abilities grow
fanning the wind with hot flames,
explosive power.
*Altitude
Altitude just climbs,
raised with love’s temperature
on a moonlit night.
*Accident victim
Accident victim
didn’t remember the crash;
Perfume masked toxic.
*Awkwardness
Awkwardness plagues me
right when I’m looking for cool ,
I guess I’ll be weird.
*Asymmetrical
Asymmetrical
heart strings that go up and down,
never do they meet.

a symmetrical girl could become an engineer
She knows science and math, so her path is unclear
Possibly might become a doctor, with her linear mind
Or an electrician, charging boo koo bucks, hopefully she will be kind.
Her asymmetrical twin is into cats and dogs
She might live on a farm and raise sheep and hogs
her path is also unclear, but one thing for sure
She will have fun doing it, even if it is wallowing in manure.

Carry it like a babe in arms,
Or asymmetrical soccer ball.
Marvel at its inner chamber;
Threaded seeds sleep in its room.
Consider its genetic detail,
Its encrypted secret code:
Copies made for generations,
Manuscripts illuminated -
Still unknown.
The silent child sees Cinderella
Riding in her pumpkin coach.
The artist sees its painted jacket,
Sleek and smooth.
And now, it’s time to sit and eat it –
Orange, baked and sweet,
Remembering other Sunday dinners -
Now, all gone.

Imperfection
is Nature's way
Look at trees, rivers
mountains, valleys
None are perfect
All asymmetrical
Each varies from
other in own tribe
Imperfection
to perfection
fetish is weird
if it's fine tuning
of non-essence
Little Imperfection
with purposeful ending
will have podium landing

Sunny is the day for the miracle
History's type set of it just clerical
The current lack of faith hysterical
My bonds with love given are symmetrical
May Grace's light shine even and identical
From the Atheist to Evangelical
Accepted were faithless and pontifical
For the Risen cared not, nor was asymmetrical
The life given for all, forever spherical

The perfect planter is something found
Something asymmetrical, neither square or round
She used a snail shell which was organic and green.
Many people agreed it was earthy, and totally keen.
