Pain

If only ur words would just make A
minor scrath if not fully elase,
If only its posible to lay my heart
down for a while,
Just to breath at ease for a day,

This pain is too much,
Even though i try to cut myself into
pieces,
each piece will still be in pain,
This great pain will not let go,
No matter how much i cry of the
pain,

So because i have no more tears
left, and even though i wanted to,
Am already worn out,
So crying is no longer an option,

The remaining pain cant be reduced
by crying,
So it is more painful to want to cry
but i cant,
A huge size of stone sleeps in my
throt,

So besides not being able to cry,
No sound will come out,
So will i be ungreatful if i ask,
Why did u teach me how to love n
not who to love if nt u.

Lost Control

no physical pain can match the pain in the
soul
failing the one and only task
mentally tortured day after today
this mind is a burden that must be bore
thoughts free flowing like a raging river
continuing ever so endlessly down the
same path
will the source of this pain ever be
changed
the river cuts deeper and deeper trail
as time goes the side of the thinks is lost
current forcing further to places on know
reaching for something just to hold on
nothing strong enough to hold drifting
further along
treading water arms are begining to tire
hoping someone will reach down with a
helping hand
some just ignore and some watch until the
distance is too great
struggling and alone is how this will end
without love the future looks bleak

Tonglen, when you take on another’s pain,
As smoke, on the in breath ,
Outbreath normal as the rain,
You are sending health, no less. (sending white light)

You see the pain and suffering ,
You intensely feel his pain,
Brighter than the shining stars,
 Pain, Light does ease again!

Did you ever have a friend ,
Who suffered some great pain,
And you also hurt with him then ,
Sympathetic, is here plain.
This is a useful game.

Would be healers of the west,
Are crippled, sometimes sane:)
By trying to heal, to do their best,
Yes painful is the game.

The truth of many religious books,
Can filter real concepts,
To see, one only has to look,
And truth is like the rain,
Do you want to share their pain?
Don Johnson

I try to help cause remote healing, I suffer for a day with the pain and wondered why,
the pain then goes, if I ask for relief, this verse may be my answer?
