Zephyr
“A zephyr of hope harbingers a zen energy.”
- Quote by Poet
He sits on the porch in the embrace of twilight,
He ponders on each day’s tussle and fight,
He reminisces on a recent occurrence,
Something beyond the layman’s credence.
He has searched everywhere and every place,
There’s no trailing trace,
The missing papers are in a place beyond reach,
Somewhere probably in the deepest ditch.
He is in troubled waters,
Tranquillity is all that matters,
He is in the shadow,
He needs light to come in through his window.
A gentle breeze blows,
Something rhythmic flows,
Hope walks into his room,
It gradually disperses the gloom.
