Listen and see
Stroll calmly here;
Stillness smells sweet

Feel soothing calm;
Pleasant presence

Sand, stone and sight
Poignant landscape;
Stillness presides

Feelings of ease
Lingers softly;
Mindful moments

Breathe in
Breathe out;
Flow of deep peace
~~~~~~~~~
A touch of Zen
Landscape tincture;
Intimate garden scene
~~~~~~~~~
Slow down now
Leave stress behind;
Mindfully present
~~~~~~~~~
Be present
Here rightly so;
Now feel deep peace
