Youth's Your Ticket
Let's go on a picnic with Mother Goose
and Her cartoon friends, Bullwinkle-the-moose,
Rocky-the-squirrel and Yogi Bear, too.
You may bring fun animals from the zoo;
perhaps long-necked giraffes or chimpanzees.
On a blanket in a field of pansies;
you'll find delicious, sweet, honey-dipped pies,
lemonade, hotdogs, hamburgers and fries.
And once our tummies are packed to the top,
we'll hop with kangaroos hippity-hop.
Magic lives at the end of a rainbow;
where leprechauns are most likely to show.
Close your eyes, and let your dreams take you there;
youth's your ticket; sleep's, the price of the fare.
