You have the most stunning eyes,
an elegance I recognize-
but...
Your disposition is full of more splendor
than any feature you could render-
I utterly surrender
You have the most resounding kiss,
I am stuck in love’s abyss-
but...
Your heart brings more pleasure
than any riches or treasure-
I love you beyond measure
Feed me while I starve for you,
quench me when I thirst-
Bring me passion so true and new,
for you will always be my first
