You Can Do It Too

I have survived trauma, Cancer, Lyme disease, Head Traumas, Many surgeries, bowel obstruction and infection For those with health issues, life can really hit rock bottom Pain can be unbearable and also be ongoing Near death experiences are as scary as can be But, I tell you this because you can heal and you can survive You can find ways to get through the pain You can adapt however possible to still do what you love to do Never give up what you believe in, no matter what You can still create to get through things You can still write, as much as you can It is never easy, but it is in fact possible To keep dreaming, to keep trying, to keep fighting To be all you can be with whatever you are faced You may feel stuck, but just not there yet and I testify ---- You CAN do it --- Heidi Sands 5/7/18

You've endured a lot which saddens me to hear, Heidi, but you have a wonderful attitude showing your strength, courage, and determination while maintaining a positive perspective, only a survivor cultivates. Glad I check this out Heidi, it's amazing how often we seem to write similar things at similar times, and we've gone through similar things and have the same determination in the end, I guess with faith and miracles we come out on top, but we have to keep fighting!! Great work!

This is so inspiring! Myself have been through situations like these and two times I was informed that had little time to live. Thirty-five years later , with God's help I am still here! The power of faith and God's love are the most effective medicine! Thank you dear, Heidi for bringing this to our attention! God bless you!

Hi. Demetrios. Oh, you are very blessed too! Thank God! I was given a year to live in 2007 and I am still here. Many things have happened since, that I have continued to survive. God's help and faith indeed. Thank you for commenting on this and sharing. Take care :)

Hi Eve. Yes, we all reach the point in life of being too weak and of course death, but it is amazing the things we can survive , even when it truly feels impossible. I want others to have hope. Thank you for your visit and comment on this :)

WoW! Heidi, First of all I must say you are a survivor. You got through many things and you some how you made it through. This write is so encouraging ,inspirational and motivational.
