You and me
Were meant to be
We share a fire
Sweetest desire
In our hearts
Love never parts
Inside, the hope
Helps us to cope
Passion arises
With many surprises
Joy overflows me
Saying I am free
Mutual trust believes
With faith that relieves
Honesty completes
And never defeats
Like a warm embrace
Caressing my face
Feelings like these
Bring me to my knees
Joy inspires my thoughts
Tying doubt in knots
Arousing my spirit’s dreams
With a fervor that screams
Yearning to touch my soul
With feelings I can’t control
Intimacy touches down
Dancing all around
With tenderness and devotion
That is more than emotion
You and me
Hold the key
To hope, faith and love
Fitting together like a glove
