You captured my heart with your intriguing thoughts,
as new life takes meaning, in my heart once lost.
Emotions of desire start to rekindle the flame,
the one that was smothered by a man of different name.
Life can hold so much pleasure, if you take that chance,
I never dreamed, anyone like you, would ask me to dance.
I close my eyes, and I hold out my hand,
Will I ever meet you, my special dream man?
