"writing Without a Pen"

I lay in my bed and glance on the floor... There are letters and thoughts that lead to my door... The light shines on a few as my mind may have a thought... Could be a small Haiku on demons I fought... Shall it be a write on love or a past pain? Maybe a collaboration with a lady who some days keeps me sane... This is the beauty of Poetry, to spill out lives from behind a keyboard... To reach across the pond for a distant hug when the notes don't meet the chords... A wonderful place to play when a weeks worth of ups and downs can be put on a screen... Or how we can color our own pictures from another poets dream... So I continue to be dazzled from this beautiful group... Who knows my next write could be with that "Mysterious Lady of Soup"

wow! Michale, who ever this "Mysterious Lady" is must be blushing right now,, I love this fast read. Even if its not one of your usual poems. It's awesome!!! Maybe, because you have a way with words. Still it's a great write, and hope to see something new from you 2 soon. To be on the safe side Isn't Wilma from across the pond.. Just wondering about that part. But, we all know she is not the lady,, she told me.. Enjoyed your poem, have yourself a nice and wonderful day,..p.d.

So much inspiration can be found by reading the works of Soup poets, Michael. I read your recent collaboration (with Wilma I believe) and it was terrific. Could she be your "Mysterious Lady of Soup"? If so, you have quite a gem. Love, Carolyn
