Writer's Block

I approach my writing tasks With far too much hesitation, Why is that so…you might ask, ‘Cause I’m focused on my vacation. My mind can’t find the words To relay my gleeful anticipation, My phrases are coming awkward I’m so keyed up about my vacation. For days I’ve had writer’s block And been looking for a causation, It comes to me as no great shock I’m ready to leave on vacation! written November 10, 2021

I did have a wonderful time in PV, Mexico. I left there this morning in 84 degrees and got home to Kentucky in the 30s. Good trip.

Every writer (or thinker) gets it now and then. It's nothing to fret about unless it's more than a temporary blockage. At least that's been my experience throughout my many years of writing. Have a great vacation. / Maurice

Well, Arthur, I suppose it can have several meanings, but the one that bothers me is that when I sit down to write nothing comes out of the brain. Writer's block!

Oh, I'm sure I'll have some ideas, but I'm going to relax and enjoy myself. I'll probably do some writing there. I can't escape writing...ever.

I can't say I've ever suffered the disease of writer's block. You're just chillin' your senses so you can take notes on your vacation to write some extraordinary pieces when you return. Have fun and be careful!
