Worry

Like a boa constrictor Coiling round its prey Cutting off the blood supply. Negative emotions slowly Squeeze out all life. Agony and anxiety Ultimately kills hearts. Life is extinct. Don't worry yourself to death.

I like your description here! In reality, there really is no point in worrying! Easier said than done though! Nicely done

Worrying certainly is a waste of time and effort. It's training yourself to be positive.

Worrying is an awful emotion Elizabeth, even at my age I still have to tell myself to stop worrying and just get on with life, well written, :)

I really try not to worry. I'm sure my mother in law will take herself to an early grave, she worries if she has nothing to worry about!
