Words Unspoken
They walk together in silence
She gently takes his hand
Words unspoken
Though they understand
Together theirs is one story
A story throughout time
A story that's seen many changes
One being of the physical kind
They stop and he holds her
Kisses her on the brow
With words unspoken
“I love you then”
“I love you now”
They share a look
A gentle smile
His arm around her shoulder
They walk
They know
Love does not grow older
