Words
Don't be so quick to give your word,
if you don't aim to act,
Such promises should not be heard,
if they will not be backed
Don't carve a path you will not tread,
or chart a course to stray,
Some words are better left unsaid,
in mouths that only say
Don't part your lips for claims untrue,
if ever you're in doubt,
It's best you give those words a chew,
before you spit them out
