Words

Words By Michelle Morris 14/09/2022 Imagine if you threw All the words you knew into the air Which ones would stick to you And would you even care? Words may cut deeply But they can be mere confetti It depends on how you use them Instead of letting them get to you Words can be magical Words can be weapons But remember that you are powerful And can deal with any condition No matter what others say Their opinion is based on perceptions They don't know you fully Or your life's deepest experiences Only you can know the truth As does God and His Angels Be guided by His word And remain a blessing for the ages And when you choose your words Let them be pure and magical Honour your highest good Inspire changes that are spiritual For words are spells And words can create shadows Words created our Universe And words bind our souls Words are part of all languages It's how we communicate Words are how we label things And understand our fate Words give us meaning They help us understand They express our deepest fears And our love so very grand Imagine your life without them Imagine how this world would be Words are a blessing to us And they help set us free Free to be our authentic selves Free to express our feelings Free to explore the Universe Free to be magical beings So choose the best words you can Let each sentence be a wish Loving, beautiful and graceful And heavenly blessed peace Wise words to help the world Heal and protect and bless Honour the light in everyone To fulfil our destiny so perfect © Michelle Morris, 2022
