Woosh Vs Zroooom--A Limerick Joke

A vacuum cleaner should glide
And relief from messes provide
It is quite unlike
Harley Davidson's bike
Where the dirtbag's on the outside

Author's note: Someone told me this vapid joke at work today, so I framed it as above--enjoy!

I will check them out. Limericks are always fun. I have attempted a few but humor isn’t always easy to pull off. SuZ

Suzanne, I do like humor and jokes....sometimes my wife doesn't think I'm so good to be around, but lately we've been doing really well. I have to check out some of your work, which I'll do now. I have a dozen or so limericks labeled specifically as jokes. My daughter recently suggested some ideas for jokes which I transformed into limericks. Those were done in the past few months and were not specifically labeled as funny.

I can say this....I missed seeing this comment until now, so thank-you. It's not fun being around loud things that we have no control over. I do understand the freedom of riding a motorcycle, but wish they were quieter. Now we have electric bikes and that is a good thing.

It's amazing to me that the free spirits can be so loud and unpleasant to be around. It just doesn't make any sense. I guess I would have to join a biker gang for a while to figure this out!

I like the way a joke inspired this limerick. I kind of get the joke, most bikers, can pull off a dirt-bag image. :-) and not get emptied out like the vacuum... xox~ Linda
