A wide space
to link sky and ground
with a jolt
of bright strike
as it slices through the scene.
a trace of ozone.
The yard breeze softly blows, while rain has fallen upon the ground.
butterflies can't thrive in dearth of blooms, birds can't soar in lack of wings.
yet, raw life sprouts in shape of blooming grandeur and soaring grace.
the dazzling moon lilts.
as its light tendrils quiver.
across undulating waves.
alone, I endure.
breathe in the briny sea breeze
as my soul glistens with zeal
