Without Faith
In the absence of faith:
Living by sight is inevitable
Fear prevails doubt reigns
Unbelief succeeds
Excuses abound…
It is impossible* to gain the favour of God!
With faith in Christ:
Living by faith** is exercised
Fear is conquered
Doubt is subdued
Unbelief is smitten
Excuses are smashed
The Lord is surely pleased!
*Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
**1Corinthians 2:5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
