Wrinkled leaves lay on the lawn From falling early in the dawn Today is filled with a pleasurable mix Of summer and fall with fallen sticks From breeze that continues through the day The leaves are like old memories that stay A life lived, slowly withering, but still New memories are created with human will Heidi Sands 9/21/17

I'm glad that there is a breeze where you are, cause here it's stagnant and HOT (90)! We should be around 75! Anyway, your poem fills me with the emotions of Autumn, the freshness that it brings at the start of the fall season! That's what I love! 60 degree days is what I love! Hi . Oh, wow that is hot! Actually we had a really rainy Spring and Summer, more than usual, and now we are getting perfect weather in September. It is warm with a breeze. I am happy you loved reading this and appreciate your comment! :)
