Wishfully Dreamy Poetry
I dreamed and dreamed and dreamed
Until my lantern did appear
And in doing so granted me a wish
And all I asked for was this
Like Pinocchio wished to be a real boy
Please I pray of you make me
If only just for one day
An actual real true Poet
With something worthwhile to say
That people willingly choose to read
And can recite in time's of dire need
When words alone encompass hope
When love is at a premium
